I love this dental practice. The office is inviting and spotless. The staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Julian is very thoughtful and skilled. I was dreading having a tooth extraction since the last one that I had 2 years ago was an awful experience. I feel I was treated to technology about 30 years newer than my last dentist provided. I am so grateful for Signature Smiles. They were able to take me on as a new patient during the C19 pandemic, and had very sanitary protocols for everyone’s safety. Everyone I encountered was friendly, Golden Girls was on TV, and Nellie, who cleaned my teeth had such a gentle touch I don’t think I ever bled. Dr. Blake Julian was as professional and charming as the best. My teeth feel like they went to a spa, if I could give six stars I would.

Dr Julian and the staff are the best! Dr. Julian uses the latest technology to assure the procedures are done as comfortable as possible. The use of membranes when extractions or surgery is necessary reduces bleeding and heals faster. Dr Julian did a GREAT job being sure I have dentures that fit properly. The entire staff are so pleasant, upbeat and do great job making everything pleasant. I give Signature Smiles my highest recommendation.

What an amazing dental office. Starting with the beautiful decor in the lobby that is just so inviting (with a coffee station, how can you say no?) to all the staff who are absolutely amazing. The hygienist is very gentle, but thorough, when cleaning my teeth. I have had several dental procedures by Dr. Blake including wisdom teeth extractions and a bone graft and implant. He explains the treatment in a way that you understand what is being done and makes it virtually painless! Highly recommend!

Hygienist’s there are great! They never dig in your gums and it’s very relaxing. All the equipment is very high tech and makes for a more pleasant experience. Dr. Julian also did some cosmetic work on some gaps in my teeth and had them looking perfect in just a couple of hours.

Ive had almost all of my teeth replaced with crowns due to brittle teeth. Dr Blake is amazing at picking the right shade and shape of crown and then fitting it perfectly. Also have had to have 3 root canals. Very gentle.

Unlike my other Dentist they make sure that whatever they do to your mouth feels comfortable to you. They don’t do something fast just to get it over with. They take their time and make sure that they won’t have to do it a second time. Today I got my front two teeth fixed because I chipped it and even that he process only took 30 mins, it looks like it was never chipped. 😁

What a great dental experience! I had been all over town, and Dr. Julian was my 3rd opinion on some dental work to be done. He provided excellent information and listened to all of my history and concerns. Dr. Julian opened his office to me the day after Christmas to do a root canal. I was not a patient on record for his office , but he still opened his office and arms to help me feel better! Holly and Dr. Julian worked for about 2 hours with me to fix my tooth and were very personable and professional. Dr. Julian didnt hesitate when he saw I was still feeling some pain, and quickly number the area a little more. I was having the hardest time breast feeding my new 2 month old baby and I couldn’t quite understand why he wouldn’t latch on. Fortunately for our family Dr. Julian figured out he was tongue tied! Tammy the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, professional, VERY THOROUGH in cleaning my teeth (I think my teeth and gums will stay clean for another year!) LOL... and Dr. Blake Julian was also very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, seems like he may have an extra skill set or two that other dental doctors do not have!Prices were also very affordable. I dont really want to take my wisdom teeth out, but based on the prices, I might heavily consider doing so!

What a wonderful experience!! Dr. Blake Julian was Great! So were the 2 Assistants! We listened to 90s rap and they knew all the songs. Dr. Blake was very careful during my extraction and very thorough in care afterwards. He even called later that night, from his cell phone, to check on me and see how I was doing!! Who does this?!? What a terrific place to be. Most people dont like to go to the dentist, but being at Signature Smiles is not intimidating, and was actually very pleasant. I loved my hygienist, and the whole team is lots of fun. Dr Julian explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

This is such a professional and friendly staff. They make you feel like you are the only person they are seeing. When Dr. Julian took over the practice I had the option to go to several dentists in Greenville that I already knew but I made the decision to stay with him. He has made the transition to his practice as pleasant and easy as anyone could possibly have made it. He is a very conscientious and caring person.
