I can’t say enough great things about Reedy River Dentistry. I have seen several dentists over the years as I’ve lived in different states and they are by far the best. From the dental hygienist to the front office staff to Dr. Hicklin they all were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable, took their time and did not rush, and did a VERY thorough job cleaning my teeth and measuring my gums. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Reedy River dentistry since they opened. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive for my appointments. Most of the time I don’t have to wait at all. The office is clean and inviting. The staff there is kind, helpful and truly genuine. Dr. Hicklin takes his time visiting with his patients. I recommend Reedy River Dentistry to anyone that is looking for dentist. If you’re wondering if you should make an appointment, do it, you’ll be happy you did. 5 stars!

Excellent patient care from the minute you walk in the door! Up to date technology with the best hygienist around. While hygienist make the visit in terms of cleaning and care, the attention and check up from Dr. Hicklin are very personable and tailored to my needs. Dr. Hicklin and his team are phenomenal. I called to see if I could squeeze into an appointment for a cleaning this week or next. On the phone, Leah, at the front desk, told me I could be put on the cancellation list. About 10 minutes later she promptly called me back and scheduled me for a cleaning the following morning!! She was so kind and helpful over the phone even though I was a new patient. Once there, Abigail, the hygienist, was amazing! She talked me through what she was doing the whole time and was very gentle. You can tell she is very knowledgeable. Finally Dr. Hicklin was also so kind and made sure he was checking anything that was a concern. Everyone at the office is so personable and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to come to Reedy River Dentistry!

My entire family loves Dr Hicklin and his staff. My kids literally say (often) “I love going to that place”. Their staff has never addressed us by anything but our names the second we walk through the door. The space feels great and Dr Hicklin has a great personality as well as the staff. You feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend!

Appointments are readily available and scheduling is made easy. Each hygienist is incredibly gentle during cleanings and X-rays. They provide clear instruction for how to keep my teeth healthy. Dr Hicklin always takes a few minutes to catch up with you when he comes by. You can tell that he leads by example in making his patients feel like they’ve known you for years. It’s great to walk in the door and be greeted with your first name. Also their chapstick is the best!

I moved to the area recently and needed a good dentist and I can’t thank them enough. I don’t usually like dentist to begin with but they make your entire experience comfy and easy as possible. Leah at the front is amazing and Dr. Hicklin is very knowledgeable and really eases you in with anything needed to be done. The dental hygienist are all really sweet and make you feel welcomed. I actually look forward to going to the dentist here- the office is sparking clean but not sterile thanks to all the lovely indoor plants. The receptionist is a peach and my hygenist is friendly and effective but gentile. Dr Hicklin is personable and does a great job explaining the “what” and “why” of teeth. They also always have great music playing and their free chapstick at the front desk is literally the best.

Ive been going to Reedy River Dentistry for 3+ years and can confidently recommend this practice. Dr. Hicklin is a really knowledgeable dentist and is super nice. Ive had the same hygienist every time Ive been there and shes great; same w/ front office. His practice is very customer centric; not some large practice where you wont be taken care of. Bonus: the office is really nice.

This week I traveled across four states to see the Dr. Hicklin to get some dental work done. I had my first experience with Reedy River Dentistry recently and was very pleasantly surprised with Dr. Hicklin and his staff. Dr. Hicklin was very friendly and thorough while talking with me through the exam.His staff were very friendly and kind from the moment I walked through the front door. From the assistant in the exam room to the receptionist, they were the nicest people you could hope to meet.

Dr.Hicklin is an excellent dentist who cares about his patients and works with them meeting their satisfaction. The support staff is friendly, helpful, professional in every detail. Its more like a family being there and you can be confident they will take care of your needs.

Get out of your crusty old dentists office and go here. I used to dread the dentists office until coming here. The appointments are brief and the equipment is state of the art. The staff is passionate and caring, always willing to answer questions, and always willing to schedule around your needs.

Dr. Hicklin is great! They knew I was nervous, but they did not overwhelm me and worked at a great pace! He did a great job. Leah is great too..very helpful. I cant think of his assistants name but she was awesome as well!

When I called to make an appointment the first question they did not ask was do you have insurance. Their main concern was getting me into the office to see what the problem was.They took an x-ray, found the problem explained several options to me and printed out an estimate for me. I would recommend Dr. Hicklin and his entire staff to everyone.
