I been coming to this place for good time now good work ok prices..but the fact that you get treated differently becuse u different is not acceptable when I show up to this place is to fix my teeth or get done whatever I want to get dont not to being asked where u from or what ever question that is and its not really the best to make fun of someone or asking them im I speaking too fast for you?! I dont think its a court house.. its a dentist.

I am so impressed with the professionalism, patience and service. My dentist and her assistant were amazing! I was given a same day emergency appointment and everyone was so nice, helpful and very willing to listen and help. I loathe dental procedures and the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I don’t remember the dentists name, it was a female and she was great! Along with her assistant. I was so impressed with the same day (today) appointment because other dentists only had appointments a month away. I would highly recommend!

Everyone is so awesome! They seem like they are actually happy to there! Everyone has down to earth personalities and genuinely care about their performance and how you feel through out the whole appointment. Hands down my favorite dental squad!

My journey with Family Dental Health of Furman has been amazing. I entered there the first time with a lot of anxiety and trauma, due to bad dentist visits in the past. From the very first visit to my most recent one, not once have they been judgmental or negative- and that’s including the fact I had a panic attack sitting in their chair (they even gave me a stuffed animal). I truly enjoy the connection I have with the team there at FHDF, especially Kaytlin. She and the others show outwardly that they do what they love!That being said, if you have a neurodivergent child that may have had difficulty with their anxiety about dentists, I recommend FHDF. Please, give them a try!!

The dentist was very meticulous about taking care of every square inch of my teeth. I felt like there was nothing overlooked, and every little detail had been observed and taken care of. And I absolutely love that!

Anytime a move requires switching dentist you know that the first visit is gonna be interesting. Each dentist has their own style and philosophy and if you are going from a conservative, wait and see, dentist to a more proactive dentist, you can be in for a real ride. However, Amanda and Dr. Oldman at FDH were great! I do need some work but I left in complete agreement that the work is important. They have all the right tools to show you what they are seeing and to back up their suggestions. I left feeling well cared for and confident in their recommendations.

Very nice people. Dr. Oldham is a great dentist who enjoys his customers and he does great work. I have had teeth pulled and never feel a thing. Hes very gentile and the dental assistants are nice and like to help when ever needed. They enjoy their jobs. Cory at the front desk is very knowledgeable about computers and I was able to make an appointment online for the first available. Each and every person at the Furman location is very nice and I will go back and I do recommend them to anyone.

Dental health is important to me in general, so I like how comfortable they make it feel here.Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors are always sweet and patient. They always seem happy to see me and my family when we come around, and more often than not, they remember specific details of conversations weve previously had, which goes a long way to making the clinics atmosphere feel friendly and familiar.Theyre pretty good about working around your schedule, too. They have late hours Thursdays to help encourage even the night owls to get their teeth and gums checked out, once in a while.If you live in the area, I would say that making this your primary dental care provider is a no-brainer.

This was my first time going to this dental office and i was a little worried because it was during Covid-19. when i entered i was greeted at the desk by a young lady with her mask on and by her voice i could tell she was smiling. everyone that I saw working there had on a mask. when i was taken back for my exam i could see my seat had been wiped down and was drying. the dentist was nice and explained everything he did and/ or what i needed done. i will recommend this office to everyone i know.

I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible tooth ache. Called early in the morning. I was seen by Dr. Oldham within the hour. He diagnosed a root canal. He scheduled an appointment that day. One day later I feel so much better. Tomorrow I will enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner with my family. Thank you to everyone at Family Dental Health of Furman.

An excellent dental practice, very thorough cleanings and excellent care. Started several years ago after a very bad experience with another practice. Highly recommend this practice.

We are regular patients here and we had my 11 year old sons teeth cleaned there today and they were great!! The hygienist was very professional and great with him as usual! She helped explain good hygiene and demonstrated for him! He was very proud of how clean and shiny his teeth were when we left. We highly recommend them to any family! The dentist can be a scary place for kids but not here!! They are really amazing and treat us like family! Our entire family loves going!

My boys ages 6 and 9 and I had dental appointments today with staggered times and it worked out perfectly! My experience with dental appointments elsewhere have been long and dreadful. Not here... they get you in and get to work. Every staff member was friendly, nurturing, upbeat and patient with my kids to make them feel comfortable. Wonderful team work demonstrated! Dr. Katie is thorough, approachable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you try them.

I called at noon (Thursday opening time) with a tooth broken (popcorn kernel!) the evening before. They gave me a 1pm appointment, and I was out the door by 2:30 pm with the broken tooth resolved (and the outlines for the plan for the next step after healing).Even before calling, I had a pretty good idea of what to expect would happen with my broken tooth. Their online information about the subject (written by the same dentist who treated me as it turned out) was very informative and clear.There also were no billing surprises, as they seamlessly ensured that I was aware of costs at each step. I came out spending less than I had anticipated going in.

Erin did a great job on my cleaning. She was very thorough and didn’t hurt me at all. I can’t wait to go back in 6 months.

I brought my 4 year old daughter for her first cleaning. The staff were absolutely amazing. Amanda, the dental hygienist was so amazing. She explained everything in depth about what she was going to do before she did it. She mainly talked to my daughter and not me. It made the experience so personal and not so scary for my little one. Dr Katie so amazing as well. She was so kind and genuinely cared for my daughter. I recommend them to anyone!!!

They go out of their way in meeting and exceeding any special requirements you may have during your treatment. They do a remarkable job of reviewing your chart from your last visit to ensure they have everything set up exactly the way you need.....like special flavors of dental floss, etc. Very professional. And I am always seen right at my appointment time. You will actually enjoy coming to see the dentist here!

I hate going to the dentist d/t past experiences but Dr. Nagel and her team made my experience comfortable. She explained things to me in terms that I could understand. She was very reassuring. This is a shared google account with my husband so this review is from Kim Stroud. I was referred to Family Dental Health by my daughter in law. I had a broken tooth and was in excruciating pain. They were able to get me in the very afternoon I called and although they had to refer me to an oral surgeon for the extraction due to the tooth’s position they were very helpful and was able to get me in with the oral surgeon within minutes. I appreciated them not taking a chance and their professionalism and friendly staff. It was as pleasant an experience as possible considering the situation and I will use them again in the future!

Chose to visit this office because of its convenience and because they are a sponsor of my employer. Loved the staff and the visit, but did not love the fact they misled me about accepting our insurance. Billed me over $300 for a cleaning and x-rays which was all considered out of network. Told me and my wife both we had 4 cavities each and estimated the cost to fill would be nearly $1000. Visited another office right up the street who charged a fraction of that price $100 for a cleaning and only found 2 cavities. Very friendly staff but be careful here.

I love Dr. Nagel, Amanda and the staff! They make me feel welcomed and very comfortable there. I have the peace of mind knowing they take great care of my dental health, and it shows they really do care about me and the professional work they do. I’m newish to the area and was apprehensive about finding a new Dentist and hygienist. Chose Dr. Nagel because she graduated from the same school my old dentist went to (University of Iowa.) I feel very lucky to have found her!
