I came in today with my toddler and asked if they could see us quickly to accommodate my lunch break. The front office staff were very helpful and we were taken care of in plenty of time for me to get back to work on time. The dentist and dental assistant were extremely patient with my toddler. Highly recommend!

Service and employees have been outstanding but the fact that covid has shut down our local hospitals and no one is wearing a mask or wearing it under their chin or even requiring patients to wear a mask in the waiting area is absurd. Couldn’t be more disappointed in how this is pandemic is being handled.

Loved our experience. I took both my kids and myself to get our teeth looked at. From the very beginning the office staff was accommodating and made sure both my kiddos could be on the same day appointment as myself, making time away from work very small for myself. The whole staff was very helpful, informative and kind. It was my daughters first time and she was nervous. They were patient, understanding and put her at ease with everything they did. With my toddler son, the doctor made it fun and encouraged him to brush. He was able to see his teeth and was not pushy trying to see his mouth. The staff explained every step to all of us, and did their best to make sure we all understood what they were saying or doing. The staff was very knowledgeable, the equipment was well maintained, and the office was clean and well organized.I recommend this business to everyone. Peppermint is an Awesome group of people and we had an awesome experience. We will most definitely be permanent patients.

Took our daughter there for over 2yrs. Told the dentist of my concern with her molars being discolored, I was told they would monitor them. Dentist didnt spend more than 5-7mins at each visit with us. Our daughter is 3, now, we are at dental surgery today! Changed dentist and she is having crowns put on her molars. This couldve been prevented if the dentist would have actually listened to my concerns and paid attention.

Unprofessional, Uncaring, Liars, Unethical.Tried to make an appointment due to abcess on tooth. Logan took all information, however couldnt ever verify coverage. After many calls to tell me I didnt have coverage, I proceeded in calling insurance company. Each time I called Logan back and informed her that wasnt true. Once I began pressing her, the story kept changing. About 3:30, Logan called me back and told me they were preparing to close and she didnt want to be on hold another 45 minutes. Frustrated, in pain, I called Mint Dentistry in Mckinney and within 30 minutes they established I had full coverage. I immediately called Peppermint in Hunt County back and cancelled appointment for following day. If this company is lying about something as simple as verifying coverage, it makes me wonder what other unethical practices they are engaging it.

Even after I told them that my dental plan is out of network they said it would be free so I told them since that was the case I would keep the appointment but when I get to the appointment not only was it not free but I had to pay 75 Dollars just for them to X-ray the tooth of my son and tell us that he has a broken tooth with infection started at the root and we could go to a surgeon from another office because they didn’t have the capability to pull the tooth or do the necessary procedure for it. Do not go to this office. While we were waiting they got an older gentleman for $450 that he didn’t need to pay. He had to argue with them to get them to understand. This is not the Peppermint dental that first came to this city. They are not good anymore.

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went here to get my teeth fixed and they recommended a root canal I went all the way to Dallas to get the root canal done I had insurance it paid for it and then I had to go to the office to get a temporary cap on. After I got the temporary cap for my root canal I waited and waited for the permanent one to come in and I kept calling just to get the go around every time. I finally went to the office to get the permanent one mind you covered by insurance but my insurance was going to end in 3 weeks. I get to this dentist to get the permanent one and when they go to put it on they stop and took it back off put the temporary one back on and said my insurance didn’t cover the porcelain that they sent I was suppose to get the gold one and they mentioned that was dumb because the gold cost more anyways. But I was fine with that but that was not my mess up. After that I had to wait for them to send the one back and get the other. I kept calling once again and got the go around. Finally once it came in they called but it was 3 days after my insurance had ended so they told me it was going to cost me 600$ to get the gold one put on. It almost seems like they scammed my insurance and waited it out on purpose to get the 600$ out of me needless to say I didn’t have it so I have a nub of a tooth where they did a root canal with no cap on it. Beyond disappointed when trying to save a tooth just made me lose one.. I would give them no stars if that was an option

I absolutely hate dentists but this place is different than any other I’ve ever been to. The staff is awesome and treat you like a real person. Dr. Ross is great and is knowledgeable. There will never be a different dentist for me!

I came in and they had my daughter back within 5 minutes of being there. Brooke was EXCELLENT with my daughter, and her xrays were clear and easy to read. Jessica the hygienist did her cleaning and I’ve never seen my daughter more comfortable with a cleaning, she even got to help which made her feel better. Then Dr. Blunt came in and showed me areas to watch and explained to my daughter the importance of clean teeth and to keep up the good work. The overall experience was awesome, and comfortable.I loved out first experience with a new Dr! Everything was clean and well organized! We were in and out with in 30 minutes! And thank you to the wonderful front staff especially Shelby always there with a warm welcome and smile! 10/10 going back

I really love the professionalism at this location. The employees were very pleasant and explained my treatment plan to me in a way that was easy to understand. Breaking down finances between insurance and patient and grouping dental work together per visit were 2 things I was highly impressed with. I felt comfortable and never felt like they were trying to put blinders over my eyes (like I have experienced at other dental offices).The receptionists and other employees who work behind the desk are always very friendly and make you feel at home. I also enjoy that they have a family friendly movie playing every time I come in - and they have TVs in the ceiling so you can continue to watch while youre getting dental work done! Needless to say, this is my new home for dental care. The quality and price of care is unbeatable. I highly reccommend coming here if youre looking for a dentist in the Greenville area.

Great dental place! A little bit of a wait, but well worth it. The front desk staff is cheerful and helpful. Prices were better than I expected and the dentist was able to do fillings the same day as the cleaning andx-rays. We will keep coming here because they exceed expectations.

My daughter went today to this office. Was charged for a Periodontics cleaning which our insurance covers, yet she was charged $73. The other times she has gone, it has been much higher. They do not bother to explain things before they perform the service, and yet to have billed our insurance company. When I look at our online insurance portal, nothing shows up for her. Even today she did not receive a receipt. At times the front office staff is nice, others time they seem so busy they cant be bothered to speak with you. We never seem to see the same doctors, it appears they have a high doctor and staff turn over.

Hubby was having tooth pain but we have no dental insurance. We applied for the care credit card, but his treatment costed more than the limit I was given. They worked with me on price and made it work for us! Every staff member here was so kind and helpful. The dentist and assistant explained everything they were doing and answered all questions with enthusiasm. They took a look at his tooth and started treatment right away, no having to schedule other appointments. I was pleasantly surprised with this office.

Peppermint Dental has put me at ease and theyve done a great job of maintaining my dental health. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new place to go for all their Dental needs.

The dental team is perfectly awesome in every way! Some of the office personnel have acted immaturely during past visits and juvenile during appointment confirmations, but things were better upon my last visit.EDIT: I am not sure that you understood my comment. It has turned around and it was typical for a while.

I have been charged by this office multiple times for services they did not perform. Their billing department would never call me back and their office personal were not able to help either. I finally was able to speak to the practice manager who reviewed my chart and verified that the services had not been performed, and said she would take care of the issue. However, 6 months later the charges were still on my account. I paid them just to make sure my account would not get sent to a collection agency, but I will never under any circumstances use this office again solely, because of their billing practices.

This is an absolute mill - the kind of place where your dentist and dental assistants are running around with 5 other clients while youre waiting in the chair, and the receptionists cant be bothered to pick up the phone in the middle of the operating hours - no matter how many times you call. It is also very much a childrens (family) dental office...They advertise themselves as a modern dental office but clearly are not. Massive disappointment from the previous dental office, where you actually had facetime with the dentist and he went out of his way to care for your needs - with the most modern, up to date techniques and tools.

This new doctor was not patient enough with my kid. Doctor seem a little inpatient. My kid is only 5 years old. My kid never had any type of special treatment until today. I was expecting doctor would understand. But when doctor was done he left and brought me a business card from another dentist office. Because he said he didn’t do good. Plus their tools they had it wasn’t the appropriate size my kid needed that why they struggled. I asked Stuff if I could have another cotton roll please” she didn’t even responded back to me.I asked front desk about the other doctor they used to be here. They said they didn’t know what doctor I was asking for. They said that they didn’t understand what I was asking for. I was like ok. I understand now that they don’t want to do more business with me.I used to love this place with the other stuff they had. Been with them for 7 years and was thinking of doing more business with them For myself.I guess I’ll ust look somewhere else.

We trusted google reviews when we came here so well pile on. This is the dentist office you want to go to. We came here when we moved from another five star dentist office in Frisco and this place has nicer technology and nicer offices. The xray here is so much better. All around great experience.

Expensive if you dont have insurance--but if you do have insurance, then they are excellent. Quick and you get in for appointments quickly as well.
