Very professional, capable and detailed care. When you enter the operational units You see a very clean, uniformed and controlled environment. Hygienist was very observant and personable. Doctor gave a thorough observation after the Hygienist check and cleaning.Five Stars as you noticed. I would have given 10 Stars had they given space.

I never have to wait more than five minutes. When running late, the staff tries to accommodate you. When late, I dont feel that the technician is rushed to get through the appointment. Billing is always accurate. The staff is always courteous. My entire family goes here, and we have never had anything to complain about. The office is always clean and neat. Love this place!

I cannot say enough about how much we love this practice. Dr. Jordan and Barb, the dental hygienist, go out of their way to make our family feel comfortable and safe. Barb is especially good with children as she is patient, explains everything she is going to do, and even allows children to help out so they can have some control. As a parent, it is wonderful that our child enjoys going to the dentist instead of being scared. Our family has been at this practice for many years and they are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend them!

I was very nervous about my visit, since it had been some time since having my teeth cleaned. My nerves were set at ease as soon as i walked in. I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable in a doctor office setting. My teeth were cleaned (before and after pics were taken) and now Im on a bi annual schedule. I just want to say this office is amazing! I was in severe pain and called to try to get in. Got in. I was in tears when I got there. I was treated with such kindness & compassion. They were so careful not to make it worse or hurt me. After trying to figure out what was causing the pain and having no luck they gave me several options to help with they pain until I can see a specialist. Then later I got a text from the dentist to check on me and to remind me about the pain medications we discussed. I am so thankful for Wendy & Dr. Jordan yesterday as well as the office staff !

I absolutely love Dr. Andrew Jordan and all of the staff. Wendy and the other front desk receptionist are so friendly both on the phone and in person. Dr. Jordan not only does a wonderful job but also takes the time to explain what hes doing and why. His hygienist is funny and and gives you a good distraction while the work is being done. I was terrified for my first appointment after not having gone to a dentist in 4 years. I was afraid of the pain, judgment and the cost of going to the dentist. Dr. Jordan and his staff have eased all my concerns. Nobody likes going to the dentist but I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The treatment is great and the price affordable.Consider that the $160 provided an hour of treatment, use of specialized tooling, sterilization of the equipment, a customized formulation, topical anestheic, injected anestheic, and the direct attention of two highly educated personnel.How is this not a great deal? Try getting a plumber to fix a leak for $160. Thats one person for half an hour without sterility or surgery.

5 minute wait, great service, great people

I underwent replacement of a crown. The charges were upscale but not exorbitant. Now I have been asked to supply an evaluation of my experience---for free!! I dontr think so.

Dr. Hardee has been my dentist for the past 25+ years when he first joined the practice with Dr. Patrick. Dr. Jordan has now become a member of this extremely friendly dental family. I like the friendly relaxed style of the staff. They work to make the experience of going to the dentist more pleasant and as pain free as possible.
