It was nice to meet Juliabecause I like the opportunity to put a face with the person who I had been talking with previously.Dr. Nevitt proved to be exceptionally knowledgeable as well as kind to me. Also, I was grateful how she took her time with me in lieu of rushing me out the door!In addition, I commend this office by offering a well cleaned environment.I certainly look forward to my appointment. 09/28/2021. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. A friend of mine recommended Carolina dental group and it is by far the best recommendation I have had. I am not even close to afraid when my dentist appointment comes up. All my questions are answered and I have never had any pain from either the hygienist or dentist.

This office is absolutely wonderful! I Can’t say enough great things! I brought my 2 year old in for her first cleaning and they all made us feel like family. They actually made my daughter feel so comfortable that she willingly opened up to have them clean. I can’t recommend enough!

I was not impressed with the doctor at all. He comes in and doesn’t even say hello. He doesn’t make any conversation, and hardly even looks at my teeth. I felt like a number, not a patient. Last 2 times coming in was the same. The assistant was very sweet. The lady at the desk was very sweet and accommodating, helping me to get coffee.

I have been going to Carolina dental since 2014 and I love them. All of them are so friendly and they make you feel like family. The receptionist and dental assistants remember you and your name. Both Dr. Scott’s are the best cosmetic and regular dentist that I have ever had . I recommend this place 100 times over.

Mandy always does such a great job! She is very detailed and I always feel wonderful after the visit! Dr. Nevitt is very thorough and I love how she checks for oral cancer before each exam! I love this office!

Dr. Nevitt is a top notch Dentist with a wonderful personality, her staff are very professional and polite. DA Julia is a true rockstar as well.

If you have no dental insurance go elsewhere! If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in for an emergency extraction. Upon entry I asked the receptionist cost she gave us a price $79 for exam and X-ray, over that would be Dr decision. The doctor came in took a look, wiggled my husband’s tooth said just doing that we owed $127, then the nurse came in and said the price went to $299. That’s when my husband called me in to discuss. After I left then they came back for a third time and said that after talking to the doctor with extraction it would be $500 total but they might have to refer him out to an oral surgeon to pull as it was a complicated procedure!!My husband asked to speak to the manager since the price kept increasing for one premolar extraction. He advised the manager we were not paying that much for an extraction. We left with a referral and the manager said no charge. We drove to another facility nearby walked in and they took us right away but it took an hour for Carolina dental to get our records sent over. Once received the dentist couldn’t believe Carolina Dental Group was going to charge us $500 for a simple extraction, there was no complicated element as they led us to believe. The other facility charged us $157 and we were out the door in 12 minutes.We will never return there nor recommend any of our friends or family. The entire time we were there we felt as if we were at a used car lot not a dentist. Very unprofessional to try to take advantage of people especially during a pandemic. Do not go here!

I am new to the Upstate and the thought of choosing a new or should I say the right Dentist was terrifying! Add in the first visit was an emergency visit ! I had a broken bridge . Add to that it could not be repaired! Dr Nevitt was super caring, patient, and professional. She reassured me that me smile would not be lost ! I left with a temporary retainer so real that no one could tell that underneath were 3 missing teeth ! Her entire staff is also amazing! Samatha @ the front desk knows me by name did an excellent job @ helping me work out a financial plan for my dental plan. Madison cleaned my teeth better than any Hygienist I’d ever been to! Needless to say I couldn’t have picked a better Dental office ! I put my trust in them and they did not disappoint! Always a great experience.Update: My previous experiences were amazing. I loved my hygienist. I went in this time and was put with a different person. I did not enjoy the experience and she told me I needed things that I didn’t. I think today was my last visit. It was great while it lasted.

I’ve been going to Carolina Dental for a few years and love my hygienist. She gives my teeth a thorough cleaning with any pain or bleeding.

Had sort of an issue with a tooth before heading out of town! Call for an unscheduled appointment! Got in that afternoon and within 45 minutes I was fixed up! Appreciate the team effort and friendliness!

I recently had a fantastic experience at this dental office. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a plate of bacon-wrapped scallops and a glass of Pinot Noir. Then, the dental team came out to the lobby, asked me my favorite genre of music and began to serenade me by candlelight. Next, I was brought back to a dental room, gently placed in a chair with my feet elevated while Dr. Oz played in the background. I could literally hear him solving all the world’s problems. Finally, they stuck a needle in my mouth so I would sound like Rocky Balboa after his fight with Apollo Creed. All in all, it was an amazing experience! Carolina Dental Group is the best! I never have to wait. I don’t know how manage to stay on schedule but they do. Everyone in there is on the ball! I feel like they always bring their A game. I have fallen in love with Kate when it comes to my cleanings!! Before I came to them, I was told by a previous dentist that I needed a root canal, a crown, and gum surgery. I decided I wanted another pair of eyes and saw Dr. Scott. Guess what?? He told me all I needed was a crown! I have no idea how many years ago that was but I never looked back!

I had my first appointment at Carolina Dental today and I’ve never experienced a more enjoyable cleaning. My dental hygienist was so very gentle, it didn’t even bother me when she scraped my teeth and flossed them. I also appreciated that Dr. Moller presented me with a long term view of my dental health and he took the time to explain his plan to me. I felt that he really cares about his patients and enjoys his work. I would highly recommend Carolina Dental.

I had an urgent need to be seen for a sudden pain around the root of one of my teeth. I called and was able to get an appointment in less than a couple of hours. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent service!!
