Have been going here about a year now and I can hardly express how amazing the whole entire office is. I went to first appointment terrified beyond the point of “dental anxiety” and without having visited a dentist in years. I was due for a deep cleaning and chose a sedative option. My hygienist, Maria, was absolutely amazing. She has a friendly presence that always helps ease the process and is very gentle yet thorough. Dr. Goldston is also wonderful, super kind. She completely put me as ease during the numbing injections which I feared the most. Thanks to all the ladies here, I don’t feel I have dental anxiety anymore. I honestly look forward to my regular cleanings now. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Also, they offer an awesome budget friendly discount plan for uninsured! Love Greenville Family Smiles!

Great group..efficient, friendly, highly qualified staff & dentist. They are experts on Covid precautions also. We moved from Washington State a year ago & was so glad to hit the Jack pot with this dental group. We waited to get our vaccine before going to the dentist for cleaning but honestly they are so safe we could have gone in earlier if we had known how thorough they are in their care.& precautions.

I love the energy in this office. All the staff are very nice and professional. They make you feel very comfortable with the procedures they perform. I’m glad I decided to make this my primary dentist. Dr. Goldsmith does excellent work her and her staff.

Greenville Family Smiles truly feels like family. From a non dentist loving individual, that is saying a lot. Christy has been my routine caregiver for two years. She is beyond friendly and patient. Her work is flawless, thorough and easy on me prior to the dentist entry, who is equally all those things. The dentist consistently makes eye contact first & asks about me as an individual before beginning. Today she even took extra time to go get a picture of a paint can for me as I asked specifically about the color of the room! Not only do I leave the office in good oral health, I also leave happy to have been there.

I was very impressed how Greenville Family Smiles was so caring, and compassionate to my son who has severe autism, and is non-verbal. The Dentist, and staff are very friendly, and constantly reassuring my son that everything was alright. They took away all my anxiety, I thank God that this dentist office exist. If I could give more then 5 stars, I would, because they deserve it.

One of the best dentists I have ever been to! They clearly work hard to make your visit pleasant. I appreciated all the measures they were taking to keep their patients safe, as well.

My three year old had a blast at her cleaning! She loved watching Cocomelon in the chair, and was so proud of the new toothbrush and prizes she got to take home. As a parent, I felt like all my questions were answered and I appreciated being able to sit with her in the chair during the cleaning. I was also very pleased with all of the Covid precautions. My daughter is already excited for her next cleaning!

The office is always friendly. But uses the most modern technology to keep clients and themselves safe. They have a specific protocol. I am a former RN and teacher and I trust them 100 💯 % and more. My husband is a client as well as our son. Been going to Greenville Smiles since they opened. And when we had to be referred the doctors we went to were great also. U will not be disappointed. I was also impressed with their diversity. They have many Latino clients, and some of staff speak Spanish. 😊

I really get anxious about my dental appointments. As routine as they are, I still get anxious. My experience here eased my mind each step of the way. From beginning to end, each staff member treated me well. Scheduling, checking in, cleaning and dental exam: they guided me and answered my questions along the way. Maria the hygienist is kind and humorous. Dr. Goldston is so welcoming and genuine. I appreciate this team so much. I may even look forward to my next appointment without as much anxiety ; )

I haven’t been to the dentist In over 5/6 years and part of those years I was an inactive braces patient. I got my braces off at palmetto family ortho and finally made an appointment to see an actual dentist. I told them my story and they didn’t shame me at all. They made me feel really good and I left with clean teeth and future scheduled appointments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Another very great dental experience- which is something I’ve NEVER said about a dentist or dental office prior to Greenville Family Smiles! They are genuine in their interactions and handle your mouth with care and expertise. I had not been to the dentist in 7 years, and stumbled upon Greenville Smiles during the pandemic while having serious tooth pain. They got me in same day, even though they were only doing emergency visits. They were extremely empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable. I also felt safe and healthy in their space during the health crisis.The entire staff was welcoming, and they got me set up for the work I needed while also educating me on what and why I was needing the treatment they were prescribing.Additionally, one time they were running a little behind (due to new safety protocols recently put in place by the pandemic) and offered me a gift card due to the inconvenience. Totally not necessary but very kind.Lastly, after a partial root canal, I was having pain between my appointments. I called to ask them if that was normal and if I should just wait until my already scheduled next appointment, but they reworked their schedule to get me in within 24 hours of my phone call. Again, not required, but very much welcomed and appreciated.I highly recommend this company and this team - they do a great job and I’m excited to keep them as my regular dentist.

Instead of trying to make me buck up as one dentist told me, she worked with me at my pace and empowered me to face my fears. Im one of those people who, because of past bad experiences with dentists and very sensitive teeth, know caring, compassion and gentle touch is. Christie is absolutely the best dental hygienist I have ever been to. Thus far Ive not had other than cleanings, but I know that if the day comes when I need something else, this is where I will be!

We haven’t been to the dentist in awhile, so we were a little umcomfortable at first, but it didn’t last long! The entire staff was very comforting and welcoming. Dr. Anna Goldston is honestly one of the most amazing doctors I have even met. I am a registered nurse and I don’t give 5 stars out to just any doctor. She is undoubtedly very skilled, intelligent, and a top notch practitioner, but there are many doctors that fit that description. I have never met a more caring and awesome dentist in my life. After them helping me I immediately transferred my children to this office. They care more about the person then anything and make sure ur comfortable. I love this place n wont be going anywhere else. I have been in pain for months and the receptionist Kelly was so inhumane and rude and refused to even give me an appointment when they are the only local place who had accepted my insurance. Dentists and doctors dont even care about people anymore, just money

I had broken a tooth and the sharp edge was driving me nuts. Called my (now ex) dentist and they said they would call me back but didnt. At 10:45 on Friday I got an appointment for 11:30. Just 45 minutes from now! The office was very nice Kelli ( she plays the music so they call her the DJ) got me signed up they use an electronic method NO MORE clipboards with 12 pages to fill in your life history... and the wait was short. I was told I actually had busted a crown. By 2PM I walked out with a temporary crown. The whole team there Jackie and Dr Goldston are awesome!

In this age of cookie cutter dentistry it’s nice to find a dental practice that remembers what being a dentist is all about… caring for patients!
