I had a wonderful experience here. Appointments are easy to schedule and the online portal makes everything feel nice and streamlined. The staff are lovely and professional, Dr. Reynolds was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable through my entire visit (something Ive never said about the dentist LOL). Would definitely recommend.

I find the staff at Aspen Dental, Greenville, SC to be knowledgeable ,friendly , accommodating, and non- judge mental. They have made a full upper appliance for me and are now in the process of making a lower partial. I have every confidence that it will fit as comfortable and look as nice as the upper.

I had a dental emergency today and specifically called ahead to see if they could see me. I was told the first available appointment was late July, but that because it was an emergency they would make sure to fit me in today. I was told to come to the Woodruff road location immediately to get seen. When I got to the location not even 20 minutes later they told me that I would have to wait until late July. I told them I just called ahead to make sure I could be seen before coming all the way to Woodruff road and the lady just said “you called the call center, have a nice day”. I specifically called ahead to avoid a situation like this, and I called the listed phone number for the Woodruff road location- not sure why that would take me to some ill informed call center. Total waste of time and money.

A complete racket, dont go there! I have been told by my regular dentist for years that I have excellent dental hygiene. The only reason I had to go was because my new company put me in the wrong dental insurance group. I thought ok Ill just get a cleaning. After arriving 15 mins early as requested, waiting 45 mins to be seen and another 30 to have a dentist spend 5 mins with a mirror in my mouth they come back with 5 cavities and gum disease AND over $3,000 estimate! When I asked for just the cleaning it was $333 because I require a deep cleaning and once diagnosed they cant go back. Such a scam!

Fillings coming out after just a few months. Partial made incorrectly first time. They placed teeth not needed and left teeth out where they were needed. Second attempt was terrible. Partial teeth much smaller than regular teeth and not natural looking at all! Now having to pay another dentist to re-do partial and fillings. Very disappointed. $3,000 worth of dental work now costing me $6,000. Do not waste your time and money on Aspen.

I was scheduled for a filling and cleaning. Very efficient. The Dr. that did my filling was very professional and did a good job. That’s why there’s not 1 star. My cleaning, however, was less than good. I have never had a cleaning last less than 10 mins before today. There was no scraping of my teeth, barely any scraping in between my teeth, and when I was flossed I could tell there was a decent amount of calculus left. There was not even any whitening done. I’ll be going somewhere else for my cleanings. Thanks.

Everyone made me feel welcome and was concerned about taking care of me in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who wants things done right. I especially liked the way they took the time needed to make sure I was receiving the best in quality of care. So, I encourage others to check them out. Youll soon discover what Im talking about.

I was overcharged for my crown even after I had made arrangements ahead of time to pay on it. I sat with them after and they figured out the error but overpayment had to be applied to the next visit. This needs to be fixed. They also had to fix a filling that they had done several months prior that had broke. Every crown my wife had done here has fallen out. Im concerned about mine.

They are really nice. They are restoring my teeth after chemo so I can eat an apple and not apple sauce. They do not do one tooth at a time. Last dentist did one at a time at at least $1500 each tooth. Last dentist did an implant that looks nothing like my other teeth. It was awesome to be treated as a person again and not a house payment.

Arrived for my extractions as scheduled. Staff is friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Dr that did my surgery did good work. However his attitude and making others around him feel “less valued” just killed the whole mood. I honestly felt like an inconvenience for Dr Poor and actually apologized to him for having questions about the procedure and recovery after the surgery. Woke up, they did a scan and walked me out the door after handing me a plastic bag. No idea what medicine I was prescribed or what was in the bag. Got home and figured out the meds and the stuff in rhe bag. This is my first time being at a dentist in decades. I was nervous and still am. The team in Spartanburg take care of me and treat me like family. I just wish I felt the same after my visit to Greenville. Trust just isn’t there anymore.

Had a emergency needed a tooth extraction, had been for one months earlier. This time it took an hour of pulling and grinding cut my cheek during. I ran out of medicine called there emergency line no help couldn’t get a call back. Never got a call back from the dr either.

The Aspen Dental office on Woodruff Rd in SC is amazing they fixed some f.... ups that the office in Pinnellas Park Florida made. Do not go to the Pinnellas Park Florida location they do not know what they are doing. They caused me so much pain and I have to have 2 root canals because of them. I am talking to a lawyer of the mess they made of my mouth. The South Carolina office was amazing they got me pain free and on my way to recovery.

My husband spent almost 8000.00 to have his teeth pulled and get dentures and they have never fit right and they say its nothing else they can do. I think if you pay that kind of money your teeth should fit. Please be cautious about going to them

My first visit to Aspen Dental and it was a general evaluation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very efficient procedures.

This practice is so customer friendly. Dalton went above and beyond to help us setting up an emergency extraction. We went to another facility they tried to price gouge us wanting $500 for a simple extraction. We called Aspen and spoke with Dalton told him our situation he said head on over. He then spoke with the Dentist and got us in. I can’t thank him enough and the rest of the staff for helping us. After my husband was called back we were out the door in 13 minutes and only paid $158 compared to the other facility wanting $500. Please choose this facility as they treat their customers well! Top Notch!

Didn’t receive 5 stars because the wait just was ridiculous for a check up. I came in 30 min before my appointment because someone cancelled, but when I got there everybody was moving slow. I was the only one in the lobby and it still took them 15 min to call me back even though they called me to come in early because of the cancellation. So after I get to the back I get X-rays and have them look at my teeth. It then took the hygienest another 30 to 35 min to come look at my teeth and gums to just say your good in literally 3 to 5 min. This should have taken only about 30 min. It took a whole hour and a half smh.

I dont like going to the dentist but my experience at Aspen was awesome. The staff was friendly and the service was great. They went above and beyond my expectations.

The Good; the people were nice and they took my insurance.The Rest; the entire experience felt like a big up sale.I am new to the area and made an appointment for a cleaning. I showed up and they took a lot of xrays. When I made it to the dental chair, I was told the dentist was coming to discuss my xrays and then a manager would discuss the payment plans. I asked what about my cleaning. They said they don’t do cleaning on the first visit, which was the entire reason I came. Turns out they do things different from every other dentist I have visited my entire life. I should have stopped and left then, but I didn’t. When the dentist came in, he said I had a bunch of issues that needed fixing, but luckily I had great insurance and they would cover everything I needed. Funny, my previous dentist didn’t mention anything about issues and they had already contacted my insurance company. I listened to what they had to say and scheduled a cleaning for the next day, not sure if my insurance would pay for two visits. I went home and read their reviews and canceled the appointment. If you are use to a traditional dentist where the assistant cleans your teeth and then they dentist comes in and goes over everything, I don’t recommend Aspen. They are a chain, they do things a lot different and seem to want to push additional services. The entire experience had a very “fast food” feel to it.

Went in to get a tooth extracted and the pain was unbearable. Whoever the dentist was, didnt tell me his name. He was a short yankee. He did not know what he was doing. After an hour of pulling on the tooth he had to call in a REAL dentist and she had it out in 2 minutes. The hole they left was so big it is taking forever to heal. Aspen dental is just a money maker they do not care about the care their patients receive. I have spoken with an attorney about this, aspen dental needs to be shut down.

Really friendly and great service.

I damaged my retainers and had to order new one. I was told the cost was $400 but that was to include a set of 4. Got the mold done was told 30 days and I would get a call. A month and a half later I hear nothing so I call. The receptionist says well due to Covid things are backed up. I call again a month later and was told well its Covid ( can we stop using this excuse now). Finally after three months of the initial order Im beyond frustrated, I say hey stop with the BS Covid excuse where are my retainers? My teeth are shifting at this point. Well I end up speaking to the customer satisfaction line which is a waste because all they do is transfer you to the location.Finally someone decides to get off their but and look for or try to find out whats going on, Im told they would call me back. Guess what? You got it no call. I call back two days later and I ask were they even ordered at this point because something isnt right. Well after being placed on hold for over 20 minutes its clear they werent ordered. Call customer satisfaction line again they put in a request for me to get my money back. I finally get a call back in two days that a refund is processed, well not all ( used two different forms of payment) Two weeks after the 1st refund hit I I called and asked whats the issue with the rest well its still pending. Here were now a week after being told its pending still no refund. Beyond annoyed at this point. Now Im having to search for a new dentist. Thanks for nothing Aspen Dental

They did the wrong work on my daughters front tooth and it looks horrible! They gave me a refund but said SOL that’s all the can do! We sat down and went over a plan and they even matched her tooth at the first visit so how did it change from crown to painting her tooth with some yellow/tannish mess? So now what was supposed to be a crown is just a fill in (on her front tooth) which is not even close to the color of her teeth and looks like she has a sesame seed stuck between her teeth. They won’t even fix what they messes up! We are trying the Spartanburg office and they made us wait an hour for her appointment while they took everyone else back quickly. We were hoping they would take a look and be a little More sympathetic and attempt to make it right. I asked the lady if I could go back and she said no that she is in good hands, which is what the first dentist said.. but after I was denied going back she let 2 other couples go back together. She is on my insurance and technically still a teen. So if there is no room, why were other people allowed back?? They have yet to call me back or offer to fix their mistake. Our experience is terrible. Then I see several ofMy friends post horrible Reviews on fb, wish I wouldHave seen those before hand! I don’t recommend this company

First off the Doc is totally the nicest person ever. I told her my story and she was understanding and all. When I went back for extractions she was so nice the entire time. I had to go back next day she wasnt there. The dentist filling in for her was ok but not as great to talk to. My dentures dont fit yet but they gonna fix it because the doc is awesome!!!

Went in for a toothache and all they did was a quick exam and x-rays. I still have the toothache. Was a waste of time.

I went to Aspen Dental for a free exam and x-rays. I was very impressed with the staff at Aspen Dental as they were professional and courteous when they treated me and performed the exam and x-rays. Fake appointments.They dont respect peoples time.I was given an appointment, which was confirmed by email, and when I cam to my appointment I was told there was no appointment for me and they suggested that I hangout for four hours and come back for an opening in their schedule. They think their time is the only valuable, but not peoples.When I showed them the email they said they did a mistake on their end and they apologized.When I called the customer satisfaction center and sent them the appointment confirmation email, they apologized too and offered that I hangout for more four hours and come back to the opening in their schedule.Apologies do not pay back the time I wasted that day after driving for an hour to get to their location. Peoples time is as valuable as your time, Aspen Dental.

I was very disappointed to schedule a teeth cleaning and exam that did not happen. I showed up and nothing was accomplished but X-ray and price to get small cavity filled; most importantly I received no teeth cleaning.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! I have had cervical fusion and they went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. I was so impressed I know at least 5 family members will be switching to Aspen dental! Liked the fact they were able to get me in at short notice.staff was great i had 6 teeth pulled at once an was released right after that ,on my way home my breathing got really bad my tongue swole up i had to be rushed to hospital from a convenience store was scared to death i couldnt breathe . with that many teeth being pulled they shouldve kept me a bit after or told me to bring someone with me incase they had to pull multiple teeth. Im ok now

Worst experience I have ever had at a Dentistry!!Dr Reynolds was not only rude to me, but she drilled a hole in my tooth & argued with me about it when I told her it was there? She said she didn’t see it & argued with me because she was in a hurry to leave.Appointment was at 5 & I waited an hour and a half before I was seen. They close at 7 so nothing I was scheduled for was done & they charged me 125$’s...for x-rays they said they needed to be able to fix my tooth that was chipped.Unbelievable??Always had great experiences at Aspen in Alabama & at this particular office as well, but she was absolutely unprofessional & rude not to mention the blotched job she did on my two teeth.I will ever go back there again.This is the first bad review I have ever given. Hope it saves someone from a bad experience.

New patient. The visit was a pretty simple process. Everyone was really nice. I thought it was really weird to be in an exam chair and sitting just feet from another patient in an exam chair next to me with no walls. I could hear every word they spoke. Absolutely zero privacy. If things like that bother you, not your place. I mean open concept is the latest rage, but maybe not in this situation.

When I walked in the door for my first appointment in 10 years the first thing I see is the front desk person not wearing a mask. As I’m signing in I make mention of the pandemic we are currently very much in and ask why she isnt wearing a mask in a place that deals entirely with the mouth. She takes my temperature and replies they aren’t required anywhere but in the back in this office. Shocked I watch as other people walk in without leaving me extremely uncomfortable. The technician comes to get me for xrays. They are uncomfortable, but that’s to be expected. No prob. I make mention another time about the front desk person not wearing a mask. She replies it’s a constitutional right to not wear one. (WHAT??) I remind her that selfishly deciding it’s your “right” to endanger others in a medical office is not ok. I explained to her I have a 5 year old family member who beat cancer and can not afford to get sick in any way, shape, or form. I explained that when they aren’t wearing a mask they are not only putting me at risk, but her. I explained that as a medical office my health and those around me should be their priority which means wearing a mask over your selfish feelings of discomfort. After constantly calling me “sweetie” she sat me down in the back for a mouth assessment. I look over at the customer directly across from me to see the guy sitting with her with his mask down and mouth/nose exposed as he talks to her. (WHAT?) I expressed, once again, how uncomfortable this is making me. (I will say anyone who looked at my mouth was wearing a mask, but it was upsetting and disrespectful to me/anyone in that office to see members of their staff not.) After I left I called around to other offices to get an appointment elsewhere because I did not feel like they cared about my wellbeing. I found an office that is taking Covid very seriously and their protocols reflected that. (The office guy was super nice and helped me out a bunch cancelling my transaction. He was very understanding, but even he had his mask down in the back where it was supposedly “required.”)

I was put to ease by the staff. They were very patient with me, they explained exactly how the appointment would go and made me feel better. I had all of my top teeth pulled (approx. 14) and walked out of their office with the MOST BEAUTIFUL set of dentures. I have an appointment with their office in two weeks to have the bottom worked on. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

I started using Aspen Dental months ago just for consult. Then the pandemic hit and they wasnt doing appointments. So I had to wait and it was painful. Called back and they were only taking emergency appointments. I said, Well I deem myself as an emergency. Being that I needed 2 teeth extracted. They set the appointment and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Didnt even realize that the Dr. had even pulled the teeth out. AWESOME job. I will be using you all from this point forward. First time I went to the dentist and didnt feel much pain. Thanks

First, the good - Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and treated me very well. The people are great.Next, the bad - It is very clear after my initial exam that Aspen Dental is in the business of trying to UPSELL and make as much money as possible. It reminds me of the days when Sears was found guilty in a class action lawsuit for over-estimating car repair needs, or charging for repairs that they didn’t even do.I called to book a cleaning, as I’ve not had one in over a year. I was told that they needed to do an exam first. The exam was extremely thorough and comprehensive. By the end of the exam, I was told that I needed a “special” cleaning that would include two cavity fillings and topical antibiotics. The estimate came in at $1400. It seemed unlikely to me that between the time of my last cleaning and now, I would have a fresh $1400 worth of dental decay.I went back to my original dentist in Greenville, after calling and finding out that they are actually in-network in my insurance. They gave me a cleaning with a little extra care for my gums and it cost me $89.Aspen is a con job with aggressive up-selling techniques. They had a class action lawsuit filed against them in 2012 for this very issue and I will never step foot in an Aspen Dental again.

I have went to a previous dentist that had told me that all of my molars need root canals and that I would have to pay out of pocket, so kind you that’s a good $2,000 per tooth X 10 molars so mind you do the math. I went in and had my first visit and they dentist came in and told me why are you wanting to get your teeth pulled and explained to her my situation and she told me I understand 100% and that only 6-7 of them need just fillings because the cavity isn’t that deep to need a root canal. So needless to say I will be staying with Aspen from here on out even if that means I have to pay out of pocket! For someone who’s not trying to rob me blind I will gladly pay out of pocket!

The whole staff was friendly, very professional and thorough with my xrays and examination. All of the equipment was state of the art and left nothing unnoticed! Everything was digital and easy for me to also look at and see the few issues I had going on. Dr. Reynolds was so knowledgeable and also made me feel like a welcomed friend. Definitely recommend. I am so grateful for the minor issues they found and the ease of recommended treatment now before these issues develop into a larger and more expensive problem.

I made an appt here, another location called to confirm my appt there- not here. I called two days ago to speak to someone about my lack of appt and NO ONE has called back. My appt is today at 11 am and it looks like Aspen has not come through for my second try at a visit! This is beyond poor communication and customer service. 6-19-20

They will over charge the negotiated amount with the insurance company if youre in network. They will charge you before your procedure. Hope you dont look over your won and notice you got over charged 2000$. This is unacceptable practice. Once Im done with the follow up appointments I will never step foot in a Aspen dental again!! Do not trust them they will lie to you to get your money. Dont go here even for the free appointment.

Oh my goodness. I had an infection, it was hurting SOOOO bad. On top of being pregnant. And I called like 4 places (I checked reviews before I was calling) and they were all like “well we can take you but we won’t be able to do much, the oral surgeon would and it’s gonna be a while before you can get in”. Aspen called me as SOON as they opened (I literally sent them an email through their website). And set me an appointment for THAT DAY. Then, I was 30 minuets LATE to my appointment (traffic/wreck on the interstate and had to take a detour) but when I called I told her and she said just get here safe it’s okay. (I was in ALOT of pain). I walked in, and was seen in 10 minuets or less. They were ALL sooo gentle with my poor mouth, they didn’t press unwanted or unnecessary procedures on me (well the cleaning is necessary BUT not when it’s that infected/swollen). They didn’t spend more time in my mouth than needed. THEN they let my husband come to the consultation with me and discussed ALL of my options, with them and a surgeon. They have an AMAZING payment plan that actually helps me get what I need done without breaking the bank! I am 26 years old, scared of dentists (bad experiences) and by the time I left there I was ready to set my appointment and have them do whatever they needed! I’m actually excited to go back. They take the time to go at YOUR pace, not theirs. Which, for a big baby like me, that is the most important thing to me. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND JUST to take xrays and look inside my mouth! EVERYONE smiles and greets you. They asked me multiple times if I was okay and they EVEN SAID THEY WERE SORRY IF SOMETHING THEY HAD TO DO HURT! Aspen Dental on Woodruff Road I CHOOSE YOU! First of all I have been terrified of dentist ever since I was 7. I came to aspen to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled plus 1 additional tooth. From the time I walked into the door until the time they carried me out. Everything about this dentist office is superb. If you have to get your wisdom teeth pulled THIS is the place to get it done at. They answer all your questions 3 times. I say that because the secretary answered them, The dentist assistant answered them, and my oral surgeon did. I cannot remember your name at all. But we talked about the Logan movie. It was great. Aspen is the way to go. Highly recommend!!

They were great and courteous and even wrote up a detailed report on everything that was wrong.

Stay away from this practice! They’re so dishonest!!! They advertise free X-ray & exam and then bill your insurance company taking away that service from another dentist you actually want to patronize. They charge for a bunch of unnecessary treatment plans, screenings and even a toothbrush I didn’teven ask for. They told me Zoom whitening was on special for $299 but when I finished the exam it magically jumped up to $399. Never will go back there again!!!

I had a broken tooth that needs to be repaired. Consultation took about 20 minutes from start to finish. The technician was very professional, the dentist explained everything to me, and the check-out/financial assistant was helpful and courteous. Altogether a very nice visit. The only downside was that the computer system definitely needs updating. I had made an appointment about five months ago for cleaning at 6:30. Aspens computer reminded me of the appointment the day before. I braved Woodruff Road at 6:00 on a workday, only to find the hours of the location had changed and they closed at 4:30! This definitely needs to be changed.

This Aspen Dental location is phenomenal! The Hygienist did my annual cleaning & fluoride treatment in less than an hour! Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend this Aspen location on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. Their fees for services are very reasonable & they provide all of the up-to-date procedures anyone could ask for. Im happy I found them!

I came in dreading the state of my teeth and left confidently, knowing exactly what would be done and why. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff was impressive, but more importantly I rarely had to ask questions since they took care to make sure I was informed every step of the way, from cleaning to billing. I wouldnt hesitate to come back or recommend it to others.

Stay away from this place. The dental hygienist was watching the TV pretty much the whole time while shes cleaning my teeth. In addition, on my second visit (filling), they left a sharp edge on the tooth that was worked on and they refused to squeeze me in on my only day off.
