Ive been coming here for many years for periodic hygiene visits and like their approach to monitoring your oral health. Recently I needed a set of implants. The staff was very skilled at handling this complex procedure where exact placement is critical to success, and had a good result.

I recently saw Dr. Greer with concerns about my gums, and I definitely didnt want to lose any of my teeth. He was professional and friendly, and along with his assistant Petra, they both made me feel really comfortable with my experience. Good communication with healthcare providers greatly reduces any anxiety I might have about choosing treatment, so I appreciated that they answered all the questions I asked and I was very satisfied with the answers I received. They treated me like a person, not like an appointment in a chair, and I wont hesitate to go back to Dr. Greer at Pelham Links for my treatment plan.

I have dealt with Dr. Hudson and Dr. Greer for over ten years and they have always been outstanding in every way.First, if you are nervous about going to the dentist, even a little, this is the place for you. They take the anxiety out of going to the dentist. At Pelham Links, it is relaxing from the moment you walk into the lobby, and when you get back in the dentist chair, they explain things to you very thoroughly and clearly. I never felt like something was happening that I did not already know was coming. No surprises!And both Doctors Hudson and Greer are masters at giving anesthesia shots in a way that you barely even notice the shot. It doesnt hurt and it is very easy to tolerate.Once you are numbed up really well, they explain what is going to take place and they explain it step by step.There are certificates plastered all over the walls and I spent time reading them while I was waiting for the anesthesia took effect. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that they are well-trained and among the best in their field.When I was a child, I had a very brusque and harsh childhood dentist. I walked into Pelham Links about a month ago. My mouth was a mess. As a survivor of domestic violence it had truly taken a toll on me. I was in constant pain, I never smiled, I lacked confidence, I was taking over 16 ibuprofen daily to deal with the pain. I met Dr Hudson and his amazing Dental Assistant Paige and they were so welcoming. They didnt judge me for the way my smile was. They were so kind, so supportive. They knew I wanted to get everything fixed quickly and they made me a plan. I am so happy to say that I have a beautiful smile now. One that I dont have to hide. Im not in pain anymore. They went so much above and beyond for me I just cant thank them enough. The entire staff is amazing. They all truly care and really dont judge . I highly recommend!!!

My husband & i have been patients here for over 15 yrs. All office staff, techs, hygienists, etc are highly skilled & compassionate. I see Dr Hudson, my husband Dr Greer - both excellent dentists. They fully explain any issues they find as well as all possible treatment options, & present treatment plans so you know costs before work begins. They are responsive to emergency situations.In my case, I have illnesses that make dental appts difficult: back & neck problems that require special attn to how I can be reclined during work; as well as severe sensitivity to noise. Staff work ahead of my appts to ensure my special needs are provided for, always showing empathy & understanding.I highly recommend this practice for their knowledge & skillful treatment, compassion & responsiveness. I was running late for my appointment today by 15 minutes. I have to travel an hour up 85 south to get there. But today was particularly bad traffic wise. When I arrived they told me that I had to reschedule, that all they could do was x- ray and look at my teeth today. When I initially scheduled my appointment there was definitely more I needed done. So your telling me 15 minutes caused everything but looking at my teeth to be rescheduled! I have spent thousands of dollars over multiple years here and that’s it! Thanks for making me feel important. You know what don’t overbook. 2.5 hours for that. There are 3 dentist less than a mile from me. But I’m old school and had some kind of loyalty to this place. Guess it doesn’t go both ways. This place has multiple dentists and a beautiful new office. Business must be booming. They don’t need my money! Or yours...

I have been a patient at Pelham Links for 20 years. The staff has been consistently pleasant and knowledgeable. I have settled in with a dental hygienist..... This was important as I was a hygienist myself. Shout out to Heather!!!! Dr Greer is my dentist but I have recently seen Dr Jacobs more regularly for the start of an implant. Both take time with me, explain procedures well and make me feel comfortable to ask questions. This practice has a great team. I have seen all the doctors at one time or another.

I rarely write reviews but feel the need to express my disappointment.Went there as a new patient for a cleaning appt a few months ago(1 free cleaning/semester), used my insurance and a few weeks later… received a $186 bill in the mail. Very surprised and disappointed. I signed up online prior to appt day, and I was not told it’d cost $186 nor would I have gone to this dentistry if I knew about these charges! I was told over the phone “this is my part” to pay, and that I was charged for x-rays and dentist review that I did not ask for. 1 month later after being closed due to covid-19… received an updated bill with aditional “finance charges” for past-due balance. I’d recommend stay out of this dentistry just for the lack of transparency/professionalism alone.

Pelham Links Family Dentistry has been our dentist for over 20 years and we have always been wowed by their professionalism and commitment to service. We have raised a family of 5 with them always with 5 star experience. Currently we live 150 miles out of market but still are more than willing to travel to continue to use their service. I went to Pelham links for the second time, and absolutely loved my experience! My hygienist, Alanna, was really cool. Ive never actually gotten my teeth cleaned and seen a doctor on time! I was greeted on time, and had left by the hour. Wow! She was so fast, and not one time did she stab me in the gums like my last doctor (Dr Edwards in Columbia)Pelham links was super clean, Dr Powell was very friendly and down to earth. Pelham Links is by far the best dental office I’ve ever visited. They take their time to get to know who you are and make every aspect of your visit anxiety free. They are very informative and always lay all your options out on the table for you. Heather, a dental assistant, had taken extra time to remember details that help make every visit as stress free as possible, and they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door.

We took our 8 year old son to have a tooth extracted with Dr Powell, he is incredible with kids and had him laughing and completely distracted the entire time. He put us both at ease and was very professional yet funny. My son never even saw the needle or felt any pain, pulled and out of the office in 30 minutes. I recommend Pelham Links and Dr. Powell very highly. We will not go anywhere else. Also, if you need a cleaning ask for Alanna, she is the sweetest, most caring and efficient dental hygienist weve ever used.

They were able to see me that day and made me feel right at home. Six-month checkup! I was 15 minutes early and ready to sit and wait when my name was called! Great dental hygienist, teeth look super! Dr Greer gave me an “excellent” and I was on my way! Free toothbrush, toothpaste, chapstick, floss... and a 10% senior discount. Can’t beat that!

I had to go in for a crown and I was very anxious. However, all anxiety was removed as they were so patient and thorough! If I was experiencing any discomfort, they stopped and added pain medication as needed. Everything was amazing! I will definitely face any dental needed with peace as long as I am dealing with Dr. Jacobs and his team.

Dr Hudson and staff are always friendly and professional. I have my teeth cleaned here and recently had my wisdom teeth extracted. I was worried about the extraction but my fears were totally baseless. The surgery went very smoothly. Dr Hudson did a fantastic job. While everyones experience with pain is different, I can tell you that I had only two days of minor discomfort after the procedure and only required ibuprofen. Plus great results. Moreover, Dr Hudson is very honest in that he recommended exactly what I needed without adding anything extra to nickel and dime me. Plus affordable pricing. Would highly recommend his office and his services to anyone.

Ive had several issues over the span of three years with two molars. So they inherited me as a customer who already had some existing problems and fears of the dentist. The nurses and doctors (Dr. Hudson in particular) are just amazing. They listen to what YOU want, how you feel and do their best to make you comfortable. I do not feel as if Im being taken advantage of to just make a dollar off dental work. Highly recommend them!
