Convenience of everything in one locale doesnt make up for lack of care. The Dr. I saw was supposed to draw up referrals, rx meds and vowed to do weekly calls and he never did anything g. I called to leave him a message regarding my meds and referral and never heard back. They definitely dont care about people here and its very sad. The quality of life of those who trust this facility is greatly diminished.

Was sent here via referral by the hospital to try and establish a primary doctor and was refused care because we didnt have a referral by a primary doctor

A family member recently got released from the hospital and on the discharge papers this was listed as a place to follow up with. The paper said to reach out if we didnt hear in 2-3 days, so I did. When I asked why there had been no contact from them they said the referral had just gone through. Okay, great, got an appointment scheduled for the following week. I made calls to set up transportation for my family member who cant drive, and because hes currently not able to sit up he would be requiring a gurney. Got all of that set up and the day of the appointment I called to see if theres a specific suite hed have to go to (Im out of state and family is limited English speaking), only to be told that he didnt have an appointment. I was put on hold twice while the person I talked to went to figure out what had happened. Turns out the facility doesnt even accept my family members insurance, so I have no idea why someone scheduled him an appointment when it wasnt even possible to be seen at this facility. This is unacceptable and as a result I would never go to this place or recommend it to anyone. No appointment shouldve been set up in the first place and time that couldve been spent coordinating being seen at a facility that would accept the insurance was lost.

The dentist was a good office I went to an agreement to remove my remaining teeth and it didnt hurt the Dr was great to have working on my mouth.

Its so difficult to get an appointment here. Ive never had this problem where Im originally from, but once I moved here to the valley it is a constant trend. This place in particular either have no available appointments, not accepting new patients or their phone lines are always busy. Its ridiculous.

Lovely staff. LGBT friendly. There is often a decent wait time but definitely worth it

There are fast .The women who work there are nice.And the Doctor doesnt take long to see you.

I made an appt a month ago for a physical for my daughter. She put on her calendar. When we arrived receptionist said no appt. She said she would see what she could do. She came back with Im sorry we cant see you. We are going out of town and she needed to send her physical paperwork in tonight Thanks family health center appointments. They need to get it right. Seriously. They obviously gave my daughters appointment to someone else.

If you don’t want your loved one to die then don’t bring them here! I repeat Do Not bring them here. Unprofessional, unorganized, always changing appointments no call to let me know!. They have no empathy or concern about your health.

Horrible since the change. Literally sit here for hours on a set appointment. Just terrible terrible terrible!!! Appointment @ 9 see dr @ 1:30. They actually took lunch while i still sat waiting
