This place is horrible the first couple of nights my mom was being harassed by a nurse thinking that she wouldnt be able to communicate since she had a breathing tube in she ended up staying a whole year and during that time she got a bed sore and they allowed it to get so bad that it went to the bone and required surgery at its worst you could fit a soda can inside of the wound surprisingly there are a few good people that work there laverne, travis, nikki,, josette, jomar are all wonderful they actually do care and belong in the in the health care field

Great staff that seem to like their job, clean facility but hard to find hidden in a neighborhood.

Worse long term facility in fresno. This facility is a part of crmc hospital but is a disgusting place to leave your love ones. Chris,Justin ( nursing managers) are liars to the families regarding patients care to their families. My dad was sent to the ER several times due to the lack of care from the nursing staff. They are many patients diagnosis with CRE. All of them on isolation. The state of California is always there . Chris lies and covers up for low quality care to state surveyors.

I will keep my faith that this place wont be the last place my dad sees🙏

I spent 5 months here recovering from a serious leg injury in 2012. If it wasnt for the hard work and constant encouragement of the physical therapy team, Hi Nick and Patty my stay here would have been much longer. The nurses and aids were all wonderful & caring and made my stay here as pleasant as possible although it did get a little wild and crazy at times lol And of course those high stakes bingo games where all your pain and worries left and fun size candy became the most important thing in life. My time spent here will forever have a special place in my heart. The entire staff treated me both professionally and with the utmost respect during a difficult time in my life and i thank you all. And my heart will never forget the many friends I met and sadly to a couple I lost. Rip.
