Currently pretty sure i have covid, (not guaranteed because they wont give me my results.) Went in on Wednesday for a test, was told 2-3 days for results. I got a call on Saturday saying that they needed to schedule an appointment to tell me my results? So now its Monday, 1/2 an hour past when the doctor was supposed to call me for my appointment and Ive heard nothing. At this point Ill be better before they give me my results.

Came to this facility twice, both experience were great, they were very helpfull . Their service was quick, did not wait in the waiting room to be call to long. To make appointment was easy and quick

I am writing this review because I am very disappointed in Dr.Perez, the psychiatrist. I waited like a month and a half to be able to speak to her. The first appointment we had online, she was late.. then said she couldnt hear me, she spent so much time trying to get the video call to work. I said we can reschedule and she said no that we can do it over the phone. If that was an option, why did she waste so much time? Second appointment, I was logged in ready to video chat with her....she was late again so I left the waiting room... And finally the third appointment, she could not hear me and said I had it on mute, which I know it wasnt since I tested everything out before speaking to her. I knew she could hear me, I felt frustrated and it was all a waste of time. I dont recommend her online. I dont know if shes different in person, but due to covid that wasnt an option.

I been denied & dismissed by so many Drs here in Fresno & Clovis and no Dr would sit down with me & figure out my issue for a whole 2 years i was forced to figure out alot on my own & find out the correct test i should be taken & i decided to come here & Dr Hardeep, she sat down & actually researched my issue on her computer seen a treatment plan for me and had me on my way i was shocked because i felt unheard and nobody would listen i was ready to be shot down but she really helped me & when i needed a prior authorization for my medicine, her staff member Richard filled it out & then called me to let me know & hours later it was approved. This place went above & beyond to help me and i reccomend anyone to come here & get help from Drs who wont judge you & actually listens to the patient. Thank you!

My husband and I highly recommend this health center. Charlene was helpful in scheduling our appointments. Maggie assisted our doctor. She was pleasant and kind. We are both happy to be new patients of Dr. Bains. He is a caring doctor who listens. He is happy to be your advocate in helping you to be as healthy as you can be. Dr. Bains is the best. He takes great care of me and my wife and he got me a next day appointment with specialistt.

Bad experience!...I had an appointment scheduled at 8 Am today and when I get there I find out that they open At 11 Am ..I had took a day off from work and later in the day they call me to tell me that they had called and emailed about them opening at 11 and I don’t have any record of that and then they ask me if I needed to re-schedule the appointment for next month even though I was scheduled for a visit today. Very unprofessional

My husband severed his tendon in his left thumb with a knife. After weeks of waiting and given the run around by SO MANY other doctors, we finally found Dr. Bains. He went above and beyond, doing research and calling around until he found someone to do the surgery repair for my husbands hand. He now treats us both and I could not be happier with our choice of Doctor! He is very caring and really takes the time to listen. Doesn’t seem annoyed or impatient while listening to our concerns. I really can not emphasize enough what a difference he has made for us.

I have been with united health care for nearly 5 years. The compassionate care by staff and providers is unmatched by any medical facility Ive ever been apart of Ive been seen at several of their locations and labs across the valley and have always been treated like family. They have as also treated close family and friends and we are all grateful for their prompt and efficient service to the rural communities In our area... Their dental department is a life saver. My mom had issues with her insurance by 5 other dentists who would rather pull teeth or just keep bringing her in for money. Cynthia and her team at the dental department here understood her insurance and was able to solve everything with a root canal and referral. Great place with no bs.

Visited urgent care this evening by far this was the best experience I had from start everyone was professional and friendly great service and customer service! Recommend

Bad place!! Waist of time and disappointment is an understatement! After months of appointments and waiting my procedure was finally to start today and dentist tells me he doesnt want to and the office wont let him start something he cant finish because he is leaving. So another question to ask a new dentist would be.... How long do you plan on working at same office? All the other dentists at this place are too incompetent to take me as a patient. So my search is on.

Great place for dental. Their is professional easy to work with. Clearly explained my options and helped me navigate my insurance.

I get apt same day apt 11 am check in 10.30 waiting 2 hours next day check in for blood test check in 7.30 am guy coming 8 am now 8.30 still waiting for call

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful in the handful of visits Ive had there. Dr. Bains is very personable and knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The building is very nice as well.

I see Hardeep bad yall, so far I really feel that Im in good hands. Since Ive turned 50 my heath has taken a crazy turn so there are many different issues.Hardeep listens and has addressed every issue with fast referrals to get me where I need to go. Honestly I was scared when I first walked in but now im confident she will help me get answers. Thank you.

I went in to see if I could be seen and they said I didn’t pass the screening so I’d have to do a phone one which I’ve been to three different phone interviews for doctors appointments and I’m not getting better is why I went to a different urgent care but it’s a no go they said sorry you can’t do it

In November 2020 I was tested for Covid-19 at this facility .Unfortunately I tested positive. so that meant my family had to test as well. My husband and daughters all tested positive. when i was first was advised of being positive Dr Bains went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. thank you Dr Bains .. I Highly recommend your facility.

Worst service ever from the staff and Dr!Office manager seems to only lookout for her best interest as well as to hide there mistakes.It’s so frustrating to have to call this office and speak to multiple people and they have a lack of communication. Communication, communication, communication… smh!!Everyone drops the ball and no one wants to help or fix these issues..! 😩Just look at all the reviews ☹️And yes I will be looking for another office and it will not be a Med-iCal office,I should’ve known how the service would be 🤦🏻‍♂️

He and his team have been very respectful and professional when it comes to my familys well being. when calling to make appointments their very well mannered and organized, very quick at giving me their next available appointments. Also when talking to Dr. Nirpaul Bains he introduces himself to me polity and gives very well information about my visit and concerns. Lab is worst they take forever, really long waiting hours.

This location was designated by county health for Covid-19 testing. Three phone calls from the facility and I was given an appointment two days later. They only operate 9-12 for test, I was told because its hot. I forgot everyone in the central valley stopped working at noon because its warm. There was a huge line for test, these ARE PRESCHEDULED, AND ONLY ONE PERSON COMPLETING EVERYTHING BY HERSELF. This poor woman. I should have driven to a center in other cities. Very disappointed, just need to test negative so I can go back to work.FYI they have zero system to check you in! So good luck as people cut you off for your designated stall! Feel like I shouldnt let this center give me a bandaid after this.

I always have issues with this location, the girls that answer the phone never have my insurance information correct and I have been attending this location since May. Basically I have to figure out my problem. They are not helpful at all. I had to let Dr Hardeep, know about the issue and she was surprised. I attend this location because its close to my home, thats the sad part.

Dr. Nirpaul Bains from Fresno threw away forms that needed to be sent out for a patient, without telling the patient! And failed to send the second round of forms! He doesnt read patients file before, his advices contradict each other from one visit to another, and he blames it on the patient that he is incapable to keep things straight. His team seems extremely preoccupied with being rude with patients and gossiping with each other, instead of sending referrals for patients. I had only a couple of referrals that made it to the right destination in 3 months, but not: supplies, third party provider (for hematology services their clinic does not provide), or county services. Dr. Nirpaul Bains seems very preoccupied with his nurses and staff, instead of taking care of his patients. It took Dr. Bains 3 months to fail to send the correct referrals with all the codes needed for so many things! Dr. Bains, a patient could die without the necessary services, in case you did not understand this much from your medical school!
