Unacceptable long wait was told to come at 7am for physical but doors don’t open till 8am. After I got inside I was told to come back at 1030 for appointment. I came back Early at 10 but I did not get out till 4pm. I understand staff did the best I could but that is still a ridiculously long wait if you tell someone to come back at 10:30.

Wait is long but what do you expect ..every urgent care is busy. Everyone is so kind and caring. I have physical therapy sessions there also and I appreciate all that they are doing to get me feeling better. I highly recommend them . My experience with them had been nothing but great

I arrived early for my DOT exam, and when they opened, staff was ready to serve. They said my exam appointment would be later in the day, and I was allowed to fill out all necessary paperwork so that upon my return there was little delay.Friendly, professional staff who work together well and create a welcoming environment.

Best experience I’ve ever had! Staff was super helpful and sweet! Definitely made me feel that I was in good hands. I had my blood drawn and almost fainted but luckily had some amazing girls to help me feel safe and gaved me snacks to feel better. Thank you ladies

Concentra here in Fresno where where I go opened at 8:00 a.m.. I got here at 7:30 a.m. Check in At 8:15 a.m. And was 1130 befoseven 30 before I was admitted to the back to To check weight and blood pressure.I was then sent back outside to wait for a room to see the doctor, This took until 3:30 in the afternoon And did not see the doctor until 4:00 p.m..Very upset Of how long the process took to see the Doctor only to wait again to take x-rays. I was able to leave finely at 4:45 pm.. The process takes way too long.

The wait time to have a physical completed was a bit extreme. I also had trouble with the man at the front desk being a bit stand offish and rude, however, I am rating 5 stars due to my visit making a significant turn around. Once I was taken back and helped by Daniel he was very professional and considerate. Just when I was about to give up on the place he made me feel better about having to return. My second visit was a whole lot better! The rest of the staff was also friendly and completed everything in a timely manner for me.

This place has horrible service sent people home that needed to take care of business for their job opportunities that they were starting and people that needed to go back to work this place needs better customer service and better attitude sorry for the people that went home since they couldnt apologize to yourself 😔

I Would not recommend coming here. I checked in at 8:15 am and it’s almost 1pm and I’m still waiting on the doctor. I was told I was next a hour ago. Ive been to the one on Bullard in the past much faster. Wish I would have read the reviews before choosing this office.

First off the staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The only reason for the neutral review is the wait times. I had a dot drug test and I waited 2 and half hours. I tried calling ahead but never got anyone to answer the phone. It’s a very busy place but they make up for it with great staff.

If you plan on getting in and out of here quickly DO NOT COME HERE! Having people wait 4-5+ hours is so wrong. Please stop this. Staff is so kind and doesn’t deserve to do business like this (yes this place is a business)

Although the staff themselves were friendly, the organization and rules for the waiting room were not clear enough and the front reception person had to repeat these guidelines several times as there is no one else to keep the clients following rules. If there was possibly an employee helping to sort through the clients and help them to fill out paperwork prior to reaching the front receptionist, and also informing and insuring clients followed rules, it would seem less chaotic I feel.

Staff was efficient and friendly. There is a long wait time but that is because there is existing patients with appointments. I was a walk in but I still got taken care of within a matter of 3 hours. It’s a quiet, clean and private place.

I rated 1 star because I think it is ridiculous that they do not answer their phones. You could be on the call waiting for well over half an hour, as I did, and they will just hang up. This place is terrible for customer service. I really hope corporate headquarters will look into this issue immediately. They say your call is important but clearly it isnt.

I received my yearly medical certification at the office from Doobay,Purveena and ended up being sent to a sleep specialist due to my neck size being too large. I was checked here last year by another doctor and no problems but now I have to do it in 3 months or loose my job. Appointments at my doctor are behind by 4 months so how am I supposed to do that. Everything else was great until she decided to say I need to get checked for a sleep disorder. I have been doing this for 8 years and not once have any of the doctors had issue with this. My personal doctor has no issue with this. I guess they have to make money somehow.

I was seen very quickly actually, and I was just a walk in. But it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get paperwork. I found that ridiculous. But the staff was nice and the doctors nice.

Too long of a wait for a simple drug screen. Over 2 hours but office sent a form to my work saying done in 15 minutes. But that was only the check in process that was done in 15 minutes. Very under staffed for the amount of people there. Will go some where else next time

This place is the worst place to come. I had a appointment @11:30 and didn’t get out of here until 3 pm. I heard one of the MA say appointment don’t matter then why make them. They say the doctor is not in then why make appointments at the time they do. An this isn’t the first time I sit here for hours at a time and a dr is not available. I give this place no stars . It just won’t allow me to post my comments with out selecting at least one star.

I went in for a simple DOT physical and drug screening I was there for over two hours for the drug screening on the first day was told to come back the next day to do DOT physical showed up at 7 AM and didn’t leave there until 3:30 PM the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a clinic

Great customer service, but thats about it for the initial visist it was good and fast. Follow up visists are way to long at 3 and half hours to actually see the Dr. 5min if we have to wait that long at least cool down the place and not have everyone sweating.

The wait time was shorter than I expected. The MA that conducted my drug screen was personable and professional. I’m certified to conduct drug screens as well so I know how awkward it can be conducting these tests sometimes.

It took about three hours for my DOT physical.Had a hard time getting my temperature taken three devices were not working.Really really good air conditioning bring a sweater. Even though it’s over 100° outside. And I am a big man. It makes it feel good when you come back into your extremely hot car. The physical was thorough enough and they really listen to you. In a bit of a sketchy area but I did not feel unsafe. Yay

Got my physical for CDCR, been here since 9:45am and now it’s 1:35pm and still waiting for the doctor who’ll do my physical.They have one doctor in this facility and there’s around 10 people ahead of me. They made me wait for 5-6hrs here and I could have done a lot of things during those time.This review is not intended to ruin your business, but to improve it.

This place is always busy, when you have seat you have to be quick or you dont get a seat. At the moment they have 2 doctors for 10 people that sounds like they might need help.

Apt at 10am. Should had been out of here in 1 hour. Still in check up room waiting for a Doctor since 11:30am, now its 1pm Dr not even here yet.. SMH. If it wasnt for a job I would had left this place. SMH. AVOID THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

The clinic opened at 8 and I had to wait for over an hour to take a urine test. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said itd be about another 15 minutes. I finally was called, and I jokingly said to the tech, Man, make me wait an hour for a drug screen, and then make me wash my hands before I do it. He replied, Well, I didnt make you wait an hour. I just got here five minutes ago, so... All around unprofessional, both times that Ive come to the Jensen location. I pray that I never have to come back.

Went 3 days in a row, all before 8 am to a 10 people line. On the first day, I went in for my TB skin test and my drug screening, it took 4 hours to be seen. Phones will be going off blaring and no one will answer the phone. There can be two people in the front but no one will greet you even when you stand and stare blankly at them; there’s not courtesy apologies for waiting right in front of them at the front counter. On the second day, got inside the facility at 9 am for them to tell me that they’ve reached their capacity at 17 physicals, they told me to come back the next day to play my luck, which would be pushing my start date at my new job, so I insisted we scheduled an appointment for my physical. On the last day, it took an hour for me to be seen for my physical, I was in and out of the back office area due to my paperwork not showing up in their system. Overall was just a not so great experience.

Pleasant experience, staff was friendly. Process was simple for DOT physical. In and out, just show up early 😎

Doctor takes FOREVER to come see you. Go to a different place. Never going there anymore. 2-3hours wait time in waiting room and at least 2 hour plus of sitting in the room waiting for doctor. BS

Be prepared to wait at least 1/2 hour to 1 hour extremely busy clinic staff is very helpful and Try to get you in and out as soon as possible they are very professional and will answer all you questions its better if you can get an appointment.

I went as a walk-in, although they were quite busy they were fairly quick. I had to have labs drawn though, the first tech poked me twice and ended up leaving massive bruising along with not being able to get the tube. Luckily the next guy was more capable, first like and was quick. Other then the fact my arm still hurts a bit and is bruised 5 days later, the rest of the experience was great.

If you have to do a drug screen I highly suggest find a different clinic. Poor service. Its hot in there.

Showed up 3 different days (drove 40 miles there and 40 miles back) to get a physical to be told the wait was 5 hours and wouldn’t allow me to wait; told me to come back the next day and that appointments were booked out until mid-October…called the other location just to be told the same

Very very poor service, My has the knee injury ,when always go to hospital we always wait more than 3 at appointments time.if we arrived 5 minute late ,they didnt see and show some kind of attitude. Treatment is also very poor.

A pretty good Concentra location, certainly way better than the one on First street in town. They could improve by allowing appointments and making priority for those needing urine tests. Expect to be there about 2-3 hours or so.

From what I can see many of the reviews do have a point, the waiting time to get attended is a while. However, I went in to get a drug test and the nurses were extremely kind and patient with me. They let me retake the test a couple of times and gave me water to help me out.

A week after my appointment my results still hadn’t made it to my employer thus pushing back my employment and my paycheck.

The service is ok , I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours &15 minutes to get seen..Its always this way. something needs to be done.THAT IS WAY TO LONG TO WAIT WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!

This establishment has no respect for patients time. My appointment was at 2:30. I sat in a room until 4:07. At that time I walked out to ask when I would be seen. I was told I was next. I asked how much longer it would be, as I needed to pick my children up. The MA asked what time did I need to pick them up? What does it matter?!? I have other things to do besides spend 2 hours waiting when I scheduled an appointment! Literally a few seconds after our exchange, the doctor came in. 2 minutes later, the appointment was over. If I wasnt mandated to use this doctor, I would never step foot in this office!

All the staff was really nice and friendly. The waiting time takes forever! They had me undress for physical and i got cold waiting for the doctor to come on. Haha. But everything else was very good

Got here at 1:20 with an appointment. Was not seen until right before closing at 4pm.

I came in for an N95 mask fitting. I was having trouble on my end getting approval. The front staff was very helpful and friendly. They did all they could to help, even though the were extremely busy. I was very appreciative of all they did.

Everything went smooth. Everyone was very respectful and friendly. The only thing that gets me alittle bit was their process. It took me about 2 hours in and out the door.

I believe Concentra is doing their best to accommodate many patients at one time during the pandemic. My only hardship was setting an appointment as they didn’t have any availability when I needed to come for my first visit, so I ended up waiting for about two hours. My second visit went a lot quicker despite not being able to set an appointment for what I needed.The staff was very patient, efficient, and helpful.

Great staff, horrible experience with the way Concentra is ran.Day oneI was injured at work and spent over 5 hours here on the day of the injury. The wait to be seen was 2 hours. During those 2 hours I witnessed no one else in the waiting room that was in pain. It appeared that I was the only one having difficulty sitting/standing which I vocalized to the employees and also showed through tears.Day twoI had physical therapy which was a total joke. They put me in a room, gave me an exercise to do, then left the room. I finished my exercise and then waited 20 minutes for the therapist to come back in just to give me another exercise and leave again. Once again I sat for 20 minutes after I was finished before the therapist came back. Meanwhile, I heard him speaking the whole entire time to another employee.Day threeI had physical therapy again and to no surprise I was given an exercise and left for 30 minutes.Day fourPhysical therapy again which I insisted I was done and no longer in pain. The therapist spent some time with me watching me do the exercise and having me run some drills.I feel the need to point out that only two out of the three days during physical therapy was my temperature taken and I not once witnessed any sanitizing of the equipment being used. Also my temperature was taken under the tongue which I was asked to remove my mask and then watched the gentleman next to me get his taken as well with just the prob being changed...no sanitizing of the thermometer was done before or after my temp was taken.Day fiveI had a recheck appointment with the doctor. I waited 40 minutes before I was even checked in which then made me late for my appointment. The whole time I was in line, I was also on the phone trying to check in but it also took them 40 minutes to pick up the phone. I proceeded to ask the lady in the front office what I should have done since I had an appointment and her response was wait in line. I honestly do not think I should have had to wait behind walk-ins. I ended up being at the facility for 2 hours when I was only seen by the doctor for 5 minutes.I felt like I had no choice but to follow everything that was told to me or else work would not cover any further injuries. I felt extremely uncomfortable in the PT room.I would like to take a brief second and say that all the staff was really nice hence the one star. I just feel like the Concentra way of doing things during this pandemic is a joke. There should be a sign in sheet for appointments or an employee should walk outside and ask if there are any appointments. Injuries should come before walk-ins for drug screenings. Also the physical therapy side should be more attentive to their patients and let them know when they seem okay enough to stop PT and not the other way around. The PT side should also be given a no touch thermometer and stricter guidelines to sanitizing the room/equipment.

I will never go back to the East/Jensen office. The waiting was horrible, the staff not friendly, way understaffed,they didnt complete the paperwork for the DMV correctly so I had to go back to get them to finish completing it then return to the DMV AGAIN!! keep in mind how lines are at the DMV! I had to return the next morning for physical even though I showed up an hour before they opened had to wait an hour!! Then once I finally get out of there after dealing with a unfriendly doctor. I find out they sent my drug test results to the wrong employer!! So I have to return another day to retest. This time I went to the North fresno office where they finally get it right.

Went in for a DOT physical.If I could sum up my visit in one word in would be Inefficient.Showed up at 8:30am and wasnt done until 2:45pm.They do not allow you to schedule appointments for DOT Physicals which is not only dangerous to you and others, but also inconvenient.I understand first and foremost this is an urgent care facility but a solid 80% of patients are either drug tests of physicals. Which means while Im sitting taking up a room for 3 hours youre loosing money. The faster you move patients in and out the more effectively you can make money.Outside of being completely disorganized at the front desk and witnessing half the staff standing around chatting most of the time, theyre polite if you are polite to them.Should probably get some oversight at this location because it is a mess, or get a new manager. This place is far too busy to be running like that.

Been here since 845am for a pre placement physical, its now 950am and I was just now called on to an exam room. From desk is not very friendly,and I noticed sometimes they are walking about without their masks on. I asked for a copy of my records but they would not give it to me because you did not pay for it your employer did after talking to the manager they agreed to give me a copy of my tb screening. They manager was quiet polite and helpful so I appreciate that.

For it being exstreamly busy which is not something they can control they were very pleasant nice and helpful and as fast as possible not one time did I see an employee standing doing nothing or worse a group and all of the doing nothing while patients wait. And with the pandemic it made it seem more crowded than it was. But there could have been more places to sit or chairs available but if you wanted to wait in your car they would come get you or call you. Thats wasnt so bad unless you might have rode the bus. Lol thanks again guys.

Excellent customer service at 2555 S East Ave, Fresno,. They were very professional & fast service! Took about 30mins, compare to the 3hrs & rude customer service at the other location on 7265 N First St Suite 105, Fresno,.I will return in the future at this location instead!

The worst place reminds me of a free clinic I wouldnt want to get hurt and have to go there I got there at 630 line around the building for drug test and physicals and they only took 2 walk in physicals for the day

I went to this horrible place for a workers comp injury, they refused to see me until the next day. I had a follow up appointment and they changed the time and cancelled on me twice, without even letting me know. I went in at 8 am for my appointment and they had cancelled it, without even letting me know! I had to pay for child care and wasted gas for nothing!!! This is the worst medical place Ive ever went to. Not to mention that most doctors there arent even American and cant even speak proper English. Dont go to this horrible place!

I came in because I thought I broke my back. The lady behind the desk had me standing and waiting around in agonizing pain talking to my company about Workmen’s Comp. For 30 mins before they took me to a room. Then once we got to a room A nurse was training someone and taking their time. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and was arguing with somebody to come help me sit up because he didn’t “want to”. All he did was give me ibuprofen and started leaving the room without telling me what was wrong or how to fix anything. Everyone was extremely nice though.

This was a great medical center. I was Fernanda’s client and she was very well mannered and professional!!!

Dr. Manget, is a very professional man and has a lot of knowledge. He was very nice and did his job as needed to get me going at my new job! A Thank you to all the ladies at the front desk, they were awesome as well in getting me in and out of there as soon as they could. All very hard working and busy and smart ladies I would definitely recommend this place.

Horrible place staff is alright but wait times are ridiculously long. I have to wait for more than an hour for a drug test any other place is just walk in, submit sample and go home.

Unbelievably slow. Arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment. Three and a half hours later, Im still in the waiting room.

Technician who tested my urine didnt appear to wash her hands in between testing my urine and drawing my blood. She also had the longest fake nails. Her nails belonged more in a kardashian episode rather than a prompt care.

Test results took like 13 days rather than the 5-7 days initially promised. The website had zero tracking. No indication that they even had my sample somewhere. Is it in the lab, being shipped, lost? Did it get mislabeled? No update till i finally got results a week past due from my doctor a day before it finally showed up on the website.

Still sitting here,Ive been here for 4 hours waiting on a simple dot physical. These literally take less than 15 minutes total to complete. Ive watched people come and go, with appointments, without appointments, nobody dying or maimed yet they are all going before me even though this physical was paid for last week at a rate 270% of what I would pay in Colorado. I am late for work at this point, in a big way. Dont go here, regardless of how professional, they are terrible.

Terrible customer service when it comes to getting test results for a pre-employment drug screen. Find someone else and save a lot of time, money, and headache.

Went for an appointment today it was the worse experience I ever had. These place should be close the way the treat people is a joke not to mention service i can get a better service at McDonald I don’t recommend these place don’t waste your time coming to these place.

Staff was very friendly, I did not have to wait a long time, the doctor got in to see me really fast. This is a great place to go if you need a drug screen or physical.

Its a dirty disgusting office with rude staff. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they leave you on hold for over 25mins

The staff is horrible. Got there way early in the morning, checked in and Stepped out to grab food. 5mins later, went back in was told, my check on was voided and have to wait all over again. They forget patients are humans too. And when you try to explain, they get nasty. God knows nothing will bring me back there again....

I enjoyed my time there, I had no problem with the staff, yes they were a little busy but what medical place isn’t. I enjoyed the staff, the kept up on there word.

I waited 30 minutes in line to get in the building. Once I got inside I was there to get my physical and drug screen done. They informed me to go wait in the car and they will call me once its my turn. I got there at 1:30. At 4:30 they called me up to the window to tell me that they can not do the physical today because they were busy and they can only to the drug screen part today. So basically I waited 4 hours in my car to have someone to tell that! They did make an appointment for my for the next week but its still inconvenient because I wasted my time waiting for an answer that could have been answered in less then a minute! I called my work and reported the incident. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer services was unprofessional.

What a piece of shot place

The staff was AWESOME. Had to get some blood drawn and the woman that did it was the best I’ve ever experienced.

Staff very professional and polite. Was hard to find a seat and needed to wait outside at times. Not facilitys fault due to covid and social distance rules, But they would take down phone number and call you back in so you dont miss your turn.

I had a work appointment here , I arrived at opening time which led to a slight wait due to New Pandemic Protocols . Staff were Great and very helpful, I was in &out within a couple hours, Overall my appt was a smooth breeze!!!
