Went to VNH for a Covid testing and I am pretty sure that this place is a scam. For one, the place is sketchy AF. Also, when I called the phone number listed to check-in, it was a phone number located in Madera & their office is located in Fresno? That was weird and should have been a red flag. The biggest red flag was when they called me to tell me my results, their caller ID tag was Scam Risk. Please do yourselves all a favor and do your research and go to a legit covid testing center.

The wait time is at least 1.5 hours before you are seen by a practitioner at this office. This is so unprofessional, why do they schedule so many patients that they run so far behind? Dr. Patel would never wait for a patient for 1.5 hours, why does he do this to his patients? In fact, the front office will reject you if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time! The front office staff and management should be replaced with a more professional one. Unless you have time to waste waiting around in a lobby that often has nowhere for patients to sit, find another doctor office that treats you with the dignity and respect you deserve!

Dr. Patel is just amazing. I just love his personality as well as his expertise. I love his staff too, as they are always kind, patient and helpful. It is a wonderful experience to have a doctor that cares about his patients, listens to what you say, and is into natural health but not above using pharmaceuticals if necessary. His heart is big and his knowledge is vast. If I ever have to move away, the only thing that would really hurt would be to lose this doctor and his staff.

VNH Charged me for a $45 no show when I made my appointment. I showed up for my scheduled time in the morning and then they told me to come back because my appointment wasn’t until that afternoon. Voicemail says different .Also, Charged me personally for lab work at Quest when they should have charged my employer, $220 🤦🏼‍♂️.This 1* review is for $45 I will be paying for showing up to my appointment on time plus all the headache they caused me trying to convince them I was there. Rude, Get it together

This Doctor and his excellent team saved my life. NO PILLS NEEDED. Everyone loves him and his team of staff members are the most compassionate caring people Ive worked with through my seven years of illness.

This office rarely answers the phone. Its difficult to get a call back from them. Dr. Patel is very kind, but the office needs better management.

We love almost everything except . You call for an appt no one returns your calls always goes to voicemail . Left. Message everyday this week with no phone call back yet its now Friday . Dr . Patel is a great dr. But really needs to know how office is running . The iv girls rock are on it .

They take forever and they chatter with one another in the break room next to the waiting room you can hear them laughing talking while customers/patients are waiting for them to finish. Unprofessional.

Dr. Patel is kind and will truly listen to your health problems!
