Having a yearly eye exam is never fun but I have to say that the staff at Mary Washington Eye Care Center made my experience a really pleasant one. They are so warm and welcoming and fun. Yes, I said fun. They were so cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommended them to anyone.

Very professional and efficient staff. I did not have to wait long. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Dang explained all the tests, their purpose and results. Technicians were very competent, professional and friendly. I always have a good experience at the eye care center. Highly recommend it.

I have been a patient at marywashington eye care for quite a while the doctor I would recommend is Helen song very nice staff and they make you feel welcome when you go there really enjoy going there for my eye care

Great people clean offices. Only complaint is all the forms you have to fill out. I have been in there system for over 3 years and have completed all requested Information on line, medications are in there system health history and even the pre appointment request was completed, yet I still have 4 different forms need to be filled out again, same information

My visit today was a pleasant experience, Vicki at the front registration was extremely polite and helpful with all my paperwork, Sharon was friendly and patient with me while giving me eyedrops which I really appreciate since I often struggle with them, And Dr Dang was very thorough and informative with all my questions. I look forward to following up here again soon!

Extremely positive experience from the first phone call to the exam. Everyone from the office to the Doctor was polite, friendly and helpful, willing to make time for me after I spent the night in the ER with an eye injury. They went out of their way to help me during a time in our country when many have forgotten how to be kind, and when health care professionals are stretched to their limit. I am very happy with the care and service I received here, have already recommended this practice to others and will be returning. Thank you to everyone at this practice for genuinely caring about a patient, customer and person who was in real pain and needed help.

My whole family has used Dr. Song for our eye exams for the last 4 years and are very happy with her. We also use the Eye Care Center for all of our glasses but wish it was a little bit bigger inside. It can be cramped when busy!

Dont you just love how they dilate your eyes (the old way) and then expect you pick out some glasses while you wait?I also like how the older lady with the southern drawl always says your glasses look great on you right out of the box...(then you have to comeback and readjust because your head feels like its in a vice?) Ive had to readjust mine several times....The frames are pricey too.......I usually spend over 400 dollars....You should avoid the doctor that was covering for Dr Song too........he commented how he only gets paid for 1 exam, even though his rx didnt work for me.......(he also did an eye exam after dilating my eyes.....)never again...

Zero stars. Been waiting almost 5 weeks on a pair of glasses. These glasses have been sent back 2 times. So technically Ive been without good vision for over 3 months. I really havent seen straight in over a year.

Only eye center we will go to! They are all wonderful. Dr. Song was so helpful and explained everything to me when my son needed glasses at age 6.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff at Mary Washington Eye Care Center. I called to schedule an appointment for my father for an emergency eye problem he was having. They were able to fit him into their already busy schedule same day. He said that he really enjoyed walking into the office and was greeted with a warm welcome. He bragged about how it nice was and how easy the check in process was. He also said that Dr. Dang was amazing and all the staff was a joy. Thank you eye care center for making this experience for my father enjoyable.

Every staff member here was amazing! Super friendly, courteous and accommodating. In general, Im not a fan of going to any Dr.s office, but the support staff here helped make it a more bearable experience.

I was a new patient today. Dr. Song was very robotic and lack human relation skills. She completed my eye exam and didn’t say anything about my eyes. She gave me my prescription and said make an appointment to have my eyes dilated. I will be canceling my next appointment. I will be selecting another provider.

I have never had such great customer service! Allison was busy; however, she was very efficient, quick and friendly. She is very knowledgeable of her position as well. I would recommend Mary Washington Eye Care to anyone...and it is because of her!

Dr. Song & Dr. Dang, really care about their patients. I not only get my exams here, but I had my medical eye issues addressed & testing done. I also purchase my glasses here. There open some Saturdays, which is convenient 😁Update 2020: I drove 5 hrs from Delaware, because I don’t trust anyone with my eyes but MWECC💯

The only reason I gave a two star was because I never made it into the office. The front desk person that I talk to on the phone today was very rude and wanted to argue with a patient. I had told her that I never received a call to confirm my appointment and she said I show here and our records that we have called you and left a voice message. I looked up my voice messages and I never received one from them however I did receive a missed call but no message was ever left. She persisted to argue with me that her automatic system was correct more than I was correct. I work in healthcare and this was terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to this office because front desk is always the first impression

Dr. Demi Dang is great and the staff is very friendly. I went to her as a cornea specialist. Cured my problem. Easy to find location and lots of parking.
