From the time you arrive, youre greeted by a very upbeat lady who truly seems to enjoy what shes doing! After less than 5 minutes, another staff member comes to get you who is equally as pleasant and upbeat. Everything is done very efficiently but you never feel like youre being rushed through a process. Every person you encounter takes time to explain every step of the exams. You leave there feeling that you were the most important part of their day. Thank You Dr. M. and all the staff for making, what could be a stressful experience, so easy.

I had so many questions and the staff was able to answer every question and gave me information and answers to questions I hadn’t asked yet- that was impressive to me. They were quick to return my call to take care of an up coming prescription! I wouldn’t hesitate to give my highest recommendation!

I left a one star review earlier today and had an owner response that was posted. Odd that it has now disappeared?!?!Suffice it to say that I never asked for Access Eye to pay for replacing factory flawed lenses. One would think they would at least offer to replace them at cost.I guess the $ has taken the place of great customer service. At this point they can keep my $ and I will go to a doctor who wants repeat business and good customer relationships.Remember good business is made and broken a penny at a time:)

Today me & 6 year old child had our first routine exam here. Parking was a Little scarce at first but they explained at times of the day it’s busier then others due to surgery follow ups the doctor has. Staff were friendly & helpful. There was some issue with my insurance coverage at first ( not the office fault) however once I got updated insurance mid visit , the staff updated their info and was able to cover my exam. Staff that conducted the exam and the doctor were very kind and great with my daughter . The lady I worked with for my new pair of glasses was great too. Was a bit of a wait but checked in with me every few minutes while I browsed glasses. She has a good eye for what people might like 😜! She picked a Pair she thought would look good........ after holding onto that one, and selecting a few others.... the pair she picked at first were the ones. I would recommend this place and will use them in future.

Had a terrible experience with an eye doctor here - she apparently misdiagnosed my wifes eye issue. The delay caused my wife additional pain and could have caused permanent scarring on her eye.The eye doctor generally spoke to us with a disinterested and dismissive tone. Although twice informed that my wife was pregnant, she seemed not to realize it - this is relevant because the issue was, according to another eye doctor, likely brought on by hormonal changes during pregnancy. She was also initially going to prescribe a medication that might not have been safe for pregnancy until we reminded her that my wife was pregnant. We did not feel like she took our problem seriously or listened to my wifes description of the problem. As icing on the cake, the eye doctor also put gloves on, then touched the doorknob and other things in the office before painfully yanking my wifes eyelid open and completely missing the real issue with her eye. What is the point of wearing gloves if youre going to touch pretty much the dirtiest thing in an exam room (a doorknob) during a pandemic before putting your hands on a patient? That is not how I was taught sterile procedure.Have to note that everyone else in the office, from the people who answered the phones to the person taking temperatures at the front door, was very kind and helpful and competent. Maybe the doctor was just having a bad day, but she sure didnt help us at all.

Definitely not satisfied with my visit. A medical degree is great but there is no substitute for common sense. Definitely not possible to fill out any paperwork after being given eye drops that make focusing impossible. Was denied my request to have my family member come inside to do the paperwork for me due to covid restrictions, which is fine and totally understandable due to the current pandemic. But that turned out to be discriminatory because there was an elderly woman with her daughter who was permitted to help her with any needs. I do not recommend anyone visit. A lawyer has been contacted about the discrimination. If only the patient is allowed in, then that applies to everyone.

The physical presentation of the office is very impressive (at all locations). Everyone who has ever worked with me at Access Eye (receptionist, assistant, doctor, glasses specialist) has been phenomenal in knowledge, customer service and patient satisfaction, insurance benefits, and accurate recommendations. They truly only hire the best. The process for selecting glasses or contacts is simple, yet tailored to each individual by frame style and lens preferences. I drive almost an hour just to see this particular optometrist practice (when I have one ten minutes from my house) because Im that satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!!!

Ive had a disappointing experience with prk with Access. After having three procedures Im still having a heck of a time seeing. After being astigmatic, now I am quite nearsighted. I had a pretty large correction initially but the enhancements havent really been effective.Everyone at Access is very kind. The place looks nice and wait times are short.Bottom line however is that Ive paid alot of money for vision correction and after three procedures still need glasses to drive safely. I cant begin to read street signs or see traffic in front of me clearly. I can read if I hold my cellphone about 22 from my face. Ive been told various reasons for this and that my vision will take time to settle down. Ive been told numerous reasons for my poor vision. None of these concerns where ever expressed to me on the front end before I got the procedures. If my expectations are unreasonable it is only because these were the expectations I was sold.Overall, Im very dissatisfied and disappointed and feel I wasted my money.

The medical side of the house is great; however, the sales side of the house is pretty God awful. The selection is poor and they really struggle to order items not in their limited inventory. Additionally the sales staff wont give you a PD measurement unless you buy your glasses from them or really harass them into doing so. Finally, the sales staff is extremely slow and not very well versed in people skills. I only use this location for Rx check ups and order my glasses through a different store or online.

I just had my first appointment with this office & couldnt be happier I chose to see them for my eye care. They have multiple locations which is super convenient. The particular office I went to (the Falmouth location) was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The wait wasnt long at all before I got called back by the nurse. The doctor, Dr. Deas, was very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of and happy before we left the room. After my appointment I met with Jeff to go over my vision benefits and he even checked my sons coverage to make sure he could be seen at their office as well. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I couldnt be happier.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First off the person I spoke with to make my appointment was not kind or courteous. Then I got there and was told my insurance didnt go through and that I was left a voicemail two days ago saying so and that I would have to pay everything out of pocket. I NEVER got a voicemail. And wouldnt you think if you call a customer two days prior informing them that if their insurance wasnt cleared, that have to pay out of pocket, that if the customer doesnt call back to correct it, that they clearly werent informed? Im sure the lady at the desk didnt care that this happened and that I now could not be seen, but its her job to at least act as if she does. That didnt happen. I didnt even bother rescheduling, I will definitely never be going there or to any other location again.

I would not recommend this location or company. Order a pair of prescription Oakleys from them and they literally fell apart the first time that I wore them. Had to go back into the store to have the lenses, which were supposed to be safety rated, put back in. They said it should take two weeks to get back. Two weeks later I find out that they havent been sent out yet. Apparently they were waiting on a shipping label. The only way I found out about it was because at the end of the second week I tried calling the store for a status update to my glasses. The staff kept putting me off over and over again. Well have someone call you, they said. What, no one has called you yet, thats odd. Finally, I got the manager to call me back. He was no help. Useless. Bottom line: DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. POOR SERVICE.

Very disappointed. Due to no medical insurance I very rarely am able to see a doctor of any sort. After months of severe eye pain and blurry vision I was finally able to make an appointment here. The eye pain was severe enough that I could barely stand to have any light source on or focus my eyes on anything. I wasnt able to do anything.I was initially excited about finally seeing an eye doctor, but that quickly turned in disappointment. After a few minutes of examination of my eyes the doctor said my eyes showed normal pressure and no signs of damage. It is relieving knowing there is no serious medical issues but the problem was left unresolved. Despite initially saying that very blurry vision accompanied my pain no eye exam for lenses was done or suggested. The exam felt rather cold with zero feedback from the doctor about any of the tests she was doing. At the end of the exam, once she said she was done, I was a bit confused. She said you should probably get an appointment for an eye exam. I pointed out the obvious fact that I was already here... at my eye exam. She said it was too late because a already used eye drops on me for the pressure test, and that I would need to reschedule a 2nd appointment if I also wanted my vision checked. Now, I am obviously not an eye doctor, but if someones chief complaint is eye pain AND blurred vision, why wouldnt your default reaction be to test eye sight BEFORE using drops and doing other tests. That just seems like common sense. I told the nurse and doctor several times about both symptoms, so why not check the obvious one first. I feel like my time was wasted going there.Other than that, the building interior is nice/classy looking. That was the only good thing about it.

This is the worst office i’ve ever been to! I purchased new glasses from there and after a few weeks noticed I was constantly feeling really dizzy. I went back to see Dr. Deas to see if maybe it was my prescription , or if maybe something more serious, and she was so rude when I was explaining what was wrong with me. She was super offensive as if I was blaming her for my dizziness! I’m a dental assistant and I would NEVER make a patient feel the way she made me feel. It’s just not right! This office doesn’t even deserve one star. I will not be going back and would never recommend this office to anyone!

I was struggling with my eye health for 3 weeks before I came to Acces eye and received the help I needed to recover. I did have to wait for some time for one of my appointments to be called. However, more times than not it was prompt service. Superb service overall. I went to the Aquila park center and saw Dr. Biscombe. Hes great at what he does.

Today was horrible. My 81 year old mother in law was denied service for the mere reason of her speaking spanish. The tech left the room ,came back after doing one test. Another person came in and said they couldnt go any further with the test for there was no one on staff that spoke spanish but the dr. She also stated that it was my responsibility to bring a translator. I asked her where is that written in there policy? She couldnt answer me. After i protested another lady came in Michelle Mansouri stated i would need to bring a translator. They couldnt service my mom inlaw. I asked her have you notified the spanish speaking docter that his spanish client has been refused gor theres no translater. ? She said you mean my husband! I said oh even better you can tell your husband in spanish how you are refusing my mom in law. She said it was her decision . My mom in law wasnt gonna be seen. Fyi: this is an emergency appointment. For the scores for glaucoma was high in my mom inlaw right eye. In which they knew. I have never experienced nothing like this in my life. Michelle gave a hypothetical situation of what if it was a japanese client that came in . It would be the same thing. I stated it descrimination. I told her we are talking about this situation. Thry stated normally the family interprets. Hippa law at its finest? I think not.

I had lasik done at Access Eye Centers 6 months ago by Dr. Mansouri. I had some experience with this eye center in prior years, mainly for contacts. I asked about lasik at my last eye exam and was sent to Margaret, the laser coordinator. After a few brief questions, I decided it was time for me to finally have my eyes fixed and made an appointment for the next week.Jaime started the process by performing what I would say was the best eye exam I had ever had: He did many tests to make sure my prescription was right and also reviewed my records from the past two years to make sure it hadnt changed. My eyes were then dilated and I saw Dr. Mansouri, the surgeon. My only concern was that there was quite a wait before he came to see me. Once in the room though, he was kind and attentive. He made sure I understood what I was getting into, and also that I understood I would still need reading glasses (which I knew from before). On the day of surgery I went to their laser center on Plank Rd and was greeted by Margaret. I took the sedative pill I was prescribed earlier as I was nervous. I was put in a holding room and a few more eyedrops were placed into my eyes. Dr. Mansouri came in and examined my eyes one last time, and then took me into the lasik room. I was worried about how I could keep my eyes open for the surgery, but they put something into my eyes that kept me from blinking. I went under a laser that made the (?)flaps. Honestly I dont remember much but It wasnt painful at all, I just felt he was pushing something onto my eyes. Then they put me under the actual lasik laser, which took about five minutes for both eyes. They asked me to sit up, and I could already see better. Everything was very foggy though, and before I had a chance to say anything Dr. Mansouri said that the fog is normal and it would go away by the next day. It went away later that evening. I went home with some drops, and since it was later in the evening by the time I got home I just went to bed. It must have been the sedative. The next morning I woke up and my eyesight was just so much better than I could ever see. There were a few checks after the surgery and there were no problems. It is now about 6 months and the only time I need glasses is for reading.
