Parkview facilities are great, and have made a significant impact on prolonging my health, which is why I was so disappointed with how rude this Parkview facility was.The nurse and doctor who saw me consistently interrupted me and made me feel uncomfortable regarding my condition and lower class insurance; as the receptionist and nurse proceeded to comment on my insurance. I was surprised with how unprofessional it was as the nurse and doctor belittled me, asking why I was there, 3 times. The doctor proceeded to misdiagnose my issues (as confirmed later by other doctors) and repeatedly ask for specific names of all my doctors, to yet oddly say “I can’t help you”, and suggested I go somewhere else. Which she only saw me for five minutes, and held all my x-rays in her hand. She disregarded that I had 3 recommendations from my Parkview nurse practitioner, family doctor, and neurologist to go to an ortho clinic. Even my physical therapist mentioned how it would help to see an orthopedic doctor.Overall it’s a joke of a facility and staff. It’s hard to believe those staff members are “professionals” when they don’t act like it. Absolutely disgusted by the behavior.

Ortho Dr. Jodi Chambers missed my sons broken leg on initial X-ray. Parkview Ortho tried to order an MRI and couldn’t get him in for over 3 weeks at a Parkview location. Completely unacceptable, so I called around and scheduled an MRI on my own and got him in the next week. Found out there that my son had a broken fibula and had been walking on it for over a week because they missed it on the initial x-ray! After the MRI results, Parkview Ortho told my son to continue to use his crutches and they would X-ray it again in 3 weeks (What crutches??? They never even gave us any?! They apparently thought he had been on crutches the whole time up to the MRI appt., probably because they missed his broken bone on the X-ray!!) Unbelievable! We went back in to Parkview Ortho after the 3 weeks (like we were instructed to do)to get another x-ray to see how the bone was healing. The ortho Dr. Jodi Chambers had NO IDEA why we were even there. I had to tell her we were there for a 2nd X-ray, to see if the bone was healing ok. Good grief! Why am I having to tell the Ortho Dr. what to do with my child?!! I will NEVER return to this office. WORST experience I’ve ever had at a specialty clinic BY FAR.

I was told to go here by another Parkview facility if my pain or numbness got worse. It did. I was glimpsed (would not call my time with him as being “seen”) by Dr. Maddox for about 30 seconds. He sent me on my way without the prescription he promised for a different steroid. His overall mannerism was bizarrely detached and he seemed shocked that I was seeking treatment there.

Not impressed. I love Parkview overall, but NOT today. Specifically with Jodi L Chambers, PA. I went in for a walk in appointment today and was LESS than impressed. Most staff was not friendly (the lady that took me back to the room was very kind!) and the doctor only saw me for 5 minutes and barely looked/touched the injury that I came in to discuss. She was talking about parts of my injury that I was not concerned with, and when I tried to get her to look at an area of my knee that I was actually concerned with, she dismissed my concern and did not even look or touch that specific area. She told me that my severe car accident (which totaled my car resulting with airbags coming out, severe swelling, brusing etc.) had the same impact on my knee as FALLING on concrete. First of all, it’s disgusting that you would downgrade a patients trauma and pain to a mere “fall on the concrete” when that is not the case whatsoever. Purely and truly inhumane and unprofessional to say that to someone. And secondly, if that’s how you talk with patients, I have no interest to be your patient again. I mentioned possibly getting meds to help with intense pain from a car accident because my pain level is still up to a 9-10 some days and I was prescribed NOTHING and was dismissed as though I was not a cared about patient. I am extremely upset and beyond displeased with Parkview Ortho and staff. I will never return to this location and encourage others to steer away from Doctor Jodi L Chambers, PA.

Excellent experience from the front desk to the rooming staff and of course Dr. Mattox. I’m satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment/treatment plan.

My son had to go to the emergency room last night for a fall and fractured bone and was referred here. I have to say i am soo impressed with how friendly and great they were with my son! He just turned 4 and this was our first time dealing with anything like this and they were just amazing with us. They let him pick out any color cast he wanted and joked along with my son. They talked me through everything and made me feel at ease with the entire situation. Fantastic crew. Thank you guys so much!

Went to this clinic as advised by my General Practitioner. When we arrived, we were the only one in the parking lot and waiting room. We were taken back to the exam room quickly. We heard lots of laughing and giggling by the staff through the door while in this room. We waited 17 minutes in this exam room before my wife left the room to ask their staff why we werent being waited on. The Nurse Practitioner advised she would be in shortly. Another 2 minutes passed before she came in. After she entered, she reviewed my symptoms and case history. An xray was ordered and performed promptly. The Nurse Practitioner entered the room again to advise my diagnosis and recommended treatment. I received a shot promptly with a prescription to be filled. Total time in this clinic was 48 minutes. My questions left for me during this visit were: Why call us back to an exam room if we are not going to be seen in a timely manner? Why did it take so long if we were the only patient in the clinic at that time? In summary: I think the staff at this clinic ( especially the Nurse Practitioner) could be more responsive and perhaps with a little less giggles. It is cool to have those fun moments in the workplace but not at the expense of a patients time in need.

From diagnosis to treatment and follow up this was the by far the best care my wife and I have ever received. The first time in was unlike any doctor visit we have encountered. It was easy and fast.

I had a great experience with Parkview walk in. They got me in super fast, the doctor did a thorough exam and treatred me, which really helped my on-going knee injury. My only question is, how much did Jonathon have to drink prior to writing that review.

Jodi and the rest of the staff at Ortho Express were extremely attentive to our situation, providing excellent customer service, care and very prompt follow-up, especially considering it was a holiday week. Definitely recommend them for sports/athletic related ortho needs!

Internet says they are open on Saturday from 8-12. NOT TRUE. Empty with no lights on. When I called the Ortho Hospital, they said Ortho Express is not open on the weekends. Perhaps an updated hours of operation is in order?
