The staff is so friendly and efficient (from check in to seeing the NP). I’ve been here twice in the past couple months. I would fully recommend going to this location if you need urgent care and you can book an appointment online which cuts down on your wait time!

Very Good Experience! Registered promptly and spent minimal amount of time waiting.Dr. Jamie (NP) was concerned, empathetic, and followed a plan of treatment I recommended due to my experience with the condition I was going RediMed to resolve.Jennifer (Nurse) administered IM meds almost painlessly. My condition had a good resolution within days!Will go to this RediMed location for all family medical needs in the future - even though there is another RediMed closer to home.The other RediMed was all booked up. Only taking online appointments and not taking walk ins....still over 1.5 hours behind schedule. I understand that places are understaffed and thats possibly the case here but here is a very simple solution. Dont schedule as many appointments. It isnt rocket science. In my line of work, if I made someone sit 1.5 hours I would expect to lose the business. Unfortunately they already have my money so there isnt much I can do about it.

Check-in was super easy. Online and quick. With cold symptoms my kiddo was able to wait in the car instead of the waiting room, which really helps keep germs to ourselves and not catch new ones. The PRN we seen was amazing and really wish she wasnt just a urgent care visit. We definitely choose to see her for all kids healthcare.

Pleasant staff and they were very attendant to my medical needs!

My son went in with a possible fracture. Everybody was nice, but Abby the NP really made the experience amazing. She treated my son like her own and related to me as a mother. Her presence definitely eased both my son and myself!

Everyone was so kind and helpful! It seems weird to say that I enjoyed my visit, since I was the one injured, but it was so nice to come out of the visit feeling like we were well taken care of. Great and friendly staff!

The wait was long but that is to be expected because they were BUSY. The entire staff was amazing . They were all so kind to me . This location is much better than the west Jefferson location .

Ive been going here, when needed, for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and the doctors have always taken their time with me. Never felt rushed.One time the doctor, after diagnosing a slipped disk in my neck, spent time fighting with my insurance company so that I could get a proper MRI done on the area before going to see a surgeon. Took him a couple of calls and a few days, but he got it done and I was finally able to get the treatment I needed. Above and beyond!

Long wait time but staff was super friendly and tried to accommodate us with cold water and snacks. Care team was patient with the kids and made sure I understood what was going on.

Wait times are tough everywhere right now but delays were communicated, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility was clean.

I walked in for an ear infection. There was a paper on the wall that read sign in, on the Kiosk or at the window which I went up too the window and told them I was here for someone too check my ear for an infection but was very rudely cut off an directed to the Kiosk and she said, “I told you to use that Kiosk when you walked” so I respectfully said sorry and went over too use the Kiosk. And as I was about too sign in I over heard her look at her friend and was like does he not speck English or understand what I said when I told him too use the Kiosk over there. And her friend responded with “well he said his ear was messed up HAHA” and used my issue as a joke very professional!

I called at 8:30 a.m. for a pre employment drug screen to set up an appointment and Im told I dont need one, just show up. Arrive after interview at 1030 and Im told I need an appointment, the earliest they can do is 12:30.

I wouldn’t give them any starts but the only way to write a review is to give at least 1. They denied my son medical attention on 9/3/21. He has continued issues from the mask and Redimed denied us medical attention. This needs to stop. ALL people matter.

I was injured at work and directed to Maplecrest RediMed..my experience from the moment I walked in was extremely professional , polite and 100% amazing. My Medical Assistant seemed so knowledgeable and kind , my Nurse Practionter was throughout and knowledgeable besides being so nice . Xray gentleman was fantastic ..I had the best care ...almost forgot that I was at a walk in care center ...really felt like my Doctors office. I need to return in one week for follow-up but to another location , fingers crossed that they are as Awesome as Maplecrest RediMed. Bravo . Thank you.

I waited almost 2 hours for a simple drug screen

The wait wasnt an hour but I was one of the first patients. Very nice and perfessional but not stuffy, one of the better clinics I have been to.

The wait was not bad at all for me being a walk in. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

I was thankful that such a place exists, that I could go to and be helped quickly but without compromising quality of care. All my questions were answered with kindness and results of my test (done in the office) were explained in detail in such a way that I could properly understand. Things I needed to know were told me, so I left feeling taken care of and fully informed.

This was my first visit at this location. I thought the staff was very friendly and the visit was fast. I was satisfied with the wait time. I was able to see the dr and have my prescription ready all in 1 hour. Very pleased.

I came here because I felt like someone was poking me with pins throughout my body. I’ve never been here before but the staff was super friendly and my nurse practitioner was awesome. She was really concerned with what was going on with me and actually sat down and talked to me like I was a person. I will definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back for minor issues if I need to

I had Tammie as my nurse when i went in on Monday, she was very thorough, thoughtful, kind, & compassionate. She is the best nurse I have EVER had. I hope she is recognized ❤️

Waiting time was minimal. Staff was caring as hoped for. Quick assessment resulted in a same day referral to my specialty doctor. Both practitioners eased my mind by reviewing the condition as serious but nothing to worry about. No meds, follow up in a week. Well done, RediMed and Doctor.

Efficient, professional, and friendly staff from the front door, to the MA, PA, and front desk. I was able to check in and then wait in my car for minimal exposure. The Covid test was done gently, with explanation, and I was informed of my results in 15 minutes. Each of my questions was answered and my prescription was sent to my chosen pharmacy. It was ready when I went from the clinic to pick it up. Couldn’t ask for more.

Clean and very friendly! Wait can be a bit longer than your normal office but that’s to be expected with having so many walk ins. They were still very efficient and took their time with us. Will 100% go back if we can’t get in again when needed!

Great experience! Some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever met! I needed a DOT physical and that takes time. But they did their best to get me in as quick as possible. I HAD an online check in scheduled for today. I arrived prior to check in time, I was aware of a slight delay due to the number of incoming patients. So I took all of this into consideration before leaving. I was checked in late obviously. Once I spoke with the Medical Assistant about my current reason for visit, meds, and family history, you know usual; I then informed him of my COPD and that I had been onsite a long time already. I knew it was coming close to time for my medicine. My phone is dying and I now need my medication. I have been waiting in this room, it is now 2:30 and I have yet to see the doctor. I informed the woman at the front desk the situation and left. I am very upset that physicals and drug sreens took precedent over someone suffering from lung disease issues.

I checked in online on my way home from work. Everyone was so nice and the visit flowed well from registration to discharge!

My visit at Redi Med this morning was absolutely phenomenal! The providers and technicians were very kind, helpful, and professional.

I went in with pain in my right elbow. Very tender to the touch. It didnt look too bad to me but I didnt want to go another night like the one I had. I got in and seen by a nurse in under 30 minutes. She was very thorough and professional. I was diagnosed with cellulitis a bacterial infection that can be very serious if left untreated. From the the receptionist on up to the Nurse practitioner everyone was awesome. Very professional and concerned about my health. Today, a little over 24 hours later I am much better. Thanks Redi Med!

RediMed Northeast is wonderful! All the ladies were so patient and kind to my 2 children and I. Especially Tammie ( who kept my kids calm and gave them candy), the NP ( who never judged me when she walked into a chaotic room filled with my kids kicking and screaming), and the receptionist ( who gave me updated information on my sons insurance). I truly appreciate all the help and support and I would recommend this RediMed to anyone who ask.

I had over a 2 hr wait, but I was informed of of the wait length upon registering, was able to stay safely in my car, and receive a rapid COVID-19 test. The staff was excellent and gave me great advice.

The doctor we saw was one of the best i have ever seen at redi med. She was very thorough and patient with my son and did everything she could to calm him and make him feel comfortable. Very impressed with the female doctor we saw this evening!

The worst place . I got billed for the samething 3 times totaling over thousand dollars . They say I still might be bills for the same tests from other place that the lab will test . Like why when it was cleared from the first test . They will take your hard earned money for no reason at all.

It amazes me that even with all the grumpy, uptight, over opinionated so and so’s that we have to deal with on a regular basis (even worse with COVID floating around) that the staff here is some of the most pleasant human beings I have ran into as of late. I have been here a couple of times. The front desk staff can be a little rude BUT the nurses are AMAZING! I have always been in and out fairly quickly, never came close to a 3 hr wait. My wait time have ranged from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. The nurses always take their time with you and are so friendly. Definitely one of my favorite RediMed locations.

This is the best place to go for your health care , the place is so clean, the staff are welcoming except last night for the fist time I experienced a bad one but an other one take over and I was serve overall i like to go to this Redime.Keep up the good work and remove the bad seeds off your staff. 👏👏👍👍

Edit: Dr. Becky called me back. Listened to whats going on and was able to get me out of pain, long enough to get me to a chiropractor. The problem is with whomever is answering the phone and in charge of this clinic. Dr. Becky was the only doctor there that day. Noone told her that I called. When they finally did, she didnt have time to call me until 9pm. We called at 8am and 10am. Pretty sure it was the manger/receptionist that told me they couldnt help me. This is disappointing, because I dont have insurance. I choose to be self employed and this country doesnt care about our health. It was a reliable place to go that didnt cost me thousands of dollars.They will gladly take your money, not do their job and then refer you to the emergency room. Ive never been seen for sciatic pain in my entire life. They saw how much pain I am in, how I cant walk and how I still couldnt walk when I left. Yesterday when I was given a shot, they told me that Id be feeling much better in a couple hours. After yet another night of no sleep and excruciating pain, called at 8 am when they opened. Didnt hear from them until around 2 and when I talked to them, they were uncaring about how they didnt do their job, told me again to go to the emergency room since their steroids arent working. Did not care one bit about the pain Im in today. Shame on you. Ive been to this redimed for years for colds and such. Never for pain, however I assume the old staff would have treated me much better. Disappointed. Caregivers should at least care.

Everyone was extremely prompt and courteous! I was told that I might have to wait for a while , but I literally waited only about a minute to be taken back to the exam room ! The NP was very helpful and thorough with answering all my questions about my diagnosis !

This redi-med inst so bad if you dont have a long wait. Its very small and the waiting room is very small so if its crowded everyone is coughing all over each other. Not kid friendly. Your best bet is to ask how long the wait is before you fill out all the required paper work. Most times I have been its at least an hour but I have been where there is a 3 hour wait. So just prepare yourself.

They followed sanitation protocol for COVID. The service was speedy and efficient. Staff was very polite, not to mention Dr. Becky was amazing

From the minute I walked in, my experience was wonderful. The ladies that checked me in were so nice. Kathy was incredible. Everyone was so kind and understanding! I felt very comfortable and taken care of! Very quick and efficient. Grateful for the staff!

First this is a pretty busy location. Online check in let’s you see how long the wait is and puts you in line. That being said if you’re there for a urine test and 3 people come in with broken hands or missing fingers you’re going to have to wait, just like the ER, they see the most urgent cases first!! The front desk staff is efficient and polite. The nurses are always kind and understanding, I have brought sick kids in several times Or had to sit in a room with crabby kids and I have always been treated kindly and with respect! The PA and docs do their best and over all we have had good luck with the ones we’ve seen. Only once did my husband go in and was told he didn’t have strep (with the immediate test) only to find out later he did have strep when they got the lab tests back. He was pretty miserable for 4 more days. But honestly that was our only not so great visit. Again this location isn’t bad, but the waiting room is rather small and when everyone is sick it’s not my favorite place to go. We usually see what the wait is and if it’s longer than 30 minutes we go to the New Haven RediMed just because there is usually NO wait there.I would like to add that on more than one occasion when the wait was longer than they expected and I voiced a concern, they helped me get in line at another location so I could be seen quickly!

If you get Dr. Flenar when youre there, consider yourself blessed. Hes a prior family doctor for many years and in my experience with him this summer at RediMed, hes thorough, listens to your concerns, and takes time to explain everything to you. His thorough exam, explaination and recommendation for my 3 year olds health condition led us to Riley, where she will be having a much needed surgery in a month. Hes great and RediMed is blessed to have him.

Wait to be seen was minimal, and care was exceptional. Medication sent straight to my pharmacy, and was ready for pick up!

I made an appointment online, arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time, and sat in the waiting room for nearly thirty minutes past my appointment time. Overall, I was satisfied. I gave the doctor a lot of information regarding the history of how I was feeling and she seemed to listen and care.

Minimal wait time, excellent staff from front staff desk, to everyone in the back. Seems like I tend to get ill after doctor hours or on weekends. Never hesitate to go to RediMed on Maplecrest road. The receptionist was very informative and the doctor gave me good direction on how to care for my family during their time of illness.

The staff was friendly and made my 12 year old daughter and I comfortable. They were pleasant to talk with and made us feel well cared for.

The front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Medical services were professional and quality attention my needs. The Dr. did a good job defining my problems and ensuring medical care. It was my second time over the years and both time I have been well served with quality care.

I waited for 2 hours for a TB reading. They lied abput having me checked in, the office ladies were rude, overall not worth going to. Ive gone to multiple redimeds and never had issues like i do at this one.
