It was fairly pleasant. The purpose was just to evaluate and plan treatment. It started with replacing my shorts with a huge, one size fits all, disposable pair. Then several minutes of ultrasound. Finally evaluation by a nurse and doctor.Everyone was friendly and willing to spend as much time to answer questions.My treatment is to start next week and I am expecting similar association with all involved. Hopefully treatment will result in reduction of symptoms.

Everyone was friendly and pleasant. I had very short wait times. The NP explained procedure and results well. She discussed possible treatment options, costs, and insurance. Technician didnt mind answering my questions about what i was seeing on the screen, and was very personable. The follow up nurse did a great job of explaining treatment options. She.was slso very personable. I wont deduct from your score for those lovely shorts i wore during the procedure! : D

Great people here. Just a lttle hard to locate the main front door enterance. They need a sign that clearly shows the Center Vien Restoration enterance. The entire building is marked as IU Health.

I was very pleased at how I was treated and how things were explained to me. The only thing I thought was weird was at my first appt they have me coming back in six months and not before. I would have thought theyd want to know how I was progressing with my leg swelling problems.

Everyone was really nice. They strive to make sure you are comfortable. The ultrasound tech., the Doctor, and the nurse all explained everything they were doing in a way anyone could understand.

Everyone is very professional. They are all kind and concerned. And not only that. They fixed my bulging veins. There was some pain after the procedure, but it started getting better after about a week. I am very happy with the results. So if you are having swelling, pain, restless leg syndrome and all the other symptoms that come from varicose veins I recommend this center to help you feel better.

The staff here understood what my concerns were . They made me feel comfortable about my problem. This is the first doctor that is HELPING my problem. I have seen 5 doctors in the last 6 months and they told me my leg problem was cosmetic and they wouldn’t help me,! The staff was quite and reserved, yet friendly and welcoming. They were professional and I was glad my doctor choose their facility for initial exam.

Finally progress. I have lymphedema and my prior attempts at other facilities or practices have yielded very little. I found the staff at this location friendly and helpful. I feel like I am finally getting the help I needed.

Not a good company, I set up payments and have been paying on it monthly and my account was sent to collections! Would not use them because I was told my veins werent bad enough to have anything done to them, even though I have spider veins and some that bulge and are unsightly, and still got billed. Also, when I had my appointment the staff was not very friendly, felt like I was a bother. Would be a negative star if possible.

I was so impressed with Drs. Abdalla and Stoffey. Their knowledge and expertise really helped get me back on my feet. The staff was great too. I felt welcome every time I came! I have told everyone I know how easy it can be to fix their legs.
