Just received a bill from them , as I have medicare and a great supplemental I never get bills. Tried to call they said 31 minute hold time so I called medicare who told me Summit never sent them a bill, medicare also gave me their fraud dept number. Summit is a scam.

My wife had an accident at work at Sam’s wholesale in Fort Wayne Indiana and they sent her to Summit radiology on a Workmans comp claim… Summit radiology has billed us instead of Sam’s and after explaining that to them they continue to bill us and now have turned it over to attorneys for collection...Steer clear of this office.

Was sent to collections when I had not even received a bill! (And I had been wondering where it was!) If you use this service might want to call THEM to find out what you owe because they dont send bills or attempt to call just send to collections. If I were in charge of this company I would find a new bill collections manager because the current manager apparently doesnt care or have the common sense enough to realize that they are giving away 25% to 50% of the bills to the collection agency for the convenience of not having to pick up a phone and speak with patients about any bills over the phone. Ever consider something might have got lost in the mail, at least, or that maybe you had a wrong address????

The call started out nicely. She she was polite and all. Until I asked for validation of the supposed debt they claim I owe. She then got very aggressive and even asked me what I had to hide. Um, hello, nothing, but I would like to confirm that this supposed debt is for me. She threatened to send it to collections and have me sued. I cited my rights under the federal law in regards to validating a debt, got a mailing address, and got off the phone. Know your rights people and use them! The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act protects your right to debt validation. You have the right to make sure this is your debt and that the information is accurate.

God forbid you do not get a $19 bill from them... they will send it to collections and then post to your credit history... seriously, $19?Someone could have picked up a phone and called.. pretty sure I can afford it..Americollect was very courteous and were about as surprised as I was.. they removed the note from credit history..

Checked out my credit score like a do every couple weeks, and i see i have a collections notice from Summit Radiology, they sent me to collection for$11 WFT, not one letter, not one phone call, not to mention its only $11, in the reviews that i have read thats what everyone else is complaining about,this is a scam Im thinking class action law suit, then well be collecting from them.

No call or anything, but a collections notice for $11.40. Ridiculous. Dont go to this place
