I was in and out five minutes tops! The nurse was incredible, I think her name was Antonia, but I’m not certain. She was super sweet and helpful! The lady at the front desk was a little rude, but the other lady was nice! Overall it was a great experience

Good thing I wasnt having a heart attack -- for urgent care it took them over 2 hours to get me in and out (I checked in online 4 hours prior to the visit). The NP is wonderful and apologized for the wait, but 2 hours and 30 minutes is 2 hours and 30 minutes... with an appointment... What??

The employees had a lot to deal with today. Their system was down and there was an awful person in the lobby causing issues and disrupting the flow of business. The employees handled the difficult situation and expedited people as quickly as they could.

Had to get DOT physical. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistance to the PA were extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out and ride around an hour. Will definitely go back in 2 years.

I needed to get tested for Covid-19 and they were great.

I just stay in this area through the season and I’m very pleased with the people in the office. I burnt my foot and got MRSA and they was very professional and took good care of it. But the pain has been so unbearable even ibuprofen 800 won’t help or even switching on and off with Tylenol. I can’t sleep with the pain. I did have some Tylenol 3’s from where I had my wisdom teeth cut out last yr and didn’t need so that helped a lot. Until I ran out. But they won’t even prescribe those. I understand why they won’t but they see that there is a need for something to help my pain. My dr would give me something but they can’t call them in from another state. So Im praying the pain will ease as the days go by. I understand it’s not the drs fault and they were all good to me and I will for sure go back. I don’t have anything bad to say about anyone there.

Overall impressed with the visit today. Professional and courteous. The desk clerk and PA were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason not 5 stars is the clerk that took my vitals and updated my chart. She seemed to know what she was doing, but seemed annoyed to be there. She just made the exchange of information really awkward. Like I said though, good experience overall.

Came for rapidly spreading poison ivy and they did well helping me with a shot. I only gave 3 stars because of how poorly my last visit went. I’m hopeful that from here on out they continue this level of care.

These ppl were the ABSOLUTE BEST!I visited them forAn ear infection,And to my surprise,I had a ton of impacted ear wax in my ear canal.After about four hours of Flushing,scraping,and gross wax removal.my hearing was restored after years of what I thought was permanent hearing loss.The patience and kindness of these medical professionals was outstanding.Thank you so much!

The ladies at RediMed went out of their way to make sure my name appeared correctly on my DOT medical card. The c in my name is capital but usually no one notices or thinks it matters. Thats not the experience I had today. Sometimes little things make a big difference and Im greatly appreciative that someone went out of their way to show me that even something small about me counts and matters!

Traveling from Sacramento California to Fort Wayne, IN by car, I suffered a minor injury and visited RediMed for treatment. They made the process simple and were very hospitable, pun intended great customer care and professional medical services. I highly recommend there services!

Allow lots of extra time when visiting.. they are very slow!!!! My husband has been waiting for 3.5 hours and still hasnt seen the doctor.

I took my daughter in for a possible back injury from a sledding accident. There were 2 people in the waiting room, and 1 back in the rooms. It took them almost an hour to get her to a room. Then 30 more minutes for the nurse to come in. 30 more minutes after that for an xray. The doctor had no clue what was going on and said she was fine. They called me 8 days later to tell me my daughters back had a fracture!! Will NEVER go there again.

They have a friendly staff.And was in and out in no time.

I do not recommend going to this place unless you want to be talked badly about by the workers at the front desk, made fun of, and treatment that had nothing to do with what you went in for. Everyone was very unprofessional and rude.My daughter went to this redimed with 3 coworkers to get a covid test done . It took them a very long time to get called back into a room and there was no one else in the waiting room. The nurse was not professional at all and super rude. The doctor and nurse asked questions unrelated to the reason they went in there. There was rude comments about weight and the doctor proscribed uneeded medication for a 17 year old, tried to schedule unnecessary x-rays, physical and mental therapy, and scans. The 17 and 16 year old got permission from parent to do the covid test only but they continued to do a doctor visit and strep throat test too. There was suggestions about going to church and a lot of personal questions. And two of the people could hear workers talking badly of the group(my daughter and her coworkers). Definitely do not recommend this place.

This might be one of the slowest services in Indiana. Monday I waited 2 hours just to get seen for a DOT physical. They also did a TB test and told me to come back in 2 days later to have my arm read. I asked how long will that take? He said, just a few minutes. When you come in they will let us know your here to have you TB test read and we’ll come out soon to read it and if it’s negative, you’ll be on your way. Today there was only a couple other people waiting for service. I sat for over an hour waiting to have my arm read. With doctors and nurses just doing there thing, but no one at all concerned about wasting my time. The client isn’t important.However I must also say that the physical and everything else was well done and I am very impressed with how professional and thoroughly it was done.

Online check in was a breeze and the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. Kudos to Dr. Stark she is personable and listens to your answers to her questions. I felt very informed about my care and injury progress. This is a busy location but they keep things flowing.

Very thorough Doctor..i loved him.Extremely intelligent and explained the diagnosis in detail.The Nurse was awesome too..I was scared to get blood drawn. She had the needle in effortlessly...it didnt even hurt.Ill come to this location even tho its farther away.Very pleased.

They postponed my appt 6 hours at an hour or two at a time. I was half way there twice when it was postponed. Then waited over an hour still after check in...Physicians assistant was SUPER sweet but the wait time and the nurse was aggravating. She lied about what testing she was doing then was super rude when we asked about it.Parkview walk in I get in and out quick and they’re all super friendly...

Had an appointment at 9:30am for a urine drug test. I finally got called back for a THREE MINUTE drug screening at 10:40. Ridiculous!!!

This place is extremely great with the care they provide to the sick and injured people. The care they provided for me during my visit was excellent! God bless all of you.

I went in to be tested for Covid, and the staff was impatient. The doctor I saw was short with me the entire time, and the nurse who administered the test was not gentle nor did she take any time to explain anything to me. I understand these are weird and difficult times. I also understand being tired. But I would not recommend for someone to go here.

I went in for a CDL physical renewal. Very quick service! All the staff, from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor and nurse practitioner who conducted the exam were extremely kind and professional!!! Thank you!!!

I was there for a random drug test. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was less than 20 minutes. I thought they were very efficient. Also very friendly. I was quite happy with my experience.

I was at the Redimed last night had gotten stung by two yellow jackets and a wasp. I knew I’d had a severe reaction to a sweat bee a couple years so that I better go right away. The doctor and the staff were so kind and so good to me, I had hives from head to toe.The stings were swelling and I was so upset about the hives.They took care of my medical needs with great efficiency! I’m so thankful that you were there for me your kind and caring staff!!

Got a negative covid test result.. which thank god, that’s awesome, but yet they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with me, and gave me medication that didn’t work on me. So I called back to see if I can get something else, they told me it’s been a week that they saw me.. which it wasn’t.. and then told me that I would have to be reseen.I’ve been out of work for 5 days already, people don’t have money to be throwing around for this.Oh and when I asked the nurse if I should get retested for covid, she told me no.. had me in the exam room for over an hour by myself with an excruciating headache, and when I came out to ask what was taking so long I got an attitude, never again.

Very thorough doctors. Answered all my questions and actually listened to what I had to say. This will be the only walk in clinic I will go to from now on.

Being alone to check in online was great so I wasn’t waiting around in the office. They were quick to see me and within an hour I was hoping n and back out the door. It was run by a very nice group of ladies and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I called ahead to Redimed North and inquired about how busy they were. The answer was, not too busy, come on in. So 15 minutes later I arrived and about 15 minutes later I was in with the doctor. The doctor examined my sore hip and plugged up ear. Said the hip was reacting well to my at home icing and called the nurse in to irrigate my ear canal of built up wax. In and out in about a half hour. I was very pleased.

The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My toddler had a UTI and they got us right in and tested within an hour we were on our way to pick up our script.Will definitely return for any Illness or concern.

I checked in online so there really was no waiting after I arrived. Check-in was quick and friendly in person. Nurse taking my vitals and information was friendly and professional. Nurse practitioner was friendly, professional and helpful. If I have to go somewhere for Urgent Care, which I hope I never have to again, I would go here. Lobby was clean and air conditioning was great - if overabundant - in this hot weather.

My care was prompt, the lady doing my assessment was very nice but kept calling me sweetie ? That’s what my wife calls me .The P A was very thorough and expressed compassion while gaining information.She explained herself extremely well!Overall very pleased .In and out in about 40 min !

SNAILS PACE!! Been waiting for 1.5 hours just to get a screen....slowest place ever....pretty sure they must all be taking lunch at the same time!

I booked online on my way home from work and I was seen right away. The PA Melissa was great, she really listened to me and made me feel confident I was in the right hands. Some other urgent cares the PA’s and Physician’s make you feel unsure if they’re giving their best advice or just trying to rush you along to get to the next patient.

This was the first time visiting this location. I feel like they were very thorough with their evaluation of my sons illness. They did 3 different tests and found the problem. They gave him a shot of antibiotics, a breathing treatment and scripts and we were on our way. I feel like if we would have went to the place we normally do they would of guessed by the symptoms and totally missed it.

Was in and out in a timely manner. Everyone was efficient and helpful. My prescription was called in to my pharmacy immediately. Since my regular doctor couldn’t see me, this was a nice alternative.

Everything was great. The nurse practitioner Jodi was awesome, very friendly and right to the point. My only complaint is that I made an appointment and it seemed that those who came after I did went in before I did but I didn’t wait long. That isn’t a mark against the redimed staff at all. They were all great!

I was very pleased with the quality of care here. I used the online registration, which helped reduce my wait time. I ultimately only waited about 10 minutes after I arrived. Very nice. I had to have some minor cutting done and I can honestly say I felt absolutely zero pain during the procedure! The nurse and doctor were very knowledgeable, professional and informative. They also used better techniques and materials to close the incision and bandage me up than what Ive experienced elsewhere in the past. I havent seen costs yet, so I cant comment on that. Id be willing to pay a little extra for quality care like this. Thanks!

Best experience Ive ever had for medical attention. I was hit in the face with a baseball and needed stitches in my mouth. Painless process. From check-in to check-out everyone involved made me feel comfortable and at ease. The follow up was great. Made sure I thoroughly understood what I need to do to heal quickly. Thank you all.

My mother is visiting from out of state and had gotten sick. We took her to Redi-Med and had a wonderful experience.The paperwork was minimal. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. They had patience when she struggled to answer questions.All in all, this is a first class facility with an amazing staff. I got in and out in an hour with an appointment! Love that! Great staff and care. Only problem is that Ive made my deductible and a co pay was still collected. It is a hassle trying to get reimbursed, especially since the Lutheran network just upgraded their computer system in April.

The NP was very nice and kind! He was joking with my boyfriend and adapted quickly to our outgoing personalities! I would 10 out of 10 recommended this place to anyone.The whole staff was very helpful and kind.

I had been sick for a couple of days and by sick I mean fever and sore throat. This morning I couldn’t take it no more so I went online and checked in ! It was so fast and easy. I got to my appointment 15 minutes before and I literally only waited 10 minutes and got called back . Everyone was kind and so sweet to my little one and I ! Within 50 minutes I was in and out. I would definitely recommend it here !!!

I have never left a review for anything before, but I really feel like other people need to know what they are getting themselves into when going here. My family and I have been to this location several times for everything from drug tests for work to simple injuries to physical therapy. The first couple visits were ok. After that the wait times were absolutely ridiculous. My mom went there today and got there a few minutes before 3. At 5:39 she got called back. There is a nurse who if you have him after 2pm his breath will reek like bud light. My husband did physical therapy there and the last 2 visits the doctors who were working with him laughed at him and told him he was fine when he was almost in tears from the pain. He ended up skipping the next 2 appointments because of how they treated him. The only positive thing I can say is that the ladies at the front desk are nice and friendly.

I was greeted as I came in the door my name taken I sat for about a couple of minutes because they were busy. Called up and they took my information and by the time I got settled in my seat again I was taken back. Vitals taken by a very nice person then told someone would be in to see me. They came in within about 10 minutes looked me over gave me prescriptions and now I am feeling better. I really thought I was going to be there a long time but very pleased with the attention and time they gave me. And when I left they said Thank you hope you feel better soon, come back if you need us or call and goodbye .

Every time I come here I’m always greeted, they make me comfortable and it’s good seeing familiar faces. I definitely recommend Redimed north. This visit was for a drug screen. There was no wait at all. Love it!!! Thank you!!!

Was confused on if I should come here because of mixed reviews. But they got me back quickly and the lady that checked me in was very nice. They did an extensive exam and the doctor was very nice. I would come back.

In and out in less than 1/2 an hour. Quick, easy, and very personable. I was also in just after they opened but non the less still very quick.

Definitely a 10!!!! Receptionists, the prep guy (X-ray tech helping out) and the Nurse Practitioner were amazing! Very friendly, apologetic for our wait, which wasnt that long! All in all great experience! Left feeling like there are good caring people in this world😁 Excellent care for my daughter!

Physician Assistant Melissa M. PA-CHas some of the best bedside manner Ive come across in a long time. Not only was she easy to speak to she was very knowledgeable in every question that I had. I truly feel she would excel greatly in any field of medicine, especially in family medicine

Called us in within 5 minutes of arriving (scheduled online). All staff was very prompt, competent, and friendly. Given a script incase condition worsens in the next few days so I would have to come back if not better . Scripts were called in before we got to the pharmacy.Very please with this being our first experience. Would definitely return if we need to be seen outside of our regular doctor’s hours..

I brought my toddler in to be seen on a Saturday night at 7:50. Given that they close at 8 I felt horrible knowing they wanted to go home to their families. To my surprise, the entire staff treated me and my daughter so well, not making us feel rushed or as if we were burdening them. I am so grateful to all of them for helping my daughter feel better and putting our minds at ease! My only criticisms were that check-in took a while (slow system), and my daughters first specimen sample was accidentally thrown out (it was time to clean up and inconvenienced all of them too, so how could I be angry?). Overall it was the warm reception that turned our night from hectic to calm.

The doctor was extremely informative and helpful. Used the online check in so waiting was very short, the best experience we could ask for under the circumstances.

HR from corporate headquarters picked this place for a mandatory drug screen. I pre-registered, but they ignored that and I waited two hours. Meanwhile, I was receiving text messages telling me I was late for my appointment. Incompetence reigned from the moment I entered until I finally was able to leave. Unpleasant experience at best.

My husband, son and I have all been using this Redimed for years when we cant get in to see our primary care docs. The providers are thorough, the staff is professional and fast, and we always get great care here. The online check-in means you dont have to wait in the waiting room, either. Highly recommended!!

Great experience! I felt miserable going in and they didn’t keep me waiting long. I went into an exam room right away so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room forever. Everyone who I had any contact with was excellent. They were polite and caring and efficient! Highly recommend! I also registered online and I felt that sped up the process!

Been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Yesterday was a very long wait cause it was very busy. It was my granddaughter. She was diagnosed with A influenza. Nurse practitioner was very thorough and they called her meds in very promptly. Today it was my grandson. Not very long wait. Very good service.

Scheduled an appointment at REDiMED north on cook rd today. My son was seen promptly. The woman at the front desk was very efficient & attentive to our immediate needs. The other supporting staff were all efficient as well. The PA, Melissa Meintel, was very attentive, efficient, knowledgeable & compassionate. She prescribed everything necessary & gave us good information for other measures we could take once my son was healed up & feeling better. This is the second time I’ve been to this location, once for myself & today for my son, each time fortunate to have seen this particular PA, Melissa Meintel.

Amidst the current COVID crisis, the staff at Redimed North is doing there best to go above and beyond the help meet there patients needs. Everyone of the staff there should be considered heros. Thank you.

I had to come in over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting from out of state. I had 4 points of personal contact and was out in less than 30 minutes. Very pleasant experience! Thanks RediMed!

Had an overall good experience. It wasnt too busy at the time and I was able see the doctor and sent on my way in less than an hour. Only complaint was I told the receptionist at check in and the two nurses my pharmacy choice and yet my prescription was still sent to the wrong pharmacy. When youre not feeling well its very inconvenient to work out this issue and make the drive to the wrong pharmacy to pick it up.

Service was fast and extremely friendly. The ladies that helped me did an amazing job explaining everything to me regarding the purpose for my visit and performed each service that I received exceptionally. Based on this visit I would highly recommend this location for any urgent care needs.

In the ad for covid19 testing it says not referal required. When I get there after waiting for about 20 minutes, they said we cant give you a test unless you have a doctor referal.

I did the online check-in. It was super easy and when I got there I was back in a room with in 20 minutes.

I know someone who has recently gone in to Redimed for a hurting ear that is unable to be heard out of. Instead of giving them ear drops, they gave them a pill that will clear their sinus because they were congested. THEY WENT IN FOR THEIR EAR!! The ear has not yet been treated and is only getting worse. The only thing good about Redimed is how quick they are to help you, but is that really a good thing?

We received great and quick service. Our nurses and Dr ( phy assistance) was very efficient and knowledgeable. The Staples went in and out quickly and somewhat painlessly.

Receptionist was very helpful since I didnt have my insurance card with me. Doctors were friendly and quick. Much better than past experiences with parkview walk in clinic.

The new online feature is awesome. I had two sick kiddos and it allowed me to stay at home with them until it was time for their visit. They sent me a text telling me to come in and that my time in line was close to being up next. Way better than sitting in the lobby with sick little ones. The MD was very personable and took my questions and concerns seriously. He did a very thorough examination and I trusted his diagnosis. A very good experience. We will return.
