Covid test is advertised as free. They do not ask for your insurance information at the testing site and you stay in your car for the test. But, two weeks later they send you a bill for $350. $150 for an office visit and $200 for the test. I might have been willing to let them submit it to my insurance if they had been upfront about the cost in the beginning, if they had actually called with the results, and if they had not lost one of the tests. Stay away from this office.

The doctor was nice and for once, a pcp believed me about my chronic pain which was great. I was being referred to a physical therapy center and was told they can only refer to that one as I asked for a center im familiar with. The center they were able to refer me to does not take my insurance which was accepted by this office im reviewing.I cant play games like this. I need actual help and being send around and around to people that cant help me or cant cover me is useless. Why they partner with a center that does not accept the same insurance makes no sense to me and is not helpful in anyway

My experience at Salud West has been nothing short of stellar! Dr. Tah is a fantastic, tell it like it is, Doctor. My health is better and my blood pressure is under control. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Dental is also very good as is the counselor. I would easily recommend them to anyone who lives up this way.

Excellent customer service and medical/dental care at Salud West. Dr. Yavari was as knowledgeable as the dermatologist referral, but not afraid to refer out if needed. She is also extremely personable and caring. The dental care is top notch at Salud West as well. Hygienist Trina and Dentist Leah Schultz are as good as Ive ever had--thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. Ive never had a bad experience there and I feel so grateful to have such excellent medical care in our community.

Great staff,treated like a person not a number,going to the doctor is never fun,but at least you are treated very well here.Would recommend to anyone.

My first visit I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I was told to come in to get blood drawn and that I didnt need an appointment, so on Dec. 21 I got there at 3:35 and found the doors locked. someone opened the door but told me they were closing at 3:45 and pointed to a sign up high, out of sight that said they were closing at 3:45 that day. They should have been able to draw blood in 10 minutes. No apology was made even when I told her Id driven an hour to get there. I had called before coming in and the recorded message said the hours were 8-5, I live 35 miles away so, I drove for an hour each way only to find them randomly closed. The nurse and provider are fine but there is a bit of a language barrier as the receptionists speak mostly spanish and I have a hard time understanding them.

Dr. Lane Bryant and Jamie are amazing!!! I am so happy to finally have a primary care doctor!!! I will recommend them to family and friends!! Thank you so very much!!!

There are a group of ANGELS in that office. I needed treatment BADLY yesterday and they ALL came thru with what I needed as well as getting me in without a previous appointment. God Bless You All!!

Worst experience ever. I was supposed to be seen at 8AM for my registration that is supposed to take ONE hour and then a following appointment from 9-9:20 which would be my actual time with the doctor. They failed to tell me that they canceled my registration appointment and wouldn’t be able to do that at all today but told me that I could still be seen as soon as possible to see a doctor. After having to wait over an hour and twenty minutes while three other patients were seen before me just because one was friends with a nurse. Do NOT go here for any reason unless you want to waste your time and watch a bias system

Hands down the worst doctors office ive ever had the inconvenience of being a part of. Malpractice is a huge problem going on in this office. Not to mention sexism and discrimination. Ive never in my life had to deal with an office this unprofessional. I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy. If there was an option to give negative stars, believe me... that would have been my choice.

I absolutely love my Doctor Yavari and the staff here. I’ve never felt so comfortable and cared about before.

Worst clinic in town! Waited an hour after my appointment.with no one else in the waiting room to have a doctor ask me if i was goin to be late to something!! I will be finding a new doctor and clinic.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE..THEY SUCK
