Update: They FINALLY answered their phone. I was able to get them to email me a bill, and the amount I owed magically diminished by 339.20! I paid with my credit card online, but was told that their office does not send out bills, nor can it call off the collection agency, even though the bills list the office number as the contact. I can only hope this nightmare is over. Unless you enjoy a nightmarish experience with billing, insurance, etc., I strongly recommend you consider another dentist practice.My daughter had an appt in October 2020. They submitted the claim only to my primary insurance, and not to my secondary. I did not know this until I received a late notice from them 7/27/21. They promised to submit, but did not, and I received another late notice 8/23/21. I spoke with a regional manager, who finally did submit my claim to the secondary insurance. But they have yet to bill me for the correct amount, and now they have sent a collections agency after me!!! And they do not answer their phone. Incredibly poor service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I am a person who has had challenging dental experiences in the past, but I had found a great dentist I trusted in Austin for a decade. I moved to Fort Collins amid the pandemic, so my plan of keeping my Austin dentist was not possible, and I am incredibly grateful! I found a dentist who listens, is incredibly attentive to patients, has long term staff, and most importantly, personally made sure that my care was top notch, and I was comfortable. I have never had a better dental experience in over 50 years.

I love going here the doc down to the make u feel very welcome. Also when u are a new patient they actually take time to look at your teeth. Then determine what is needed next. Not like some where they take your X-rays and you leave feeling like nothing was accomplished. Thank you very much doc

Beware that this dental group is owned by a corporation who manages scheduling. The only reason that Im giving 3 stars is that the dentist, hygienist and dental assistant are all wonderful. My first visit was last week where I received x-rays and a visit with the dentist for an overall checkup. This took nearly 90 minutes. They had to reschedule my visit with the hygienist for the following week. This appointment took over an hour. In my decades of getting regular check ups, this is the first time it took two visits and 2.5 hours to receive these services. I do hope for the sake of the good people working there that corporate gets the scheduling piece worked out.

I’m the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr Roy and staff are amazing and very gentle.

I made an emergency visit to Perfect Teeth-North College to get a broken cap on my front tooth fixed. Dr. Wortham and the staff were amazing. They got me in quickly, were very professional and Dr. Wortham is an amazing dentist--gentle and careful. I would highly recommend him and his office.

I have taken my son there since he was 2/3 he is now 7. The first trip there was a hygienist who was amazing with my son. We have kept going ever since and my son has never freaked out in the chair and I know it’s because everyone there is so kind and friendly and understanding. Would highly recommend this office for anyone!!!

The dentist was extremely busy but he found time to work me in and take care of my problem.

I think the people there are so efficent and patient. And they are just as warm and kind! Appointments are on time and take the time to explain everything.I would absolutely advise people to get dental services done there!!

I had a root canal and had to get several fillings replaced and Dr. Wortham and his staff did a fantastic job. The original crown they ordered didnt match the other color of my teeth very well so they sent it back and fixed the problem with out rushing the job. They are always upfront about what you are paying so there are no surprises. I highly recommend this dentist office.

The people that work here take time to listen to you and what your concerns are. They have gentle hands and are very considerate to each individual patients needs. They are very kind and respectful too!

I have been to this dentist several times in the last year and a half. I’ve thought they were expensive and tried to sell me unnecessary work but they were thorough and I appreciated that. However, I was appalled by their lack of professionalism and the incompetence with which I was handled recently. I got a quote from them 9 days ago for two different appointments of work they recommended and scheduled my first visit for today. When I arrived for my appointment they somehow had deleted my insurance and had to make calls and emails to figure out my costs, even though I offered them my insurance card and quote I recently got from them (in email with details of work and copays). I waited 45 minutes before they supposedly figured it out, put me in a chair, and told me to sign off before they started. When I said I wanted to compare it to my quote, the hygienist said “oh yeah, they said it was different” which no one mentioned to me. When I looked, it was DOUBLE the price from the email- and this was supposed to be my cheaper work scheduled (and I confirmed it was the same work discussed- same code and descriptions)! The billing girl looked at my quote and saw my insurance showed the same and yet kept blaming it on my insurance and on the people they outsource quotes to in New York. I said it’s unacceptable to give me a price, keep me waiting on the day off- after I’ve taken time off work, then try to up the price by over $150 without mentioning the change. I am still amazed and infuriated by what happened.

Dr Wortham and his entire staff have been amazing. Over the past tear or so, I’ve had teeth cleanings, xrays, impressions taken for a mouthguard and also had my chipped teeth fixed. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100%. Love this team!

I never leave reviews for anything ever, but I have had such great experiences with Perfect Teeth, I gotta do it!I had a severe eating disorder as a teenager and battled alcoholism in my early 20s, which cumulatively massacred my teeth. I’ve been humiliated and scared to go to dentists after many awful experiences. Ever since I started going to Perfect Teeth (in Foco and the two Loveland locations) my perception of dental care has drastically and positively improved. I don’t feel judged or looked down on at all. I feel everyone is there to help and is so understanding and thoughtful. The staff and dentist/endodontist/oral surgeon are professional, kind, and focused on providing the best care possible.And if you’re not on the Perfect Teeth plan, do it! I’ve seen all kinds of dental service offerings and this is by far the best! Better than my expensive insurance. If you just need scans and checkups, you should get it. If you’re needing extractions/implants/crowns, definitely get it! I’ve saved 1000s this year already for one very reasonable annual fee.Thank you Perfect Teeth for giving me hope again!

Scheduling process was extremely easy and forms can be filled out ahead of time which was great. They did a great job gathering information about my preferences and perspectives on my dental experiences to make sure I got what I needed. Reception was great and helped me get settled as well as explained next steps after my appointment in detail. Both my dental hygienist and dentist were great. They made sure I got what I needed and was able to ask questions to better understand some procedures as well as tips for preventative care.

I love perfect teeth so much!!Every member of the staff that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting were friendly, knowledgeable, and checked in multiple times to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was comfortable.They were able to get me in quickly and work around other patients to get me taken care of same day.I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and feel confident in the team at Perfect Teeth to take care of my teeth!

Had my wisdom teeth removed at another office and ended up needing a lot of after care the took great care of me every time I needed anything. The whole staff is absolutely amazing. I hate going to the dentist and they do a really great job at making me feel more comfortable. I couldnt recommend a better place!

The dentist was super nice. The best bed side manner I have ever encountered. However, I feel there was some false advertising which brought me in that when I found out wasnt true they did not accommodate. I was refered to this dentist because of the amazing payment plan offers to find out (at the end of my visit) that they no longer do payment plans and had stopped a few months ago. I feel this could have been told to me right away when I made it clear the reason I came to them was due to my financial situation and needed a payment plan. Knowing that without dental insurance I would need help paying out of pocket but the end result was that they could not help me and I had to pay for the visit I sat through when they could have told me they no longer did payment plans to begin with and I would not have stayed. If they knew my situation and then took the time to go over a treatment plan and everything with...maybe they could have honored what was previously advertised which brought me to them in the first place.

I had my first visit today- Super helpful staff from the front office to the chair. They answered all my questions and did not rush through the visit. I felt well informed about my care and recommended treatment and follow up. I also appreciate that they are willing to schedule appointments and share info via email and text rather than the phone and dinosaur fax machine. I even scheduled my first appointment via email. Then offices were clean and professional. They did a nice job providing clear estimates of potential out of pocket costs in advance of recommended procedures. I Will consider them my provider from here forward! Thanks!

The staff are proficient and very friendly. I had a very difficult prior experience with another Dentist and ended up in the emergency room. This time, I was scared! The Dentist assured I would be fine. He informed me at each step of the procedure and what to expect (pain, discomfort, etc). I was astounded. A little ibuprofen and I was fine. Im a huge baby about the dentist... Mostly because of the crazy amount of time Ive spent in the dentist chair. I put off finding a new dentist for over a year. I couldnt be happier I found Perfect Teeth. Everyone was so kind. The hygienist was so sweet and did a great job. Dr. Wortham was straight forward, caring and considerate of my situation. They took the time to show me estimated costs for work needed and talked me through my insurance options with no high pressure sales tactics for unneeded work. Ill update again after I have my work done but Im definitely at ease going in for my minor repairs.

I have received very good care at this office. The dentist and staff are friendly and professional. The doctor was recently very helpful to order me antibiotics on a Saturday afternoon for a sudden abscess when the office was closed.

Overall I had a great experience. From the front desk tot he Dentist, everyone was friendly, kind, and most importantly, they explained the pricing in terms of my insurance; as well as what they were doing. The staff is very friendly. From the initial phone call when I made the apt to actually coming in and meeting them. I feel very comfortable trusting the Hygienist and Dr with my care. The staff was very thorough and answered all of my questions regarding my insurance and treatment plan. I will be returning.

I LOVE this dental office! The staff is fabulous, particularly the manager, Megan. She really cares about patients and works so hard to make sure that their needs are tended to. I had an issue where my insurance wasnt getting billed, and she found out why, corrected it, and then explained to me, in full, so I could understand the situation. I could not be happier with my dental care. Dr. Wortham is a terrific dentist. He used to be an orthodontist, so he has an unmatched knowledge and can answer questions any other general dentist wouldnt be able to. Vee, the hygienist, is amazing! Perfect Teeth has been wonderful. During a long ordeal figuring out a new insurance plan the Perfect Teeth office assistants stepped in to provide an amazing amount of help. Those in the front office are nothing but amazing during my visits. The dentist I am under, Dr. Wortham, is knowledgeable and interested in his profession. Hes clear on whats going on and cares about the health and safety of his patients. The dental assistant I have had, Pilar, has been amazingly cheerful and informative during my sessions. The office is quick, clear, and clean with an air of professionalism. I appreciate it.

Great dentist! First, all the staff and the dentist were kind, honest, and well trained. They are personable and really care! Second, typically chain dentists like Perfect Teeth tend to try and up-sell you on proceedures while your mouth is open and unsure if it’s necessary or not. This dentist is not like that. They ask you prior to any work being done what kinds of add-on you would want, such as floride which isn’t always covered by insurance and respect your option to decline anything extra. That was something that I really liked. I’m really glad we found this dentist!

The biggest disappointment was that I was told I had six cavities and needed my current two redone.After feeling like the appointment was just odd for a few reasons, I went to another dentist the following week for a second opinion and I was told that I have no cavities and there would be no reason at all to redo my current two cavities.

I finally found a dentist I am comfortable with! For 23 years Ive been bouncing around from dentist to dentist trying to find one that I would actually go back to and also recommend to others. My experience today was amazing. Starting with the ladies at the front desk, they jumped right in to help with my insurance glitch. Then the dentist himself, Dr. Wortham, invited me to the dental chair and started while his assistant was busy. As the two of them worked together, they showed nothing but respect for one anothers skills. Then the hygienists took over and were gentle with their techniques. I dont remember everyones name, but what great teamwork between all six of them! I can actually say I enjoyed my experience at the dentist!

Absolutely fabulous! Every time Ive gone in, theyve taken extremely good care of me. They answer any and all questions I have about my dental care, and even have Piña Colada flavored numbing cream! Couldnt ask for a better dentist.

I do not love going to the dentist....In fact, sometimes I am downright terrified.But....My first experience with Perfect Teeth was awesome....I had to have a deep filling removed and a crown done...This procedure took about 3 hours, and the patience and care that was given to me was beyond exceptional.

Best dental office of all time, amazing staff. Had to have work done on 3 front teeth and fell asleep in the chair. I live in Greeley and drive all the way to Fort Collins because I couldnt ask for a better dentist.

I wish all dentists could learn from Roy Wortham. This was the very first time that I received novocain that I didnt feel the needle. That is/was my biggest fear of going to a dentist. Is feeling the needle go into the gum to deaden the area to be worked on. I was shocked that he was so gentle and made sure that I felt no pain. He is an absolute dream. I recommend him to anyone that is afraid to go to dentists

Staff is great and the dental assistants are good but the actual Dentist (Dr Wortham) just flipped out at me straight up yelling at me literally going Im done! I am not going to fix your problem! AND IM KEEPING ALL YOUR RECORDSwhich actually prolongs the issue because all I was trying to do was pick up a mold to take straight to another dentist who was actually going to fix it after this dentist was unable to for a yearEDIT: I never said I feel negatively about the practice in fact I complemented I and added a detailed description of my exact issue... to claim I acted inappropriately literally makes no sense because it was another perfect teeth location that told me to come in to get the mold and I had even called before the day before and explained that the other office told me to pick up the mold and when I came in all I did was explain that the problem is still not fixed and the other location needs the mold and he raised his voice at Im done! im keeping all your records! and even your never going to get it fixed! think about how irrational that is!

I needed an extra deep cleaning in a couple of areas and was referred by the Loveland branch to Vee in Fort Collins. Wow! Vee did a great job. While I go regularly, Im about as excited to go to the dentist as any other. Vee put me at ease even though I can be a bit grumpy, and then proceeded to do a fantastic job with both cleaning and the deep cleaning. Thank you Vee

I called to set an appointment and the receptionist put me on hold for 10 minutes and when she got back on the line she was laughing hysterically and said that she couldnt touch the computer to set an appointment, then put me on hold so someone else could do her job.
