Truthfully they may have great dentists but you cant get past the front desk to find out. Despite both my insurance plan and their website indicating they take our insurance you cant get the front desk (Laura) to listen. So our family of 4 will move on and establish care somewhere else.

Highly professional office staff, from phone call to set up an appt to completing my appt, the entire staff was courteous, professional, and respectful. The hygienists are very informative and not pushy at all. They are gentle and pleasant. The dentist is very nice as well. He explains everything in simple terms and respects your decisionsClear Creek also accepts a lot of insurance plans, so its easy to get an appt that is covered with my insurance company plan.This is a great office, and I can confidently recommend it!

Worst experience Ive had at a dentist office. The office was nice (why I didnt give them 1 star), but it took them 5 (yes, 5) visits to properly fit my crown on. This was a few years ago, and it ultimately resulted in me recently loosing my tooth altogether. Beware

They did an excellent job. Minimal pain and bleeding, very professional, felt comfortable. Ive had bad experiences before with resin fillings on the front of the teeth, but they did these so perfect its hard to tell they are even there, which is what I wanted. Im pretty amazed with how they turned out considering how bad they looked. fixed me up better than new. Very happy with my experience. Definitely the best dentist Ive been to so far.

Ive been coming to Clear Creek for a year now and Ive always had a pleasant experience. The hygienist is super friendly and knowledgeable and shes the same one Ive seen every time Ive come. The assistant is also the same one Ive seen, which, to me shows the team likes where they work. The facility is always clean and the environment is super chill and relaxed. Dr. Knecht is very professional and at the same time down to earth. I really enjoy being seen at this office and I would definitely recommend.

I had my teeth cleaned here, I honestly hadnt flossed in months, and once I got a deep cleaning it felt so great, my teeth were beautiful again. The staff was accommodating and super friendly. They were telling me about their lives while they were cleaning my teeth.I felt like a part of the family.

I went and had a permanent crown put in a few weeks ago and the doctor noticed my receding gum line and told me about possible ways to stop that. I have had very sensitive teeth because of my receding gum line for a long time now. I took the recommendation of the doctor and now I can eat hot and cold foods again like I used to 10-15 years ago. Not only was the front staff friendly and cordial, but the back staff were very good at their job. I’m not the easiest patient to work on but they all were great. Would recommend 10/10

The receptionists are friendly and work with your schedule to find an appointment that fits your schedule. They are a busy and popular office, so Im glad they make it convenient to get an appointment. They greet you with a smile every time you arrive and they are always professional and courteous. All the dental insurance stuff is so confusing, and they are quick to explain it and make it easy to understand. I know Im not overpaying, which is huge because nobody wants to pay more than they have to. Getting my teeth cleaned is always a painless experience here too. The hygienists are very gentle and extremely informative about oral hygiene. Not pushy though. They are friendly and very educational. They do the best to help me prevent any problems in my mouth, and I really like that. Finally, the dentist and his assistants are all super nice and gentle. It doesnt seem like many people enjoy going to the dentist in general, but I can honestly say that I dont mind coming here at all. In fact, its the best dental office Ive been to. From beginning to end of an appointment or cleaning, things run smoothly and people here always have a smile on their face. Whatever it is, Clear Creek is unique and I recommend them to friends that need a dentist. There are a lot of offices to choose from in Ft Collins, but in my opinion, Clear Creek is honestly the BEST one!

CLEAN OFFICE!!!With all the paranoia in the world about COVID, I can tell you first hand that Clear Creek really cares about keeping their facility safe and clean. Staff wear masks and faceshields and they have hand sanitizer dispensers all around the office. They do all the proper protocol to keep you and them safe.I trust the way they operate their business in these uncertain times. I just walked out of the most BIZARRE dental experience of my life. Have you ever gone to a business that clearly milks peoples insurance for their own personal gain? I have never been disrespected by medical professionals like this. Some people are in the wrong professions! They were disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate to the highest degree.

I’ve been 3 times for some cleaning and filling. I really enjoyed the ambience and the staff. The hygienist are very sweet and knowledgeable, and they care for your mouth health. I got the pleasure of spending some mouth time with Dr. K and my opinion is that he was a very nice and caring guy. I will have to be going back for some pullings to make room for braces and I’m excited to continue my journey for a healthy and nice smile at Clear Creek Dental. Most of the Staff is wonderful, Daniella is amazing she is always ready to help with my billing in the most friendly way, the only staff member who is extremely rude is Linda we have been going here for several years and since day one she has been very rude, she doesn’t make you feel welcomed like the rest of the staff! Dr. Alex and his team are amazing! I’ve had a hard time finding a dentist I truly feel comfortable with the past 11 years after my dentist of 20 years retired. Dr. Alex and his team made me feel comfortable and only suggested necessary work to be done that my insurance would cover so I didn’t have anything out of pocket to pay. My first time in was me alone with my 3 kids and they were kind to my kids while I had my cleaning and exam done along with giving them free toothbrushes as well for being so well behaved. I honestly haven’t been this happy with a dentist since my childhood dentist retired!

What an outstanding experience. Jen did my cleaning and was so gentle and friendly. One of my old fillings popped out and they were able to fix it basically right away. This is the most professional, skilled and kind staff that I have ever worked with in any office. The dentists are highly knowledgeable and their assistants have been in the field for decades. The building is outfitted to resemble a mountain cabin in the woods so it is a very comfortable place to be for such an uncomfortable experience. This is a place that treats their patients as well as pediatric dentists treat children. They are very understanding and work with you and your insurance to get the best experience possible. I highly recommend trying this dentist out if youve had rough experiences with the dentist in the past.

I can not speak highly enough of Clear Creek Dental. I have visited this office twice in the last two weeks, and the consistency is certainly there. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen each time, and the staff is incredibly kind. My Husband is an active duty military member he needed an emergency dental appointment so we we’re looking for a dental office who can accommodate his schedule,receptionist Daniela made every effort to work with my husbands schedule and she new our insurance from right to left very knowledgeable and treat us like a priority. I wish that I could leave this place zero stars. Every visit that I have ever had here has been absolutely miserable. The people are friendly, but in no way do I think that they are very good at their jobs. I went in 6 times in the past 5 months. My front tooth had been chipped, and I went and asked them to put a crown on it, and they told me no and put a fuller on it instead. Soon after the filler fell off, and they ended up having to put a crown on it anyway. They put my front tooth in CROOKED! And then had to yank it back out of my mouth - and she dropped it on the floor... and its still not sitting right. I now have horrible pressure sensitivity, and sensitivity to the heat and the cold. I DO NOT recommend going here.

Dont go their for anything but cleanings. Their front desk ladies and cleaning ladies ate nice and do a great job. But youll never see a doctor. And your fillings will be poorly or cheap and fast, so that youll have sensitive teeth which I never had with Dr Clark. Just wish he took Medicaid. Cause I miss his attention to detail.

I gave it a one star cause that was the only choice, I never would get online and write a bad review if I didn’t fee uncomfortable and disrespected, first appointment we took X-rays off my teeth then we sat down and the doctor told me I needed a lot of work done then when discussing it with me, he said idk what to do there is so much to be done, which did not make me feel comfortable at all, then my 2nd appointment today 7-23-20 went in for why I thought were my crowns to be done, found out they never got them approved so wasted more time, in all honesty this place does not have it together don’t waste your time, I think it’s completely ridiculous to make someone feel that uncomfortable when they come to you for help I would give them 0 stars if I was able to.

My worst experience at the dentist, ever. I went in for a cleaning and was told that I needed some fillings. What they didnt tell me was that they were going to be doing seven fillings at the same time and that it would cost me over $300 out-of-pocket to get them done. A month later I started having pain in my bottom tooth. I made an appointment to see the dentist who tells me I probably have a cracked tooth. I made another appointment to see a specialist in house who tells me that my bottom molar is cracked and needs a root canal. I scheduled an appointment with a local specialist (not through this office) and they performed the root canal. Several months later I was still having pain in the same area. Root canal specialist double checked his work, including Xrays, and says its fine. Go back to the dentist and the hygienist says right in front of me Oh maybe we had the wrong tooth done. Excuse me?! Please keep in mind that my expenses at this point were well over $1,000 out-of-pocket after the root canal and the crown and my insurance was completely tapped out for the year. I also live in Wyoming so the trips back and forth were not exactly convenient. Queue the second root canal several months later. I go back to this office to have the crown done and then go back at a later date to have it shaped. During this last visit I was also told that I had staining that would eventually become cavities and they should take care of it before it becomes a problem. There was no way they were drilling my teeth again after the last time they did dental work on me so I refused. To cap it all off I just finished getting the second crown replaced less than a year after it was put on because it was so thin, poorly built, set, and shaped that it began to fall apart during my most recent cleaning. A cleaning where I was told my teeth looked great, no staining even mentioned. 2 years and several thousand dollars wasted at this office.

Ive been coming to Clear Creek Dental for over almost ten years now and have never been dissatisfied. Dr. Alex Knecht and his staff are absolutely amazing at what they do. I can tell that they all love what they do and care about their patients. If youre new to the Fort Collins area or youre someone looking to switch to a better dentist I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else but Clear Creek!

All of the staff were very polite and friendly, both the aids/techs and the dentist himself explained things in a way i could understand them. I overheard him talking to a kid he was treating and he was very kind and patient. They made it clear if i felt ANY pain to let them know, if i needed to rest my jaw to let them know. And they kept to their word. I know Ill be bringing my family here

I love that I only need one dentist for myself and kids. We have always been treated with respect, and love. My kids dont fear going to the dentist but actually ask to go more often because of how we can laugh and enjoy each others company. The home like environment relaxes the office feel, and we are treated like family.

I have been going to Dr Alex for several years and I would never change. He is the best dentist I have ever experienced and I am in my sixties. The hygienists are very good and I have had major work done. I think his staff improves with every year. Happy to have found them.

Clear Creek Dental is a fantastic place to call my dental home. As a patient here for 10 years, I can speak to the professionalism and quality of work that is done at this practice. Dr. Alex is very thorough, patient, and enjoyable to be around. His sense of humor always seems to cut the tension and put me at ease, even if Im a bit nervous about having my dental work done. I completely trust him with my dental health, because I know he has my interests first at all times. He is intentional about giving me multiple treatment options, and oftentimes he will talk me out of a more expensive treatment in favor of less expensive, less invasive treatment. I really appreciate that about him. Plus, he is VERY skilled and knowledgeable at his trade. He is always talking about the latest in dental technology. And his injections are painless, not to mention his procedures always seem to go smoothly with little or no post-operative sensitivity. The staff here is exceptional and friendly, always anticipating my needs and pampering me. It certainly doesnt hurt that the decor is a relaxing log cabin theme either! I almost enjoy going to the dentist now!

I have had several cleanings, fillings, and 2x root canals done and they have done a wonderful job! I even had to bring my daughter when she was an infant and she was crying so they let me breastfeed her why they cleaned my teeth. Such a great experience, especially when they dont make a big deal about my kids when my sitter cancels. They always give me estimates before I have any work done and I have never owed more than the estimate!

Clear Creek Dental and Dr. Knecht continue to be the highest quality dental practice I have visited. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Their work is top-notch in terms of durability and comfort. Dr. Knecht is a miracle worker when it comes to pain mitigation. I have had minimal discomfort during the procedures they have performed over the last six years which include crowns (3/4 and full), cavity repairs, silver filling replacements, and chipped tooth repairs. I have visited Clear Creek Dental twice in the last two weeks for a cleaning and a few cavity repairs. The procedures for keeping the environment safe goes well above and beyond what I would expect and what I have experienced at other healthcare facilities since the outbreak of Covid-19. Thank you Clear Creek Dental for being willing to work during this time and for all you have done for me to make having teeth much more enjoyable!

Clear Creek Dental is absolutely the best dental office in Fort Collins. I have had a lot of dental history and was with Clear Creek for a few years and then because of my company changing insurance (horrible insurance), I had to find another dentist. In that time away from Clear Creek, I tried finding someone who even compared to them and I just couldnt. Last year, my company changed dental insurance again and I was able to go back. I was so excited and walked in getting the same, awesome service as I did before! Dr. Knect has really built something special. All the way from the front desk to the billing personnel. Not only do you feel like you are walking into a cabin up in the mountains, but the people are so kind and gentle when working with you. They have seen me laugh and cry and helped give me the best service and treatment. Thanks for all you do!!!

Dr. Alex and his team are friendly, professional, kind and dont try to sell you stuff they just care about your teeth. Dr. Alex never minimizes my fear of being at the dentist and I really appreciate that. My husband and I will continue to go to Clear Creek because the staff are wonderful.

I have been going to Clear creek for a few years now , Dr Knecht is honest and has always done a great job, he is efficient and does things right .I have been to other dentist that dont take the time to help there patients thats not the case at this office The hygienist and staff are super kind and make you feel comfortable.You get the care you need at clear creek .

I had a big cavity under a filling and it got close to my nerve. Luckily, I got in and the doc cleaned it out and put medicine underneath it in time to prevent me from needing a root canal. He did a great job, and I dont have any pain at all. Im very impressed and very thankful he took care of me before it was too late. THANK YOU CLEAR CREEK!!!!

Every time I come here I have a great experience. No matter what’s being done. Very friendly staff, and excellent dentists. Also, I love the log cabin look.

They may have good reviews but the receptionist were extremely rude, Im honestly blown away because I was polite and just had a few questions, and was traeted like a nuisance. Unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere.

Great experience. Been there for a couple of cleanings. Ontime appointments. The hygenist did an excellent job, was very nice, thorough and efficient. The dentist checked everything out and asked if I had any concerns. Highly recommend!

Extremely pleased with the service. The hygienist, Amy, was the gentlest hygienist I have ever had. Dr. Alex was a great dentist as well and suggested a feasible treatment plan alternative than to get all my old fillings replaced. He also provided a second opinion from a previous dentist I went too and said the treatment the other dentist pushed was actually not necessary. Most dentists I have encountered suggest the most expensive treatment so it was refreshing to find an honest dentist. Highly recommend!
