Excellent experience with the staff and Dr. Robertson from the consultation all the way through the surgery and recovery. I was very well taken care of and felt confident in the hands of the staff and Dr. Robertson.I would highly recommend Dr. Robertson and his office. He is a professional with years of experience and knowledge. He is kind and caring and the best in his field.

The staff and assistants were very pleasant. But Dr. Robertson did not wear a mask during the time that he talked to me. It was hanging around his neck. I kept thinking, hes going to put his mask on, but the only time he did is when he examined my teeth. Then, the mask came off and he continued to talk to me. I should have said something and Im mad at myself for not, but hes a doctor and should follow the simple guideline of keeping his mask on.

I regret ever coming here for my wisdom tooth extractions. He didn’t explain the potential complications well at all or what to expect during or following surgery. I ended up having dry socket, which was diagnosed by a second opinion I received. He would not give me additional pain meds. He stated I was old and it just takes longer to heal when you’re an older patient. Also, the front desk receptionist with brown hair is extremely rude. I had to go to urgent care to get antibiotics and much needed pain meds. Returned to their office several times due to pain and swelling that would not subside and they never did anything but flush the extraction sites. Find a provider who actually cares.

Dr Robertson and all of his staff are wonderful in so many ways. I do not remember all of their names, however; the two young ladies that were with me yesterday during my surgery were the best ever. Very caring very understanding of my nerves and laughed at my silly jokes. Jill is the gal who works at the desk and sat with me while I was waking up. All are so so very attentive and sweet. Dr. Robertson treats all his staff like family and the pride he has in his voice when talking to them is very touching. I highly recommend this staff for anyone and will take my husband back for the work he is needing.

Cannot sing their praises enough! The whole staff was friendly and professional from my consultation to my wisdom teeth extraction. We also recently had a run in with our insurance company and Dr. Bailey and his staff were more than gracious in dealing with the unfortunate misunderstanding. They make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. If youre in need of an oral procedure, youve found the right place!

Dr. Robertson is an amazing person and surgeon. He made sure I felt comfortable and explained everything so I had no questions. Anyone would feel comfortable in his hands. Highly recommend this surgeon.

The only reason for any stars is the fact that the office staff and dental assistant are so pleasant and easy to talk with. But the surgeon has the worst bedside manner. First we waited 45 minutes to get to the back, then another 15 for the surgeon. He doesnt take anytime to get to know you and itsnt super talkative about what it is he is going to do nor are there options as he said he is just the surgeon. My husband has a failed back fusion and lives in chronic pain and if he would have taken 5 minutes to get to know him I think it would have helped the whole appointment. By the end he made us feel like we were there for pain meds as it became his primary focus making sure to let us know because he was already taking pain meds he would not prescribe any to him....Never during the whole appointment did we ask for or about pain meds! I think there is a horrible stigma attached to people living in chronic pain, your put in the same category as an addict..its very different and you would think a doctor of all people would take the time to know that! Im not comfortable bring my husband back there and I wont be.

I got my wisdom teeth out here and it was a great experience. Very professional doctor and staff!
