I am new to the area and was in need of a new dentist. As I adored my previous dentist, who I saw for over 20 years, I procrastinated finding a new provider as I didn’t think anyone could compare. I was wrong. Dr. Cox has created a fabulous practice surrounded by wonderful folks. The friendly staff is efficient and capable. Dr. Cox is caring, knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in great detail. I didn’t wait more than a minute for my appointment and appreciated my timely visit. What a competent crew!Absolutely 5 stars. But only because the system won’t let me give them 10!

Loved my visit! Since I was last in the office got a makeover with a cool vibe; Nancy still has her warm vibe of course! Kristi is so personable and does my cleaning with the ultrasonic which saves so much scraping. Dr. Cox said they were busy, but I would never know by the attention he gives me, casually discussing life then turning to my mouth. I appreciate his “ let’s get some more mileage” out of these large old fillings rather than “preventive” crowns. I know they are coming, but he puts my health and comfort first. Feels good walking out with a good report and being appreciated by everyone there.

So glad I found this dentist office. The staff is always the same folks and each one is incredibly nice and considerate. Dr. Cox is highly knowledgeable and is great at communicating the steps hes taking. Not only explaining treatment, but while he is performing the treatment as well, making the experience comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience at Dr. Cox Dentistry. The entire staff is super friendly and made us feel totally comfortable. My husband has a slight fear of dentists but the staff was very welcoming and made him feel comfortable by acknowledging his apprehension and being extra attentive. Dr. Brian Cox goes the extra mile with explaining and is very thorough. I wouldnt go to anywhere else. In fact, we are moving out of State but we are still going to schedule our appointments with Dr. Cox on our visits back! Hes the best dentist in town (maybe in all the land even!), hands down. He does things the right way the first time and is honest and respectful. If you appreciate and respect high quality services, then you dont need to look any further. Highly recommend!

Great group of people here. I always feel welcome and cared for. Dr. Cox and his staff are all great. I have been a patient since Dr. Cox purchased the practice. Once again I did not need additional work, yesterday was just a routine cleaning and checkup. Both hygienists are excellent!

I have never had a bad experience at Dr. Cox dentistry. Nancy is always pleasant and welcoming. My hygienist, Melanie, does a thorough job and is mindful of the areas of my mouth that might feel discomfort. And Dr. Cox let’s me know about the health of my teeth and gives me straightforward options for any care or procedures. I do not feel pressed to do anything and Dr. Cox often let’s me know what he would do if it were his mouth. Great office.

I went to Dr. Cox because it was where my mother and sister went. My girls and I stayed because he and his staff helped me get over my fear of dentists. I love their staff and have always felt that I got great service there. Only down side for me is that he is out-of-network for my insurance. So I have to pay a little more for some procedures. Its worth it.

I have been going to this office for awhile now, and I routinely receive exceptional care in all regards. Dr. Cox and his staff are very knowledgable with exceptional bedside manner. Kristi (the dental hygienist I routinely work with) is very thorough and clearly takes pride in what she does. Nancy (office manager) is patient with handling any scheduling/financial/insurance questions you may have. They really are a rockstar team!

Ive gone to Dr. Cox for many years. Ive had exams, cleanings and crowns. Nancy, the receptionist/insurance-wrangler/does-everything person, is helpful with appointments and insurance issues, and is always caring and compassionate. All the dental hygienists are gentle, knowledgeable and do a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. They help identify problem areas and are kind about reminding me to floss. :-) There are never any surprises with Dr. Cox. He keeps me well informed of areas he is watching and teeth that may need attention soon rather than later. Dr. Cox is friendly, easy to talk to and an excellent dentist.

I first worked with Dr. Cox years ago after allowing my teeth a lengthy period of time without serious assault.(At least, that is how my mouth felt about it.) I was in need of a great deal of care and Dr. Cox demonstrated the skills and personality to help me with no complaints from my mouth. Imagine that! He was great, his assistants were great and his secretary took care of all the insurance details. Open and shut case, this office knows their stuff.

After two years of going to Dr Coxs office, my husband and I agree that we will continue using the services he provides for as long as he provides them. His staff is thorough and knowledgeable but what we appreciate the most is Dr Cox doing all the work himself that a conscientious dentist should do. Our prior experiences at other offices have not gone so well with assistants struggling ineptly to do tasks they obviously were not so well trained at. Thanks to all at Dr Coxs office!

Another pleasant visit to the dentist! They ran right on time, cleaned my teeth comfortably, and kindly addressed my concern which turned out to be no worries! I recommend Dr. Cox to all my friends and patients.

I have been going to him for check ups and filling for as long as I can remember. Dr. Cox and his assistants are very nice people who do a great job. Hes also quite the car guy, which for me is nice because I can relate to him on another level. The prices are pretty good and I never have to worry about forgetting to buy a toothbrush since they give them to me as part of the service.

Within the last year or so I switched to Dr. Brian Cox. Everything that was faulty in my last dentist has been improved by Dr. Cox and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Cox Dentistry. Hes a perfectionist.

My husband and I made our first appointments with Dr. Cox for a consultation. The staff was very nice and helpful during the appointment making process. On the day of my appointment my husband called to cancel my appointment because we woke up to around 7 inches of snow and it was still coming down hard. When my husband called to tell the secretary that I couldnt make it because the weather was too bad, she was very rude. She asked him sarcastically why we werent coming in. She was condescending and rude to him. He said was would call back to reschedule and she said she would wait on the call and then hung up on him. We will find a dentists office that respects its patients and their decisions to be safe in dangerous road conditions even when it doesnt fit the dentists schedule. I am extremely offended that this office thinks their time is more important than their patients safety. We live in Colorado and we drive in the snow all the time so we know when its better to not chance bad conditions. We will be finding a different dentist office.

I am a retired OR nurse and dental hygienist so I am very contentious about HIPPA requirements, sterilization procedures, and medical/dental care. I saw Dr Cox and his team for a routine cleaning and a follow up procedure. The quality of dentistry and professionalism at Dr. Coxs office was outstanding. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Coxs since he arrived in Fort Collins. He impresses me as an extremely competent dentist - in fact, hes the best dentist Ive ever gone to! Dr. Cox is my regular dentist, and he recently installed a tooth on an implant. As I expected I found that he considered me to be a person as well as a patient. He is highly skilled and the new tooth is functioning well, I find it important that he was not only friendly with me but also treated his assistants with friendly respect.

I dont know if he deleted his Google business and made a new one, but this guy is a demon and I will write this again to save other patients from this parasite. First time there, he told me I had a cavity and would replace it, so I opted in to the minor procedure. Without telling me anything while he was drilling into my tooth, he whittled it down so far that it was unrepairable. He told me he was done and I asked if he had repaired the cavity as promised, he told me he had instead destroyed my tooth and it would require expensive maxillofacial surgery to push my gums down far enough to repair the damage he had caused, luckily he had a partner friend who he could refer me to. Realizing I had been betrayed, I went to Denver to a trusted friends dentist who repaired everything free of charge because of how dark and twisted this practice is. You can disregard my review and trust this guy, but thats on you if you visit this horror show. fair warning. EDIT: when I brought my pre-brian cox procedure xrays to the new dentist it was determined that they were taken from an upward and down angle that was distorted, probably to protect him from malpractice lawsuits, which if i was not working class I would have certainly filed. he originally claimed 7 cavities, and the second dentist with proper xrays showed ZERO, and my teeth have been fine for 4 years post brian trash leech cox. I have to live the rest of my life with a destroyed tooth.

My boyfriend chipped his tooth so we went in as soon as they could get us in. He did not have insurance and they said that they do not do billing but they took Care Credit so I just said that is fine becasue I just wanted him to be fixed so I would pay what we needed to. First off they are highly OVERPRICED. I paid almost $400 for what I am about to share with you, I have consulted another dentist who not only said they want to see him because they might have done the wrong thing but if not and they did in fact do the right thing they are for sure still overpriced. They told him he would just need a root canal and he would be fine, and when he did have insurance he could come back and they would cap it, case closed. That was the first appointment, the next one was the next day so they could numb him and do the root canal. Brian told my boyfriend that there was decay and that he would be fine if they just filed down the tooth and crowned it, worst comes to worst they would go ahead with the root canal. The whole hour my boyfriend was there Brian failed to give him any information about what was going on and in fact filed his tooth down TOO LOW that now only pulling it or going to see a dr that specializes in periodontics would be necessary. First off why did you not communicate with him! Ok so if the tooth is really that bad and there is no saving it TALK TO HIM and tell him what is going on BEFORE you do anything, not after it is all done. That just makes me not trust you any more. He destroyed the tooth with out even consulting with my boyfriend and to me that is just horrible practice. He just assumed whatever he did would be just fine. He told my boyfriend after the appointment that even if he does go see that specialist it might not even last so we might as well just pull it and in a year or so get an implant. We are scheduled to get a second opinion and if in fact they did do the wrong thing I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and demanding a refund for the over charged price! If they did do the right thing fact is it still took 2 appointments 2 overcharged prices and 2 different perceived outcomes to figure out what was actually wrong to fix it. And they did not tell my boyfriend what was going on AT ALL. That is just out right wrong.

Dr. Cox is both professional and personable, and his staff are all very easy to work with, and know what theyre talking about.

Worth traveling from Denver to Fort Collins for a cleaning! Great dentistry, service, and people at Dr. Coxs office.
