By far the best dentist I have been to. They treat you like family. They always make me feel so comfortable. Today I had to get a filling and they were so quick and efficient. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, just everyone in the office is lovely. My family and I will continue to go here for a long time.

My visits to Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of the Rockies are always wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My Dental hygienist that I see on a regular basis is also very good. I highly recommend this dental practice.

All of the staff here are so sweet! I love coming here to get my teeth 🦷 cleaned and get my dental work done. The atmosphere is so pleasant with good music to listen to while the work. They are very friendly and do a great job at explaining what is going on and what the treatment plan is going to be. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I was an “emergency” patient at this office and the receptionist worked hard to find a spot for me to get my tooth checked out before I left for vacation. My first impression was great. Nice facility but a bit outdated. Receptionist was nice and the Doctor & his assistant were knowledgeable, patient, super nice & overall an awesome experience! Thanks

I have to say that Dr. Willey not only has increased my self esteem greatly, but also has helped me improve my overall health by taking care and fixing my teeth. Yesterday was my first trip to the dentist in 7 yrs. Trust me when I say I did not want to go, but recently losing my brother prompted me to take care of myself. As it was I received a call from a Foundation Im working with that fell in between my xrays and appointment. Anyway, I had a meltdown after talking to them, and of course Dr.Willy came in. Great first impression on my part. Nonetheless, he listened intently to my situation and was so very gracious, I almost didnt feel bad when I left. His dental assistant was very, very nice as well. Sometimes those things just sneak up.on you. In the end, I am scheduled for next week and will not be taking ANY calls.

Was so good to get back in for a cleaning today!! My teeth feel better than they have in a whole year!!Also, had to go in last week for a crown that popped off. I didn’t even need Novocain- I was in and out with a temp in an hour!Love this office! Especially all the gals at the front desk! ❤️

I received a thorough assessment from Dr Willey at my first appointment and a treatment plan was explained and scheduled in a timely manner. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and explained the duration and charges of each subsequent visit. I am extremely pleased with the care Im receiving!

I’ve been going to this dentist for many years, since I was around 14(I’m in my 20s now ) and they are amazing! All my dental work has been flawless, the reception is super sweet, welcoming and helpful, and all the dentists and hygienists are knowledgeable, and personable so I always am comfortable when I come in.

I Had set up an emergency appointment to get a tooth extracted. I was given a multitude of options that would be suited for me. Staff and doctor Willie Were both amazing would highly recommend.

This place has taken care of my through a year of dental work. They have always been kind and considerate towards me, and understanding of my traumas because of having upper and lower jaw reconstruction when I was in my late teens. They dont provide nitrous, which is the only thing to consider when going here.Again, the kindest people, from the techs to billing to the front desk and of course the Doc. I look forward to regular visits with them now that we have taken care of my several dental emergencies this past crazy year.

There are not enough stars!!I have been to plenty of Dentist office and all of them make you feel like a number!!Not here!! The front Desk is so welcoming and they remember who you are. We moved from Chicago area to Windsor over a year ago. One of our neighbors recommended Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in FTC. Based on her recommendation both my wife and I set up appointments for X-rays and an exam. We both came away very impressed with the friendly and professional attitude of all the members of the team. We were also impressed with some of their equipment, which was a newer technology than what our dentist had in Chicago. We are very happy with our choice of dentists and we are looking forward to getting back to pre-Covid semi-annual teeth cleanings. We would highly recommend their services.

My husband and I are super happy with this practice. Lets face it; changing dentists is something Ive done twice in my 50 years. When I find one that is competant I stick with it. Both Dr. Willey and Dr Murri have modern methods of diagnosis & treatment, at the same time a balance of being conservative - meaning not in a rush to just suggest another procedure. They give suggestions along the way - such as dealing with sensitive teeth, and bite concerns before just jumping into the next fix that gets costly quickly. I really appreciate their integerity and genuine care for their patients .... day after day. That says a lot to me.Every cleaning at 6 months Ive always had a hygenist that asks the tough cleaning questions and holds me accountable for taking the time and care for my teeth at home. I always leave feeling like Im back on track with proper hygiene. Also, after grinding my teeth while sleeping at night I explained my situation and thoughtfully the hygienst suggested a night guard. It was an investment; and well worth it. I have remarkable less jaw pain and headache, in addition my teeth are not wearing out due to grinding stress. Thank you and keep up the great work. I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Willey, his practice, and his staff. We found him after my 10-year old daughter had a facial fracture which resulted in a loss of a permanent front tooth. His office got her in quickly and was able to assist in the process of putting her smile back together.Dr. Willey is so talented and calm natured. He put all of us at ease with the dental process as well as what would happen on the cosmetic side of this fix for my daughter. Even the biller at his office was so kind and easy to work with since insurance claims had to be sent to health and dental insurance. We have now switched our entire family to this practice and I would encourage anyone reading this to schedule as well. From the front of the office to the back of the office you will get amazing service and dental results!

I don’t particularly like going to the dentist and it had been a few years sad to say since I had seen a dentist. That all changed when I found this fantastic dentist office. Moving to Colorado four years ago I needed to find a local dentist I could trust with my teeth. A co-worker recommended I go see Dr Willey. Ever since my first exam I have trusted the staff. They have been very helpful during more emergent situations and are very thorough with their work. Recently I needed crowns done and I was very anxious about it in the beginning but they made the whole process smooth and easy and best yet, the crowns turned out wonderful. These guys may be the best Fort Collins family dentists!Its always amazing to see how Dentists act, perform and process patients through, Ive always admired that part of it, (like how you go right into the Dentists office and sit down and chat and have a short interview, then you get your Xrays, and then your treatment plan, and you go over that again with the Dentist in his office, before setting up a plan of attack to tackle your mouth problems) and then of course being able to relate to your Dentist makes it better, add that to the super-nice staff and dental assistants and then I get told that my mouth isnt the freakish nightmare that I thought it was, and I only need about 3-4 hours of work, whereas my last dentist had a much grander plan and cost outline.Im so happy I was referred to this Dentist! I cant wait for the work to be done and for my smile and overall oral health and smile to improve!

The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and friendly. Waiting room and exam areas are all very clean and well organized. The hygienists that I’ve had all do a really nice job. Dr. Willey is always personable and I think he is an overall good dentist. They can usually get me in pretty quickly for appointments, which is really nice! Overall good experience!

My whole experience at Family and Cosmetic Dentistry was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. They got me in promptly and were very good at working with me on my schedule to get work done. Dr. Willey and his assistants made sure all of my procedures were comfortable- from making sure I was okay throughout to offering me a blanket if I were to get cold from the AC. Everything about this dentists office is different that ones Ive visited in the past. If the dentist isnt your favorite place to go, I recommend this one because it makes an otherwise unfavorable task so much better!

I have always had a good experience at this office. I have had much dental work done at this facility such as preventive work, an extraction, a bridge and crowns. They do high quality work and are all very kind and professional. They have helped me during weekend dental emergencies. I have been a patient with this office since 2002 and recommend them without reservation. They are really wonderful.

Best experience I have had at the dentist. The entire staff is welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was so worried about waiting so long to get into the dentist. They put all my worries and fears to rest.The Doctors are both amazing. They are personable and professional. My procedure was basically pain free which was a happy surprise. Just can’t say enough about this office. Go see them, you will not be disappointed!

Ive never been a fan of getting cavities filled mostly because of the shots involved. The staff here has completely changed my view on the whole process. I had two appointments lined up to get work done. They prescribed me Valium to take before my appointments to put me at ease (you must have somebody drive you). When I got there and it came time for the shots I could hardly tell it was happening. The topical they use is AMAZING. On my second visit for cavities I didnt even need to take the Valium because the 1st time went so well. Dr. Wiley is awesome and great with nervous patients. I would recommend him and his partner to anybody looking for a new dentist. The entire office staff is amazing as well. They really do care about their patients and making sure they are informed and at ease with every step of the process. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I use to have anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Willey and the hygienist Susan keep you comfortable, pain free and are skilled at what they do.There isnt a high turnover at this office - they are like a family and treat you like you are part of it :)My teeth were stained from taking tetracycline when I was younger. Dr. Willey did a beautiful job on my veneers. I didnt realize there were so many smiles to choose from, he was so patient and informative in helping me choose the best look for me.

The friendliest, most professional dentist team Ive been to in a while. Very cautious and question my comfort level, including bringing me a blanket when there was a draft. Very talented team too, including all support staff, that produce great results.

Dr. Willey and the rest of the staff, both front office and dental, are extremely competent and kind. They have fixed problems for me that previous dentists let linger and worsen. I have always been pleased with my visits for everything from cleaning to getting a new crown. They take care not to cause discomfort and do quality work.

The office staff is incredibly friendly!! I have only been in there a couple of times and they all greet me by name. I had to have some cavity work done and it was the most painless experience I have had. Mild discomfort, because who wants someone jabbing around in their mouths, but also minimal. Excited to have found my forever dentist’s office!!

Susan, the dental hygienist, always puts me at ease and is full of useful knowledge and tips. Both Susan and Lorrie, the patient coordinator, remembered little details from six months ago and made a point to ask me about them. From start to finish, everyone is genuine, warm, and thoughtful; I cannot recommend them enough!

I was very disappointed with my short-lived experience at this dentist office. Upon having my initial x-rays, it was decided that I needed two fillings, so I went ahead and got those done. When I came for my cleaning a couple months later, I was told that I needed to have new x-rays done because the first ones were not done properly. Which is frustrating because they see the x-ray immediately after it is taken. Once those were taken, they found more areas that needed immediate action. I was told I needed to come back 2 more separate times to get these taken care of and it was very important that they be done as soon as possible. I decided not to go back and instead went to a new dentist who said my teeth were perfectly fine, in fact in great shape, and there are zero areas of concern at this time. I would not recommend this dentist.

I love my dentist, Dr. Murri! He and his entire staff, back office and front office are the most genuinely caring individuals. They make you feel as if you are the only patient there. Extremely helpful and accommodating special needs patients. Their hygienist Susan is awesome too.

I would definitely recommend this dentist office. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They are also really gentle and take the time to listen to their patients. Im seeing Dr. Murri. He was gentle, explained everything fully, and my experience was as pain-free as it could have been. Ive had a lot of dental work done in my life time. Im in the middle of getting a new bridge and hoping the final fit will be better than the temporary, but the temporary is adequate. Ill add here that the cost was underestimated and the amount my insurance is paying was exaggerated, so I am having to come up with more money than I had anticipated.

I was referred to Dr Willey in Murri by my family practice doctor when I first moved here 3 years ago. I have been so pleased to have found them because I was afraid I was going to have to fly back to Phoenix whenever I needed a good dentist. Everyone in the office is patient and friendly.They let you feel comfortable to say if anything is uncomfortable or if you have questions. They take their time when they are working on your dental problems.I have referred two family members and two other friends to the office and will continue to do so because I think my family and friends are happy with them.Even if you have not been to the dentist in a long time I think you would be pleased with how you are treated and glad you came to see them.

We took our 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son to see Dr. Murri. He was very professional and made sure to explain to the kids what he was doing and what each tool did. My daughter had a cavity filled and she was so afraid of the numbing shot, but he made it quick and easy. You can tell he has children of his own because he was very patient with my kids. We will all be going back.
