I was having trouble getting my filling fixed at my current dentist, possibly over booked? I changed to Dr.McQueen & Im very happy with my decision. He got me in & got the work done. The dental assistant was great, too. She explained what was going on & was very gentle, no cuts ect., from stretching... Good 80s/90s music, too. 😁glad I switched.

Absolutely 💯 awesome. The 2 young ladies in reception were so friendly and practice perfect pandemic awareness. I appreciate that. The dental assistant (I didnt catch her name) was super up beat and down to earth. Made me feel comfortable. Dr. McQueen has lots of knowledge and also down to earth. And I was able to get in within 3 days!!! Amazing! Thanks team!

Teeth didn’t bother me work all over the states decided to come to McQueen Dental while working in AR after that visit my teeth still 6 months later hurt. Got 3 fillings and have been sensitive and hurt when eating any of my favorite crunchy foods. Also was not very professional seeing there was a new student trying to learn didn’t get taught well also did her mistakes on me as i could tell just while taking X-rays in first visit. Also weird how I’m in my mid 20’s and only have two wisdom teeth (both in gums still) haven’t bothered me ever and after the couple apt felt a cut and HALF my wisdom tooth is out.

Amazing clinic. Dr McQueen is a very excellent dentist and genuinely cares about each of his patients. I have had several procedures (root canal, extraction) and I have never felt any pain whatsoever. They are really understanding concerning payments and will let you work out a payment plan that will work for you and your income. They are the only dentist office I will ever consider going to.

I usually have a nice experience here but today the receptionist were extremely rude. I never want to come back.

I had a great experience! Its been a while since Ive had my teeth cleaned, but they were gentle even though there was a lot to do. The membership plan is great too, especially since I dont have insurance. Im actually able to afford getting my teeth cleaned and getting fillings now!

LOVE Dr. McQueen and hygienist, Hannah! They answered all of my questions, took extra precautions to ensure that I no longer received sensitivity in my teeth. Poor communication with an individual new patient. Staff preferred to squabble about policy and procedure after the fact rather than proactively communicate clear expectations on policy and procedure to the consumer related to safe and effective care during the covid crisis.

I went in for a cleaning for my first time in way too long. As a new patient, they were very thorough and informative all in a very friendly manor. I was nervous and Hannah was awesome as she walked me through the whole process.

This review is primarily for the hygienist Hannah. I briefly met with Dr. McQueen post cleaning and he was polite and professional but Hannahs professional and friendly demeanor made the annual trip to the dentist a breeze. She spoke the entire time as if we were long lost friends telling great stories and making sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. That kind of professionalism and welcoming presence make signing up for those pesky annual cleanings so much more pleasant.

I cant say enough about Hannah. Even though they were running behind due to a down computer system, she was still very thorough. I received a lot of good advice from her without coming off as a lecture. We had a great conversation, and Ill definitely be returning in the future. To the lady running the front desk, I should know your name by now. Sorry! But you are always friendly and professional.

I came into McQueen dental this morning to get my teeth cleaned. After checking in, I waited less than 2 minutes before being taken back for my appointment. I met with Hannah, who was a very sweet and friendly dental hygienist. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I received a full X-ray and then got to meet with Dr. McQueen, who was a lovely gentleman. He took a look inside my mouth and asked a few questions to make sure I was all sorted out. After that, Hannah cleaned and polished my teeth very thoroughly. She was great about answering my questions and providing specific feedback about ways I can improve my dental hygiene. We scheduled a follow-up appointment and I was sent home with a goodie bag. I left happy that I know my teeth are clean and my dental health is in good shape. I’m excited to return and see how Hannah’s tips will have helped when I come back for my next cleaning!

Excellent Dental Office! visited because of the initial reviews I read here on google, new to the area and was used to a dentist of almost three years, I was nervous to find a good one here in North West Arkansas Area. Dr. McQueen and his staff are very friendly and detailed. Dr. McQueen was able to identify keys problems I needed to take care of almost immediately during my first visit, went back for the work on a second appointment and it was a breeze to go through the procedures, basically painless, best dental experience Ive had so far! Dr. McQueen and his staff gladly took out the time to answered all of my questions and explained everything throughly.

I had a nice experience. The Hygienist Hannah was very easy to talk too, which took my focus away from the awful teeth scratching sound when they clean them, and the awkwardness of the X-ray instrument they use. The Doctor came in for a brief moment and looked around, both the Dr. and the hygienist worked together in explaining what course of treatment was needed. It was a pleasant experience and expect to enjoy my next visit as well.

They asked for reviews in order to get free items which I’m guessing is why so many people gave them good reviews. They were very kind, however they told me I had a bunch of cavities that needed filled and when I went to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion these weren’t actual cavities and didn’t need to be filled.

I have had nothing but excellent, attentive, personable service at Bold dental. I am particularly impressed with the care provided to my sister who was visiting AR for a few days and had an emergency situation when her tooth cap was dislodged during lunch at a restaurant. I called Bold dental immediately to see if we could schedule an emergency appointment for her although she was not a client. They did not hesitate to fit her in to the schedule and in less than 24 hours she was able to get in and get the tooth repaired before we had to travel out-of-state the next day. I am appreciative of the timely, quality service we received! Thanks for an excellent experience!

I had a great experience at Bold Dental today. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise! Wonderful facility and staff. I have had a very difficult time with my teeth over the years. I have been to lots of different dental offices, but none like this. Dr. Johnson was very informative, and I feel like a understand my options to the point that now I can decide which treatment is best for me.
