I was a new patient and I really enjoyed my experience with this office! The ladies at the front were friendly and warm! Taylor (I think a dental assistant) did my X-rays and cleaning and she is very knowledgeable! I asked her a lot of questions and she answered them with no issue and made me feel comfortable. Dr Rappaport was who I saw and he was very kind! He listed to my concerns and addressed them! Overall this office is the bomb! Never thought I’d like going to the dentist 😊

Making an appointment was extremely easy and my appointment wasn’t far out. They are very fast and efficient. No long wait times and my procedure went better than I ever could have imagined. Usually I’m nervous at the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. My doctor and the staff were absolutely amazing! I will be making this my regular go to for all my dental work ^_^

I went to Carolina Dental during a mandatory mask mandate on the day after 4,700 plus new COVID cases were reported. In the waiting area was a man without a mask and no one said a word to him. Another patient offered to go to her car and get him one and he declined. Not one single staff member said a word to him. When it was my turn I reminded the staff that there was a mask mandate. She said she was aware. I then said someone needed to request that the man put a mask on. It was never done. This is why we are a red state and our numbers so high. Of course the office manager was not on-site. Not one single staff member was willing to ask this person to honor the mask mandate. Way to go North Carolina Dentist for risking the lives of your clients and staff.

Totally scared of having dental work done since I was a little girl! This place was smooth and the staff are aware of my fears and they were so gentle with me. Im going back to get the rest done!! The reception area staff were fantastic. Thank you Tiffany!!!

This whole dental office was friendly and welcoming. It was my first appointment with them, and my first dental appointment in a while, and there was absolutely no judgement. The dentist and hygienists were all very nice and informative. AND NO ONE HURT ME AT ALL, even though I needed a very deep cleaning. I would definitely recommend this office, and I will absolutely be making this my permanent dentist.

I really wanted to like this place because the reviews were all amazing. Although, when I am in the office there is never a wait. I find waiting 6 plus weeks between appointments a bit much for me. Ive been twice and have yet to even have a cleaning. Even though I am aware my teeth need a lot of work, I am looking at the end of the year before I am even able to get a crown. That would not even be a deal breaker, the deal breaker was my insurance provides me addition coverage ( 100% ) for certain services because of a health condition I have. I made sure this was well documented, so I was really thrown off when I was getting quoted outrageous co pays. I had to call my insurance company and have them explain it to the clinic they needed to note it on my claim. ( after they were already informed of the additional TDP coverage ) I had already made payments towards a treatment ( that services had not been rendered for ) and it was looking like would not be done before the first of the year, I requested a refund because it was almost $500. I was told 5/7 business days in office. I called at the end of the week to be told it would take an additional 4/6 weeks because billing still works from home. I was so rubbed the wrong way by the lack of transparency, and the inconsistency in where my refund stood i called my bank for advice. I then decided to not go back and seek care with another dentist that was able to get my deep cleanings done way faster than July and my cap shortly after my RCT. If are like me, and need a ton of work, maybe look else where. This place is likely better for just routine care.

Prompt and friendly staff with excellent service.

This is our first time using carolinadentist.com after having moved to the area recently. The hygienist was amazing with my apprehensive six-year-old. She took special time to explain everything to him and even joked with him to make him feel comfortable. She even rearranged her schedule so that she could let my four-year-old go first so my six-year-old could see everything that was going on. Very accommodating and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience tonight with Dr. Drew and Jackie. Both were extremely sweet. Jackie was so helpful. She explains things to me so that I can understand them. Instead of just telling me I need to floss more, she points out exactly where I need to target and what to use the easiest to get around my permanent retainers. That is just one example. She went into detail on multiple things I had questions about. Really loved her! I did see Dr. Drew very long, but loved him as well!

I Love Dr. Drew and his Dental Assistants. They are patient-centered and truly care about your experience, and your satisfaction. They offer pain free dentistry, thoroughly explaining your treatment, and checking in periodically throughout. Dr. Drew is probably the kindest dentist I have ever had. I can also get my appointments to accommodate my work schedule. I highly recommend this practice.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE! They will quote you a price and your bill will ALWAYS be higher by $100 or more. Even though I had a family emergency, I called and rescheduled my appt to the next day. Not only did they charge me a missed appointment fee, but they didnt have the decency to let me know that at the time of the call. On an occasion before this one, I had bonding performed on my front two teeth. The job started deteriorating (cracking and breaking off afterwards). When the job was redone, I was told by the new dentist that the job would be done at no cost. I received a bill and notifications from collection agencies for about one year afterwards. The office manager stated it was sent in error. Really...for a year after the service??? I am VERY disappointed the office staff, office manager, and billing department. They all appear to be young and inexperienced. Please seek out an established dental office with seasoned, knowledgeable staff and dental practitioners or be ready for being over charged and receive substandard services.

I was pleased when they agreed to see my dad the next day for a toothache (thats why 2 stars). But, then they charged him $120something for an exam and referred him to someone else, just saying that they cant help him. They didnt say what they found, didnt write a report, didnt say what needs to be done. But charged over $100 just to say that they cant help him. If you want to waste your money, go see them. They will take your time and money and refer to someone else. IF YOU CANT HELP, THEN DONT CHARGE! Otherwise, we paid you so you can determine for yourself that you cant help. What a way to serve the community!This is an update.The referred clinic did not accept the referral they gave us because, on the referral form, they didnt state the reason for the referral or the treatment that needs to be done. So we have to do the exam again. Hopefully, they dont refer us somewhere else.

Front desk was extremely welcoming. Nurse was friendly and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable, especially since I went in due to extreme pain discomfort. My X-rays were take fairly quickly and the Dentist came to see me right away. They showed and explained to me why I was in pain. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with assurance and comfort with his recommendation of needing to go to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal.Best dentist I’ve gone to since I’ve been in NC and I plan on sticking with them as my dentist from now on

Horrible customer service there.I went in and five assistants were glued to their computer….NOT ONE PERSON LOOKED UP TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME NOR THE OTHER TWO LADIES who walked in. Then, after waiting, a woman (who I later find out is a manager) walks out from the back and reluctantly/hesitantly asks “Do you need help?” Hmmmm poorly worded question for a customer made to stand waiting and not appreciated for the business. Of course I need help… your business gives a service, I’m here to buy your service. “How can I help you sir, welcome to CAROLINA DENTAL” should be the mantra to every person walking thru their door. But, I guess it was my dark skin and beach bum attire that gave her the pontifical perspective to think “We don’t serve your type here”! Accepted, I’ll tell my friends not to patronize your“bidness” and go to O2 Dental instead. God bless ya 😌

I needed an emergency same day appointment, and my dentist didn’t have any appointments available. I did a Google search and found CarolinaDentist; they were able to see me within 30 minutes of my call. The staff was courteous. The dental assistant was great! The Dentist was professional, and courteous! If I ever decide to change Dentist, I would definitely come here.

Really frustrating. Just took my money.Just went in Feb 22 2021.Called in saying that I had a referral for an oral surgeon and they said that they would be able to do my wisdom teeth extraction here. I scheduled a consultation. I had to pay $108 consultation fee. Which makes sense.When I got here it was just a quick check up by the dentist. Wasn’t seen by the oral surgeon. Then they quickly wrote me a referral to their partners.The frustrating part is that I had just seen my dentist about 2 weeks prior. I didn’t need to come in to see another dentist. I needed an oral surgeon which the people at this office told me they had.Carolinas Dentist Fayetteville has a partner office in Spring Lake which has oral surgeons they should have told me to go straight there with my original referral in hand to do a consultation.I explained this to the office staff and they said since they work with the Spring Lake office they would be able to get the Spring Lake office to waive the $90 consultation fee they would charge me over there. Now it’s just a back and forth between the two offices and nobody is budging.Clean office, really updated everything and pretty much no wait time but I wish they were honest from the beginning and just scheduled me directly with Spring Lake where they have the oral surgeon that would have been able to help me.Update: Carolinas Dentist has worked with me to fix the issue😊. The consultation fee has been transferred over to the oral surgeon in Spring Lake that they work with in this office.Thank y’all for working with me through this.

Started with gregarious attitude and quick check in at the front desk. Then continued on to the OR, Tech was great and knowledgeable. Even the student Tech fits right in with the friendly staff. Dentist was very concerned and confident and ensure safety for me the patient. The Tech SHY wasnt my tech but brought me a bottle of water to bring down my BP, great service and staff.

Smiles of Fake caring. Absolutely the worst customer care. If you are active duty, do not go here. They coded our sons dental wrong and Tricare Refused to pay. When I confronted the dental office, they said that’s what the doctor put in the system...too bad. The estimate was supposed to be $50 or so but $218 later...we are stuck. 23 years of service and never got surprised by a dental bill. Run away fast if you got Tricare!Update: I decided to call them based on their response below maybe thinking they would be curious why I am so upset. It was the same answer. A 200% increase is not right. I paid the bill today because money is worth more than a patients concern for taking advantage of people. Again, run away if you have United Concordia/Tricare

The entire staff is friendly. Ive had some questionable work done at day and night dental so I was nervous finding a new place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly helpful staff. Dr Gallick is by far my favorite. Even though I need a lot of work done she was very optimistic which made me feel much more comfortable. She performed a root canal and a filling in 1 morning. I especially love that they make the crowns in office so if time is available you can leave completely done. Other places have put in temporary crowns and you play how long until it falls out for 2 weeks which isnt fun. Theyre very accommodating to my hectic schedule as much as they possibly can be which I greatly appreciate.

Weve been going here for about 2 years now. The hygienists have all been really nice, and both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Drew have been excellent as well. They do a great job of explaining things, they dont try to sell you treatments you dont need (and that would be easy to do with my dental history!), and they are always so nice. Also, Amber is great with kids! If you want a hygienist who is patient with your young kids, ask for her!

I had a bridge done at Fayetteville location by a dentist that was relocating so everything seemed rushed..I had the permanent bridge placed on the same appointment when they did root canal on one of the supporting teeth..ever since then (which was 4 months ago) I have been experiencing pain and sensitivity as well as discomfort on both of my supporting teeth.I wish I could have this fixed, but now I dont have any money left for it so Im stuck with pain and wasted money on something that doesnt feel right at all. I regret going to this place, I gained nothing and went down financially.

Carolina Dentist they are the best. They take well care of you and always make sure you okay or if you have any pain they give the best treatment ever. Also they explain and show to you what’s going on with your teeth and what needs to be done. I never been in a dentist that would show me or explain to me what was happening to my teeth or why it was happening but here at Carolina Dentist they explain to you everything. I highly recommended. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but to have a front desk person to call and confirm your appointment for an early Monday morning just to drive 30 min and they tell you the appointment is rescheduled because it was confirmed can tick off anyone. Normally I would recommend this office but for some reason I had several problems including denture replacement and fitting. I also had problem of having to reply some things myself that they are getting paid for by my insurance company therefore I may be seeking a different dentist office.
