My husband had tooth pain and Dana & Dr. Gushin were able to work him in that very same morning, and he wasnt even an established patient! They made all the needed follow up appointments with other offices and called to update me. A shining example of Customer Service!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. It took me a long time to find a dentist that I could relax in the office with. I have always been afraid of the dentist, the day I found this office was one of the best days of my life, and when I walked in the door, and saw a sign that said “we cater to cowards” I knew I had found my forever place. The staff is fantastic always smiling and laughing and having a good time, I love Dr. Gushen she is always so down to earth very in tune with what’s going on in your life it’s more like going and seeing friends then it is actually going and getting your teeth clean. I highly recommend this office to anyone who’s looking for a great dentist, as far as I’m concerned she is the best!

My appointments are set 6 months in advance for my cleanings, and I’m in and out within an hour with quality care. This is the best dental office in Fayetteville. It’s like you are family when you walk in. Dr Gushin wants what is best for the patients. She is very reassuring if you’re scared as well. You can tell that your not just a patient to the entire staff. Plus, they have a therapy dog. What could be better than that? Lol

Best Dentist I have ever had!!!

The inside of this dentist office is nice, clean, and inviting. The staff were friendly (receptionist/dentist/and the office manager, I think thats who she was). I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time to fill out paperwork, which was completed by my appt time. I wasn’t called back until 22 minutes after my appointment time. The lady who called us back (Ms.Amy) isn’t very patient with children. I don’t know if this is because she was behind already with appointments so she was rushing my child’s appointment or if she just doesn’t do well with children. This was my child’s first dental appt where they wanted to clean the teeth, apply fluoride, etc but of course my child was nervous (like uhhh I’ve never seen this stuff before what are these crazy noises and spinning brushes). She was SO QUICK to just give up didn’t put forth any effort in making my baby feel like it was okay...just oh next... The female dentist who saw my child seemed to have more patience, which was nice. Her whole demeanor was great! I’d love to have her as my dentist! She offered to bring out their dog to let my child pet it. They have a prize box for children. Overall, this place would be great for teenagers or adults, but I doubt I bring my child back.

Dr. Gushin and staff are a God send! They take great care of you. (Even if you have terrible anxiety.) They are patient and pleasant. You can tell that Dr. Gushin isnt just working for a pay check, she truly cares and loves her patients. Im so lucky to be a patient. Latoya is a trip too if you need a good laugh. Amber is very kind and went out of her way to help me. All of them are amazing...including Boston!
