Chelsey and the Doctor were amazing as usual during my annual visit. Thank you all for your continued care and attention to detail. The office is always so clean, inviting, and the smiles and pleasant attitudes are still visible even with masks on. lol Looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommended!

I was double charged for my X-Rays. Instead of them doing them all at once they charged me full price the first time for doing a few and full price the second time for doing the rest. If they would have done them all at once the first time, I wouldn’t have had to pay again.I was extremely disappointed in this.However, their care for me, their treatment of me was awesome. I hadn’t been to the dentist since I had fillings and she told me my teeth were in excellent condition and I had very little build up. She was thorough with checking my gums and teeth. The lady told me I was her easiest clean that week thus far so I was excited about that as I do floss and brush. I just felt really good.As I said this was my second visit. I didn’t want to review too soon as my first visit was an extraction 🤣🤣🤣 so I wanted to see how I healed, how my second visit went etc prior to rating. My recovery process went well. Overall. I am pleased with the service and would book again, they just need not rip people off like they did me.

I had a cavity that reached my nerve so I needed a root canal badly. Instead of making me wait through the weekend in pain they fit me into their schedule the next day which was a Saturday. This was the first root canal out of 4 that I had that I felt nothing during or afterwards. Only thing I felt was the pitch while getting numb. I don’t like going to the dentist from fear of all that drilling and other noise. But if all my dental experience could be like this one then I’m SOLD!! 02 Dental is my spot from now on no doubt. The female Dr who took care of me is Awesome!! I know I should of remember her name but I know the face. Again, Thanks for the painless root canal. Now I just wait for my crown and will be getting other things done here as well.

My child had a dental emergency Friday night. I found O2 dental from a google search which was highly rated & also open on weekends. I messaged O2 dental around 10pm online not thinking I would get a response within minutes, boy was I taken back. Taylor took all my information & guaranteed A call back in the morning. At 10pm she was very kind and concerned for my child. I received a call that morning & was scheduled to come in that day. Front entrance staff was very friendly. Dr. Vazquez and the dental assistant that saw my daughter blew my mind. I could tell they truly cared & had my daughters best interest in mind. Their attention was solely on her and keeping her calm. Not only did the dentist give me his suggestion but willingly took my request with no hesitation. First time ever I’ve felt like someone who cared for my child listened. First impressions are vital & I was truly impressed!!! If I can bring my entire family here I definitely will. And I must compliment the ambiance of the office. Very clean & calming as soon as you step through the doors!

They dont care how much pain you are in. They will refill a tooth multiple times over pulling it because they dont care about people. They care about money. Im going back to my regular dentist who was honest about the difference between stains and cavities and who actually cares about his patients. I was in so much pain last night from frozen blueberries it was hard to breath. They dont care.I posted a private review before and I think this was their retaliation against me today. Thats okay. People that treat patients that way always end up getting sued later then act surprised by it. It wont be me but when its someone else that sues them hope they dont act surprised by it.Save your money for people who will actually help you. Im not a dentist but even I know pain radiates and spreads. He wanted to remove the wrong tooth so Id have to come back again. Thanks for wasting my time. Going around treating people like they are stupid and easy to get over on is bad for business. Look at the actions not the words. He said he didnt want to remove the wrong tooth but then kept trying to get me to doubt myself. Typical narcissistic behavior. I feel sorry for his next patient. If he treats you like he treated me just get up and leave. You matter and yes your pain is valid.Thank God he had a Freudian slip and told me his true intentions.

Everyone was very pleasant. I brought my 3 yr old son here and had a wonderful experience.So I decided to make myself an appointment. Check-in was seamless and efficient. Wait time was non existent. The clinical staff was awesome. I was very nervous, but they put my fears to rest with their kindness. Great experience. I would highly recommend them for all ages.

My experience was amazing! Dr. Novas was so nice and friendly she made me excited about receiving treatment and I cant wait to start. The assistants Gabe and Paulina took Care of me and were so awesome they made me feel at ease while getting a scan and xrays. I’ve been coming to O2 Dental for 2 years now and this was the worse experience I’ve had in that time. I came in for some fillings to be done. I didn’t have to wait long to be taken to the back and get numbed for the procedure. When the dentist came in to give me the shots, she did not warn me at all and it was excruciating and I’ve had shots in my mouth before. She then moves to give me another shot but then someone comes in and talks to her which causes her to not pay attention and the needle is still in my gums and moving which is severely painful. The hygienist sees that I was tearing up from all the pain and they just assume I am anxious when I was just in severe pain. They then proceed to start the fillings and what usually takes a while to do fillings, it was very rushed and done in 20 - 30 minutes for 2 fillings. When I walk out, I realize that they were closed so I don’t feel like I received the best care because I feel like they were rushing to get me out by the time they closed. I have one more procedure to be done that I already paid for but I might be looking for a new dental office afterwards. Also, I’ve gone through 2 different dentists during the time I’ve been there.

I love coming to see my dentist, Dr. O, and his staff during scheduled visits. The courteous, friendly, and prompt service begins with the first greeting at the front desk, and continues till the end of your visit. Im more confident and smile wider since Dr. O began dental work on me. Very effective and professional facility.

My teenage son is the patient of Dr. O, I must say that the experience gets better upon every visit. We have no complaints. On his visit, the wait is minimal before being seen. Great for teenagers because they don’t like waiting. The social distancing is in effect and mask wearing too. Well done guys and keep up the great work.

This is one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. I had a really bad cavity that left me in constant pain two days before going to O2. I walked in as an emergency extraction. The receptionist was very pleasant and got me an appointment in the next 20 mins. I was called back and getting X-rays in no time. The hygienist was great, the dentist was great. They were very nice and down to earth. Also very quick and didn’t waste any time. After getting numbed up and letting it kick in, the dentist, Dr. Morales started going to work on my tooth. I didn’t feel a thing. I had to ask if the tooth was out and it was. I didn’t even know it had been removed. Really great service and gave me a lot of relief from the pain I was in. I would recommend them over and over again!

Did a great job making my son feel comfortable. He was happy with them. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is upon arrival, the person at the front desk could have acknowledged my present then finishing up what she was doing then serve me.

I love it here so much it is so clean and pretty inside and the staff is really nice. I love how much the doctors care about their patients and go above and beyond. I will stay with this office forever!

Dr. Novas and Jasmine were amazing. I have a lot anxiety when going to the dentist but Jasmine did an excellent job keeping me grounded and explaining the procedure. Dr. Novas is legitimately the best dentist I have ever been to. She is quick, efficient, and most of all kind and understanding. As someone who has a hard time visiting a dental office, they make it easy to want to come back.

I was visiting Fayetteville for work for three months and was looking for a place to have some deep cleaning done in the area. Couldn’t be happier about going there. My dental hygienist was Rebecca and she made the whole process very smooth and explained everything very well. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

This dental office was A....mazing. I had a crown that fell out in 2019 and I had been looking for a dentist to fix it because my regular dentist doesnt do that type of work. They got me in the same day as my appointment and built my crown in house and placed it. The staff there are all wonderful and helpful, definitely changing my dentist to O2. Thanks for everything !!!!!

My 86yr old mother is a patient under the care of the dental team at O2 Dental. I escort her to her appointments there and they are always courteous and clearly explain to me and my mother what procedures that are recommended and plan accordingly with her insurance company to cover much of if not all of the cost. She really loves her treatments and looks forward to the new smile that they are constructing. O2 Dental you really Rock! No judgements of a poor old lady on a fixed income, just professional care to restore a beautiful smile. Thank You!

I had an absolute wonderful visit. After chipping a tooth I called on a Monday and by 4pm on Tuesday it was fixed. All of the staff was very attentive and described the procedures every step of the way. Dr. Morales was wonderful, he took his time and insured it was correct. It is the smoothest filling I have ever had in my life I do believe.

My dental hygienist was Andrea and the dentist was Dr. Morales. My teeth felt so renewed after my cleaning! I had a consult for the Invisalign and I felt my concerns were heard. I had to come back in to have a filling completed. I had another tooth cause me issues and hygienist Fillings and Dr. O were able to adjust my care plan and complete two needed fillings. I was amazed at how quick and proficient they work together. The office was very professional and up to date with lastest technology.

Today I went in with my almost 8 year old daughter, the staff was all very pleasant and made us feel welcomed right away. We were well taking care of by gentle hands and clear instructions as to what was going on. They answered any questions we had and listened to us intently. I would 100% recommend 02 dental group of Fayetteville :)

Ive been going here since 2012 and honestly its the best!!!! The staff is super supportive. The new facility is top notch. Carmen is my favorite hygienist. They take the time to talk to their patients and have flexible hours. I recommend them to my family and friends. They are very knowledgeable and open to research anything you can come up with.

I set an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. The lady at the counter didnt seem to know what she was doing as she kept fumbling around at the counter. The other two people at the other desk were being so loud i could barely hear the lady I was trying to give my insurance information to. I waited 45 minutes after my time that I was scheduled for, for her to enter my insurance and tell me that I had a up front payment of 110 dollars even though my insurance covered 100% of the bill for my cleaning and xrays. On top of that the lady at the desk kept turning around when I asked her a question to talk to the lady behind her in another language so I never could tell what was wrong with my insurance information. I do not recommend!

My first visit and appointment here was great. They got me squared away as a new patient. Everything went smoothly. Informed me what procedures needed to be done and what to expect. The before and after with camera effect was pretty cool. My dental hygienist was so amazing with taking care of me. She did such a wonderful job I couldn’t believe my eyes what a major difference my smile was. So far I definitely like it here a lot and the whole staff.

My experience was horrible from the second I walked in. I had sent over all of my information including insurance before my appointment but had to do it again which wasnt a big deal. It just kept going down hill from there. I wasnt seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time and this was AFTER giving them all my information again. The dentist came in before my cleaning and briefly looked over my teeth, ignored my concerns and then went on her merry way. That was the only time I saw her. The girl cleaning my teeth was absolutely horrendous. She spent the entire time talking to another girl and not paying attention to what she was doing causing her to spray water everywhere and repeatedly hit my teeth with her instruments. The entirely of my cleaning took about 5 minutes (if even) and it was mostly her using a water pik and yelling FEEL CLEAN?. Once the speedy cleaning was done I was sent on my way without the dentist checking to see if everything was good which is a first in all my years of getting my teeth cleaned. I cant say I expected better in Fayetteville.

Had to have an emergency appt due to severe tooth pain. I didn’t get my hygienist’s name but she was so sweet, kind and gentle. Dr Nuevos (?) was as well but had to deliver bad news of needing a root canal/crown. She explained everything including my options. O2 dental is a very professional and well run office. From someone who has dental phobia!!

Procedure and pain management are PHENOMENAL. I walked in with severe pain and left with ZERO pain. The team allowed me to listen to music of my choice while the procedure took place, made me feel very relaxed. The Dentist and Dental Hygenist were more than confident with their profession, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. They scheduled me the same day for an emergency and my extractions is were done 2 days later, only cause I had to reschedule. They told me it would take an hr, but most of that hr was the dr numbing my gums and waiting for it to take effect. I was so terrified, but it’s been almost 12 hrs and I feel no pain at all. And that’s with no medication.

Super helpful staff! Same day root canal & permanent crown! Dr. Reyes explained the procedures in detail and was very informative. In addition, Dr. Novas and Assistant Daii were really nice & worked very efficiently together on fixing my smile. :-)

This was possibly the the best dental experience Ive ever had. The service was quick I was comfortable and every employee I came in contact with had a smile on their face. I will definitely return here for all of my dental needs.

Took me over 40 minutes to check in, I was 15 minutes early for my appointment but they tried to reschedule me saying it was past time. It’s not my problem if the person checking me in takes 40 minutes to get through 2 people in front of me in line. I’m not rescheduling when I took off work to be here. Paid up front when I first checked in because I am self pay. Fast forward to two weeks later I get a bill for another hundred dollars in the mail. That bill is itemized and there are a couple miscellaneous charges. It literally says miscellaneous dental charges $15. Not quite sure what the point is in paying in advance if you’re going to send me a bill in the mail later. Some of the things they charged me for I didn’t even receive. Very shady. I’m going to pay it and take my business elsewhere. The only silver lining was the dental hygienist was very nice and good at her job. That’s the only reason for the two stars.

Have paid what my remaining balance was after insurance but will they stop collecting from the account monthly? No. Will they help cancel? No. The office manager was rude and condescending. They filled fill for bottom teeth work when they did the top. Utter incompentence. So BEWARE OF THEIR FINANCING.

The people in the office are phenomenal. The only time Ive ever had an issue was very minor but they listened, talked me down, and CARED.Jessica is a true advocate for patients. Dr Reyes and Dr Hart are absolutely amazing! Jasmine is also fantastic. The ONLY complaint I have about this place is that it takes forever to check in or check out. Usually takes about 15-20 minutes to check in and 30-45 to check out. But other than that this place is great. All of the workers are so nice.

I was a walk-in patient with multiple teeth needing attention. As I did in there and scheduled for a next day appointment. Honestly I can’t even put it into words how my beautiful experience was with this dentistry family! It is very professional, loving and so warm at O2 dental! Everyone that works there is so caring and friendly. They help one another without question. My Beautiful Hygienist and her beautiful assistant were very patient with me and they took there time with every step of my procedure. With this being my first time going there they will never have to worry about me leaving their dental family. I am very thankful for my Hygienist and her assistant because they turned a bad experience I had previously with another dental office into me not being afraid or nervous anymore of going to the dentist! The two providers that assisted me were also very personable. I received important and inexpensive tips on how to reverse and maintain potential dental health risks which was commendable. Next time I will give a personal shoot out. I was in and out, my overall visit and sevice time was less than an hour!

Dental staff is professional. I have really bad anxiety and Abigail the assistant was so comforting. I was so scared and when they injected the shot and Abigail rubbed my arm and hummed and it really really helped me to relax. I had taken anti anxiety medication prior but it wasn’t kicking in yet.

Such a great dentist and staff I drove a hour here not expecting to get my infected tooth pulled out the same day that was killing me for five he kindly asked me did I want it out first time I ever went there.. and let me tell you I did not feel no pain at all I didnt even know he had took the tooth out I didnt even feel him giving he numbing medicine. Also to the dentist in my hometown told me I needed two teeth pulled well come to find out that second tooth can be saved. I highly recommend this dentist office. Best dental experience ever!

So they wouldnt see my daughter even though we confirmed her appointment and were there 15 minutes early, all because the appointment wasnt confirmed more than 24 hours in advance, when I clearly have the proof that it was. This isnt the first time Ive had problems with O2, and Im positive it wont be my last. If my daughter didnt love her dentist, I would be switching. Half the front desk staff is completely incompetent, just as they reflected today. Now we have to reschedule from following the rules? Lol.

I was referred to O2 Dental Group after needing immediate assistance with tooth pain my daughter was experiencing due to a cavity. Not only were they able to get us in right away, Dr. O & Jacky have been amazing! They were able to complete the necessary procedures on my daughter with no issues whatsoever because of their patience and compassion knowing her last experience at a different office was a bit traumatizing for her. I highly recommend O2 Dental Group! Everyone is great and their work is superb. You will not be disappointed!

My 6 year old loved it here today!! He kept saying mom this place is so fancy and I feel like I’m at home lol. It was cool that they had TVs on the ceiling for patients and my son really enjoyed that! The staff was amazing from the time we arrived til the time we left. Great place!

By far one of my favorite dental appointments I’ve ever had! The bar for other dental businesses has been raised extremely highly thanks to O2 Dental.

The clini I went in Skibo on June 12 for a filling emergency and they charge me $69 and told me it covers everything but the tooth filling will be $120 out of pocket because they couldn’t contact my insurance because it was Saturday I told I didn’t have the money to pay out of pocket they had me 2 hours to tell me that when I gave all my info the day before and today June 24th I receive. Bill for my examination and x rays $138 Totally unacceptable that this dentist office just call insurance and charge whatever they want and for a service that was already paid. Horrible experience

Staff was friendly, place was clean and nicely decorated. Didnt take long to be called in the back. Didnt feel rushed. Prices are good. Im not a fan of fluoride and the lady that I spoke with didnt try to push it on me like some dentist do; but rather respectfully educated me and told me where I can find more information. I would definitely be going back to finish my treatment plan. Will update and add how that went once I get it done.

The office is clean. The staff are friendly, they treat one another like they are family. One has a cleaning and a crown done here. The appointment time given is on time plus our minus 5 to 10 minutes. The check out process gets backed up. The time for check out, has made me feel like I just want to leave and call later.

Beautiful office. More like walking into a spa then a dental office. Relaxing and very professional and friendly from the receptionist to all the rest of the staff. Breanna was my hygienist and she was funny, great and obviously very experienced at her job which she obviously loves doing. I was also seen by Dr. Reyes who was very caring and always wanting to know if I was uncomfortable or feeling any kind of pain, which I have to say I did not feel a thing while she gave me an injection, not a thing. I was amazed and very relieved. I cannot put into words what a wonderful experience my first time visit was. I highly recommend this dental office. Do not go anywhere else. You will love this place.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everything about it is 5 star, from the waiting area to the staff. I had Shannon and Carmen, both were the sweetest, kindest people! (Not the fake nice, either). The dentist was very nice as well, very informative and answered all my questions, judgment free. My teeth cleaning was superb and I had no discomfort at all. Also, the tv on the ceiling with Netflix is a nice touch, you can choose whatever you want to watch. It was an all around fantastic experience and I would recommend anyone go here.

I love O2 Dental, I have never had a bad experience here. I went in because I was having pain, I was so scared because I knew I needed an extraction. My previous experiences with extractions have not been good at all. I saw Dr. Novas, I explained my fears and how literally terrified I was. She was so nice, understanding and reassuring. She prescribed me something for my anxiety to take the night before and morning of. She made sure I was comfortable and completely numb. I didnt feel anything except a little pressure. I have seen 3 different dentist at this office and all were great, but I will see Dr. Novas from now on she is wonderful. The office is always clean, the staff is always friendly, helpful and they all truly do go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Morales and Abby were extrodinary! They knew my fears and concerns and made me feel less tension. I have finally found a dentist that I feel very comfortable with!!
