5 stars!! Everyone is so friendly at Greenway dental. My hygienist, Skylar, is the best and Dr. Keech does a great job of making you feel comfortable when having work done. They have even helped my mom who has a fear of the dentist. It’s an added bonus that they strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible within the office. The first step in the building is refreshing, the look and feel were extremely pleasant & clean. Called me by name at the door. Then I was guided through a relaxing positive experience like I was their favorite customer and they laughed at my jokes.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and will not just tell you that you need work unless you absolutely need it .

Staff is helpful and kind. My normal dental hygienist was out today, but the new one was very kind and professional. I felt at ease throughout my appointment. Dr. Keech is personable and cares about all of his patients. Great chair side manner. Also, didn’t have to wait 30 minutes for my appointment. They are very prompt.

Dr. Keech and the assistants are great! He doesn’t try to drum up unnecessary fillings/crowns or push anything not needed. I love this office and I’ve been going for years!

Excellent experience! I got an appointment for a chipped tooth within a couple of days, despite ongoing freezing weather, snow and ice. Thorough history taken and time given to discuss. Dr. Keech is very personable and takes the time to get to know you and respond to your goals and concerns. His staff is knowledgeable, competent and caring!

It really depended on my discomfort level. we had scheduled to have a crown done but by the time we got done with some testing discussion and an X-ray, we decided best not to do a crowd this time. My little boys and I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and overall provided a comfortable experience from x-rays, cleanings, and taking care of some cavity bugs! They work with their patients on scheduling without hassle and go out of their way to explain insurance benefits. They have a thorough team who really go out of their way to make their people comfortable.

Greenway Dental Care is fantastic. I had been looking at options to correct some shifts in my teeth from not wearing my retainers. Dr. Keech recommended ClearCorrect and his team made it super easy to start the process. I’m excited to see my new smile.

To be honest Im not a patient per se; Im clear across the country from your offices. However, when I needed info re toothpastes for extreme tooth sensitivity, my Google search landed me here. I very much appreciate the concise, easy to understand info you provided here... because I learnef a great deal & it gives me the opp to figure out the toothpaste combination that will best help me until I can back to see my dental provider. Until Id been prescribed an expensive toothpaste, I didnt learn about the many different flourishes & the different benefits each provides. As well as the potassium nitrate. I didnt realize the variables in tooth pastes. I believe teaching/ educating people so they can do for themselves is the best thing we do to help each other....so thank you for your help educating me. ✌

What a crew! Keeches and staff all hit the mark. They are very knowledgeable about their field and willing to share it. I really enjoy professionals who explain what they feel is best to do and then explain to the patient/customer why. If you havent, give them a try. I think you will appreciate them.

Literally the best dentist experience Ive had. Everyone was so super friendly and not judgmental at all of my lack of consistency in dental appointments. Dr. Keech is easy to talk to and reminds me of a young David Duchovny. It really is a good business. I love the girl who cleans my teeth. Back in the day, I just had dentists angry with my gag reflexes and made going a nerve racking experience. At Keech, They play music I like, sing at me when it hurts to keep my mind off the pain, they’re professional but also know me well enough to crack some jokes, and when my cleaning lady was out, the girl who covered for her was up to date. It was definitely weird not having my usual girl, but the cover knew what songs I liked, knew my gag problems, asked me how my wedding was and if I had pictures even though she didn’t know me at all, etc. I was just, impressed I guess. Small place, big heart, very good.

Everyone is great! Dr. Keech is professional, knowledgeable, and keeps you informed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. They always answer the phone and greet you in person like youve known each other for years. If you have to get dental work done, you can at least get it done in a nice environment like this. We actually have some good laughs in between the drilling, suction, and fillings!

It’s a happy place for adults and kids (and I was skeptical, really REALLY skeptical, after my dentist of forty-something years retired)! Staff is very friendly. Hygienists are extremely gentle. Dr. Keech is kind and knowledgeable. We will be sticking with Keech Family Dentistry.

Getting my teeth cleaned and checked on is easy at Keech Family Dentistry. The staff is very friendly and gentle.

Lost a clientI was scheduled as a new patient and needed to cancel due to illness. I asked to be rescheduled for a different time next week and was told by Elise that Keech Family Dentistry does not reschedule new patients. I asked why would that be and what I was told was policy.This fine print of policy was not told to me when I set up the appointment nor could I have avoided the crud.Slightly ironic that an institution for health denied my request to reschedule due to poor health.

I have been at this location since I was 5 and was seen by Dr. Ezell for many many years. When he retired, I admit I was slightly worried about who was going to replace him. But I have been very very please with Dr. Keech and his staff. I receive the same excellent care as I always have and will continue going here. It is kind of a drive for me since I work in Rogers, but definitely worth it.
