I was again pleased with my semi-annual visit. I have been a patient for two and one half years. The staff is very friendly and professional. I felt safe during with my visit in regards to the covid-19 epidemic. I highly recommend this dental office/

We started here after moving to the far side of town from our previous neighborhood. We found them online and were surprised to see that the dentist was from Creston, IA originally and we knew his grandmother. So we booked our first appointment and felt Dr. Geis did an excellent job on our exams. He was in the process of picking a retirement date, but we felt confident that the new dentist would work out just fine. We were not disappointed. The fees are reasonable and their explanations of recommended treatments are thorough. Ive had repair work done as well as regular checkups and cleanings. I was very happy with the results.

Their Des Moines Location has no idea what they are doing when it comes to insurance billing and estimates. They don’t give you your options and just guess what your insurance covers and then stick you with their mess ups. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Good experience beginning to end. I did not mind the masks and social distancing and other protocols at this time. All well done.
