It’s the worst place I ever seen. If you don’t have appointment and visit this hospital with severe dental pain. They don’t care and will make you wait for a long time. I waited for more than 4 hours. Even after waiting for more than 4 hours, they don’t assure the treatment. Will do the evaluation only. And the staff/receptionist are way too rude and aggressive. If you will ask more questions they will started yelling on you all two on a single person. I don’t recommend this place. Please don’t waste you time here.

Excellent staff. Carlos G at the front counter was thorough in entering my tax documents and adjusted the info to reflect the correct numbers, rather than what I had incorrectly reported. This saved me a couple hundred dollars. My son likes it there because they will take the time to explain his dental insurance coverage limits , warn that a second cleaning in one year isnt covered and what the what cost would be out of pocket before he set the appointment. The tech assist is considerate and explains each step before continuing. Dr. Wu stays up to date on current events and research; I experienced sever jaw pain and though it was a bad tooth, but he knew that it was likely due to the mask mandate and my hypersensitivity to having a mask around my ears. I added a headband with buttons on the side to attach the mask, and within 3 days the pain was reduced, within 2 weeks the inflammation was gone. I have never heard of someone having unnecessary or unwanted care at this office.

This is the most amazing dental facility that I have found who takes Apple Health, and who ACTUALLY took time to care for my mouth instead of just trying to make a dollar. The staff is friendly and professional, not to mention super helpful! Dr. Burke and her team are amazing. If you have dental issues, go see Dr. Burke at Sea Mar Dental in Burien.

On 10/26/2020 went to Sea Mar in Des Moines for the first time. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Was see by Dr. Gilsun Yu, who said I have cavities. He wouldn’t look me in the eye, he was sketchy, and I got a feeling he was not being truthful with me. Plus I take excellent care of my teeth. He was very suspicious. And he didn’t even take the time to answer my questions, he left, and the dental assistant was trying to read my teeth X Rays to me. From my understanding, this should be the responsibility of the provider. I will never go back to another place like this who takes advantage of vulnerable patients. This same day I called my old dental office who I trust. And paid out of pocket. At this honest dental office Who trust, they told me I had NO CAVITIES! Something tells my this dishonest provider Gilsun Yu, would have drilled holes in my teeth, filled them, and charge my insurance through the state. How many ppl is he and maybe the other providers doing this too? Makes me sick to think about. I hope readers will find my experience as a helpful warning! I will never recommend this place!

I went in for a consultation today. Anna was my assistant and I dont remember the visiting dentist name..They both did an outstanding job especially Anna because all the prep was on her as well as my dentist. You removed my tooth and In very grateful to no longer be in pain.

I dont like giving bad review. But I think reviews help to improve services. The dentists are great. But one of the assistants I had today is really careless. She opened a pack of tools, threw the bag in the garbage, push it down with other trashes down in the garbage and didnt mind to change her gloves after having her hands in the garbage.She kept opening more tools and preparing things for my filling with dirty gloves.Thats the second time I noticed her being careless. The first time was last November, she didnt even have gloves when she was opening the packs, she was scratching herself, going back and forth, cutting string of floss with her fingers.Dentist place should remain clean and tools sterilized. Dirty hands and dirty gloves should never be a concern. Patients should be reassured that they are being taken care in the most hygienic way possible in a dentist office.

I have been treated at three area Sea Mar dental clinics. My experience at the Des Moines location was categorically better than the other locations, both of which were uncomfortable for entirely avoidable reasons.Trusting your teeth to dysfunctional teams is scary, regardless of their level of Individual competence. The atmosphere at this clinic feels healthier than the others because the people who work here, from the front desk to the docs, are strangely enthusiastic about their jobs.

There are 3 pharmacists here and only the guy is respectful. The other two are plain rude and disrespectful to patients. There is no system that shows who is waiting in line, no system to know which patient is next when you come to pick up your meds. Management should consider having a better and streamlined pharmacy process

Great assistance provided, and the staff treat you in a polite manner; I highly recommend SeaMar to everyone.
