Good service for the most part. Ive been treated by a couple of good doctors from this clinic. Elizabeth Scott was my doctor for 4 years and I couldnt have been blessed with a better doctor, unfortunately she left the practice back in May. One thing I will say is that through the pandemic the quality of the service at this clinic has been good.

It was a pleasant experience! The staff were very friendly that greeted us at the door and Dentist were very friendly and professional and be the Pharmacy staff were great also they handled everything quite well with it being so busy great. And they wore face mask.

Wonderful knowledgeable and down-to-earth medical professionals. They offer a lot of services and other medical, therapeutic, dental and specialties. That they care about serving their patients, everyone regardless of their situation and providing them with quality Medical services and access to healthcare that they would normally not be able to get anywhere else.

Always clean, efficient with my time and I have to mention the courteous staff. It is a bit of a drive but its the best suit for us. Thank you!

I have never experienced the lack of follow-through and compassion as Ive had with this clinic. This is exactly why I dont care for doctors. My biggest began over a month ago when I noticed a hard lump in my breast. I knew this wasnt a time to mess around, as breast cancer runs in my family. I scheduled an appointment in mid-August for a mammogram through Assured Imaging. I arrived and was given the ultrasound, but the imaging was cloudy, therefore inconclusive. I was advised to go inside of HealthPoint-Midway to schedule an ultrasound, which I did. It was scheduled for 08/25 two days before my birthday. So, I show up, met with Dr. Hobart-Beaumari, ND, and was told that no ultrasound would be contacted that day, but that a referral would be sent over to St. Annes Hospital. I called and no referral was sent over, but the customer service representative set up my file anyway. I hadnt heard anything, complained to HealthPoints Facebook page, mediation happened but didnt. I was so frustrated that I informed her that I would be going somewhere else. Fast forward to today. I had received a copy of the referral dated 09/14/21, so this Dr. sent it over late. I called the referring clinic only to be told after talking to someone about making an appointment...I thought you said you were going somewhere else? So, as of this writing, still no answer to what this lump could be. I would be remiss in not giving Dr. S the same treatment as Dr. H-B. This is not slander as I have every bit of documentation. I wasnt born yesterday...

I use the Midway location for my scripts and all personnel are awesome to work with.

They will not answer the phone to set appointment it will take hours

Im writing this as I am on hold for almost 2 hours after trying to return a call I missed 2 MINUTES before calling back. I simply pressed the wrong button trying to answer my phone and now here I am waiting AGAIN. Getting in contact with this place is miserable, extremely long holds, continued by more holds after they answer, and you wont see a doctor until after a phone appointment(I understand its COVID Protocol but its just another obstacle to pass until you can actually see a doctor). If you have are looking for a new place for medical needs besides just a regular check up DO NOT try this place. There is no urgency and they do not care.

I have been coming here for a couple years now for counseling and to get my medications refilled and I have to say that the people here are pretty amazing. The staff is always warm and friendly and always want to help you with any issues you may be having. They truly go above and beyond to help you. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good healthcare facility.

The pharmacy staff that I deal with because I am a caretaker for an individual, so I pick up medication there all the time. Theyre so humble and so understanding, quick to give you a smile, you may have to wait a bit but what pharmacy dont you wait at? They get to you as quickly as possible and they do it with a smile kind word and a loving heart! Ive dealt with Raymond and an older lady there that shes named Jen I believe. All good God fearing people. you can tell them God bless you and have a nice day and theyll say it right back to you and give you a wonderful smile!

Worst customer experience, they never answer calls even if they did, they will put callers on hold for hour+ to make callers hang up. I happened to call their Administration office to address the issue I am having to call Health Point, after talking to me she also put me on hold same story is repeated.Irresponsible people!

Man I thought all the complaints about the long holds were a joke. Called to get an appointment at 2pm, I finally spoke to somebody at 450pm. Save yourselves the time, they do not accept BlueCross BlueShield for new patients.

I love the doctor that sees my kids but the receptionist are all rude and rather let the phones ring constantly and talk about their personal life with each other. Even before COVID they take several mins to an hour just to pick up the phone to make an appointment. The pharmacy is the worst, they stare at you while your in line and don’t even ask you what you needs.

My PCP is the best, very compassionate. Score 4/5 because thevtue front desk clerks can be rude.

This place is full of helpful and understanding staff. They are amazing at accommodating people from all backgrounds and walks of life with extensive language services and have extreme understanding and negotiability for people who struggle to pay for the care they need. I have an extreme doctor and dentist phobia and they are so understanding and nice to me here. This is why they are so very busy all of the time.

Today 9/29/2019 @ 3:05 I came to this place to make appointment with the dentist for my kids and since they were new patients here I asked for the enrollment forms but this guy with piers and a lady was not giving me the forms and they didn’t want to help at any way so I had to leave the place I would say the most unprofessional dentist clinic I have ever seen was this one 👎

After checking out you shook wait at least for one hour that the doctors show up.

The doctors, nurses, technicians pharmacy staff and workers do the best they can in what is a stressful job. They should be praised.

I have only been to the dental part of the clinic but Im impressed! Dr marchard is excellent! I try to use only her. Shes very detailed and kind. When i get shots in my mouth, it never hurts when she does it! Best dentist i have ever used😊

Everyone is always very nice here. I have had problems with dentists and Drs my whole life and most Drs here work with me! Its amazing, at 51 years old, to finally get numb enough to get drilled and not feel it.

The Healthpoint midway staff are what should I say after 30 minutes on hold no one answer the phone I have the prove in case if healthpoint management wants to see it.

Very nice place to have a treatment. The doctors I met so far are very nice and helpful. I had had bad incidents with one of the front desk who changes my appointments without my approval and notifying me.

Called for 4th time there no one to answer the phone evrey time i was on hold for 15- 20 minutes.

Took a friend get his medications from the pharmacy, even though there was was a long line, was surprised how quickly service was rendered. The overall organization of the clinic looks pretty cool with caring staff. Hope I dont get sick but if I do, I will visit this place.

I will look for a different clinic. They Never Answer phones. They should be faster to Answer since not a lot of people are allow inside due to covid. They have gotten worse. See pictures of screenshots while waiting for someone to answer. And yes most receptionists are rude for No reason.

Reception at medical desk here is super trash. A entitled skinny white girl with glasses who I believe the name (Stephanie) was not checking me in but decided to jump in & speak when I wasn’t talking to her. While the girl who was post to be helping me was laughing like it’s a comedy show. Get it together.

Like every doctors office it gets real busy here. The parking lot should be about 1.5× the size it is now. People have to park on the side of the building and even further out than that sometimes. I think for a medical building they need at least 10 handicap spots but they only have 5 or 6. If you can arrange a ride via cab or access bus or hopelink instead you really should cause those spots are almost always full in the afternoon. Your nightmare ends in the lot, though cause once your inside theres usually a lot of room. Theres 3 offices here. Medical, Dental and Mental Health through Valley Cities. Ive dealt with all 3 and theyre all good. The staff is friendly and supportive and willing to help. The medical office was very punctual when I visited. Informative staff, too so if a doc is gonna be running late they let you know instead of just leaving you waiting. The dental office was very professional and patient with me. My visit was short but not rushed thanks to an instrument they use to get a 3D image of your teeth and jaw. It pops up on the screen instantly instead of X-Rays and waiting for them to come back. Valley Cities has been amazing to me. They treat me right and dont make me feel like a stranger. Mental Health is always hard and often requires much more treatment than physical ailments. Theres a stigma attached to those patients and often professionals will cut corners or exploit you in some way. That has never happened to me here and my therapists/psychiatrists have all worked with me and actually discussed mental health issues with me. I now understand more about my own mental health and the mind in general than I ever have because of their willingness to explain things to me. Ive been going there about 4 years now for regular appointments and havent had a bad experience yet. From the day I met my first care coordinator to this afternoon when I had a therapy session Ive not been disappointed by the services and staff there.

I have only used the Dental thus far. I had an awesome experience!!

I dont go tot he Drs here but I have been with the WIC office for years. They are not easy to reach on the phone but its literally the only downfall to this office! I LOVE the employees here and so do my kids. I have gone to change offices 3 times now because I live so far away but have not liked other offices as much. Midway WIC is worth the drive to me

The service at the main desk wasnt warm, but it was busy time and thats not their fault, sometime on desk, person you find may not be friendly as you expect. so what?

I visited the dental clinic for an emergency appointment. I was able to be seen about 15 mins after I arrived. They took an x-ray and seen that I needed my wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Tobar said he couldnt do it right now because the extraction will take an hour so I could either reschedule for his next opening which was 3 weeks out or wait around to see if anyone would cancel their appointment. I waited around and got lucky! I was able to be seen about 1 hour later. Dr. Tobar was very gentle and kind and made my extraction a breeze.

Came here for my sons dentist appointment. Really well clean.. but feels weird like a bunch of people getting worked on same time no walls.... but I cant complain easy in easy out... but so far very awsome job with the service and outcome of teeth

Theyre awesome!!! Never get an appointment anywhere else. They will make you a priority!! As long as u dont flake on your appointments. Great dentists not sure about medical though. I loved the care I received and tell my friends and family.

Today I had a very bad experience at the dentist office. Dental Assistant treated my 7 years old son with such a disrespect. I am assuming she doesnt have kids on her own, since she did not know how to communicate with a child who has fear and anxiety when it comes to dental check ups.She made sure to tell him she is not giving him a prize and all the time she had such a mad face. So unprofessional. Never going back there again.

The Drs and medical support team understand that they are there to save life and provide healthcare in the most effective and efficient without costing you an arm and a leg.

Good place for whatever your issues may be. Serves my purpose for going, and made several true friends.

I dont usually write reviews on medical facilities, however I think a 2 1/2 hour wait for a doctors appointment warrants a review. Some of the front desk staff at this location could use more training on customer service. The supervisor of the front desk staff should not be a supervisor, when I spoke with her she was extremely condescending. The Centers Manager Magda doesnt make herself available to clients. If she would listen to clients concerns she might be able to obtain the appropriate training for the front desk staff but on a couple of occasions I have known her to put her job off on others. She should take full responsibility for the lack of customer service this facility shows. I am impressed with the doctors and MAs at this facility their patience and knowledge is appreciated.

If I was able to give them a zero I would. If you desire competent pharmacy services this is not the location. This pharmacy CONSISTENTLY does not have prescriptions ready on time, even though you have called and were informed that your medications were indeed ready. this of course is your problem and fault as the consumer. Further depending on who is at the window or on the phone determines what particular set of information that you receive and of course it is NEVER the same as the previous information you received. Again this is your fault as the consumer. Although I have excellent rapport with my primary physician the unworthiness of the pharmacy has prompted me to seek medical care elsewhere.

I use the pharmacy at HP, the pharmacy personnel are amazing people and should be commened for there customer services, they are the best and go above and beyond for their patients.

My daughter had an appointment at 1pm and we checked at12:45 they told us the Dr is busy somewhere else and she will see you at 2pm. We went back there at and waiting for another hour nobody called us then I asked again when we will be seen? They said after 4pm if you can wait!!!! I would give them 0 star if I could.

Always been serviced in a timely manner even when the location is at its busiest. I enjoy the doctors there and the services they offer.

Was here for the first time. I continue to be impressed with the efficient, kind and genuine care. From receptionist to physicians. What also made me write review is the consistency throughout the Healthpoint system. This is the third facility we visited, you get the same treatment every time. Even if a follow up is necessary in rare cases, the provider will call you after hours on Saturday! Special thanks to Dr. J.K.

The staff are very friendly and professional. You’ll get the best medical care here. My favorite providers are Dr. Alinakaff and nurse Shekiba. I’ve had the best experience with them, they’re caring and compassionate.

We went to 3 Naturopathic doctors and they all prescribe pharmaceuticals. Last week one of them prescribed Amoxicillin, steroid cream and Tylenol for our baby and she graduated from Bastyr!! Obviously Healthpoint is making them practice medicine a certain way. So if you’re looking to getting to the bottom of an issue and treating that instead of treating the symptoms with drugs like Western medicine practices, then your waitlisting your time at Healthpoint. We’ve also seen a Naturopath at Midway and Kent and they did the same.

I took my granddaughter in for her first filling experience! She breezed thru the Novocain shot but once the dental dam started to be put in place she had a slight meltdown! Our Dental asst. Dani was awesome and so patient with her! The dentist was also so awesome explaining everything as we went along! I only wish my first dental experience 43 years ago would have been this wonderful!! Tho she said she was NEVER going back there I know she will know she is in good hands on her next visit!!

I got x-rays for my tooth but they didnt help me with my needed extraction, at least I got painkillers but I cant last on pills forever they wasted my time

Great clinic with wonderful staff.All of them, the medical , pharmacy and the dental office , which is upstairs great staff who do their best to accommodate you.Drawbacks. Expect to a wait a bit between appointmentsThe pharmacy needs to have a separate pick up line.They have a number system. Where you have to wait on avrg 20-30 minutes to be called to the window. If you are turning scrips in. Expect to wait an additional 30-60 minutes depending on how busy they are.

HealthPoint is a great place to see a doctor positions that are nice the receptionists are always smiling the pharmacy is fast

I only give two stars because my primary doctor is fine. I made am appointment for dental and when I showed up for my appointment they already had someone else in my spot. I was a couple minutes late, less than 10 and when I walked in there was already someone back with the doctor. The staff claimed I was supposed to be there 15 min early, but no one ever told me that. I never got a confirmation call to tell me to come 15 minutes early, and when I booked they just told me the time of my appointment with no further instruction. So I wasted my time and my gas to show up to a dentist appointment that I couldnt even go to!!!Not my only complaint though, the facility is always sorry looking, especially in the waiting area. It always takes forever for me to get called back my appointments. Usually its over 45 minutes past my appointment until I actually see my doctor. The staff here (not my dr) arent super nice when youre trying to ask questions or get checked in.I think this team really needs to up professionalism, time management, and cleanliness at this facility.Im honestly considering changing to a new doctor because theres too many things here that just dont seem right.

I have very bad experience with the pharmacy customer services. The old lady at the cashier is very rude and yell at the patients. I havent seen her smiled or worked with a comfortable face. Please get out there if you dont like your job. Dont waste our money. Ok!

I recently moved to Spanaway, and always used Midway as my pharmacy bc it was closest. So yes i am a regular here. I have asked several times for transfer, and nothing was done so i decided to make the trip and pick up from them since the back and forth phone calls and wait were holding off being able to have my insulin for what was going on two weeks.I picked up, and made clear to ask IF THIS WAS ALL BC I WAS SURE THERE WERE MORE. they said yes. I GET A CALL NEXT DAY, they forgot my insulin to ring with the others. now i have to make ANOTHER TRIP. THESE ARE HOUR TRIPS and I made clear to them this. which is why i emphasized kindly if this was all. i dont like to make scenes, i am always polite despite how stupid they like to make you feel.secondly, with the transfer ordeal, these PAST TWO WEEKS IVE BEEN ASKING FOR TEST STRIPS. first excuse we need to pick an outside pharmacy, which i did and that was DONE. new pharmacy wants a hard copy of my rx for test strips.. IVE CONTACTED MULTIPLE TIMES TO MIDWAY PHARMACY TO PLEASE FAX HARD COPY so i dont need to go back and forth between them trying to remind them to FAX the hard copy they said no transfer was done. I explain to them MULTIPLE TIMES i understand transfer is done BUT THEY NEED AN ACTUAL HARD COPY IF THEY COULD PLEASE FAX IT. they said they understood.now along with the phone call i receive regarding how my insulin was not rung up together WITH THE OTHERS I JUST PICKED UP YESTERDAY because they forgot... THEY FORGOT TO FAX THE HARD COPY rx to new pharmacy and will do so soon today. so now i am behind on my insulin going on two weeks, but now i am also behind on test strips whom my dr clearly asked to make sure i record/ document my blood sugar 3 times daily.-I am livid.-customer service is not great.-I always get the wrong change back after paying. (only couple cents BUT just goes to show)-always fail to follow up with patients.-always forgets SOMETHING as far as making sure ALL medication are there so patients dont have to keep coming back to pick up only 1 -2 rx.So much improvement is needed.

Have great doctors in both the medical and dental division. There is a pharmacy in the building, along with client services.The check in lines can be overwhelming sometimes and the front desk people seem frazzled alot but otherwise. Great place.

I arranged to meet a potential doctor here to ask a few questions regarding preventative care before I chose her. The consultation was set for a month out. I went today and was presented with a bunch of paperwork to fill out from the young in nature front desk clerk. I asked her if I needed to since I wasnt actually a patient nor was I seeing a doctor. She said yes, so I did but before I handed them back, I told her once again the reason for my visit. Deer in headlight look! She just couldnt wrap her brain around the fact that before I chose a doctor, I wanted to ask her some questions. Anyway, she then proceeded to ask me for $20 for my copay. I was floored. So my experience was terrible. I just wanted to know what was included in preventative care for they said that each patients needs are different so you would have to check with the doctor. Why pay $20 and fill out a bunch of paperwork if I was going to be there for 2 minutes? Terrible customer service. Terrible website. Virtually impossible to reach by phone.

Horrible customer service! We were late for 7 minutes and they didnt take us, I was always on time to my appointments, and had to wait for 20+ minutes before they saw me. Dr Wisikoski is the worst there, she numbed my tooth, my eye was watering and hurting all day long, everything was blurry......her answer to that was I dont know Careles!!! All she does is talking about her personal life with her assistant while you on the chair. I talked to the manager she was supposed to follow up with me.....I called her and left a message, but she didnt call me back. BS! I wont leave my money in a place like that!

Today was the worst for me I have been a patient at Heathpoint since me and my family moved here 9 years ago I am in so much pain due to a work injury you can notice how uncomfortable I am by the way I walk The nurse was so rude not a piece of bed side manners..Im looking for a family friendly doctors office for me and my family..
