Awesome group of people. They were able to get me in same day I called as well as taking care of everything I needed to get done from X-ray to cleaning to getting a cavity filled. They are very informative and there is a great vibe from the time you walk in to the time you leave! Thank you for all you do!

I have been a patient at Ingersoll Dental for nearly 40 years. Sixteen years ago the business was bought by Dr. Delancy and Dr. Kouri. Both are fabulous dentists! Over the years, I have gotten particularly close to Dr. Kouri. He and I have been through hell and back with my teeth. In December, I received devasting news about that my front tooth had failed.Based on my trust in their work we moved forward with pulling three teeth and adding a bridge on my front teeth. For the first time, I have a smile I Love! He is the best!

I have been to many dentists and have never found one that I felt confident with or safe, until I went to Dr. Kouri. He is very down to earth and will never recommend unnecessary work like some dentists might. I have been with Dr. Kouri for over 8 years and have never had a single complaint or problem with him or anyone at his practice. I have even recommended him to my parents and they have been going to him for close to 8 years and they love him. I have been going to The Ingersoll Dental Group under the care of Dr. De Lancey for several years. The office staff is professional and expedient. Every appointment starts on-time. The dental hygienists are very friendly and efficient and Dr. De Lancey and Dr. Kouri are both talented dentists who care about their patients. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I had a serious dental emergency. I called them midday hoping to get in the next week. Even tho it’s the holidays and super last minute- they actually fit me in that day, checked me out, figured out what needed to done, -then on top of everything they already did last minute- called their oral surgeon and got me an appointment ASAP the next day!! Talk about service!! I’ve been going here forever, love the staff. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further.

Moved down from Minneapolis and needed a reliable friendly dentist. After a bunch of review decided to give ingersoll dental group a shot. Could not be happier with the service I have gotten while there. They did a great job on putting in a new crown and fixing a former crown that came off. They worked with my schedule to get me in on short notice when the crown came off. Great place!

From the minute you walk in the door and see Carlas sparkling personality to the wonderful and personable dental hygenist to finally seeing the great dentists. You get a big bang of an experience plus you get your teeth cleaned, x-rays and the toothbrush and toothpaste at the end.

Ive been going to Ingersoll Dental Group for the last 8 years, they have been great all around. In that time my insurance has changed several times, Carla has always been honest about what the insurance would cover and what they did not. Dr.Kouri and Dr. Delancey are both great dentists. They have always taken great care of us, even during an emergency after hours problem.I like how the whole staff remembers who you are and makes you feel at home every time you go in for a check-up.I would highly recommend that you go to Ingersoll Dental Group, they will take care of you and your family!

I found that I had to undergo some dental procedures. Doctor Kouri explained to me the problem, what most likely caused it, a couple of different ways he could approach it, what the best procedure would be, how many visits it would entail and the total cost. In short, he answered all of my questions before I had a chance to ask even one. The end result was perfect. Dr. Kouri is a true professional.

You should AVOID the Ingersoll Dental Group, Des Moines, IA. Dont believe what they tell you about their provider status of your dental plan. I specifically confirmed with them that they are my dental plan in-network provider. But in fact they are not at all. They simply want your business, your money. Just a dental cleaning costs me over $150 AFTER my dental insurance because they are not in-network provider. When I called them, they kept changing stories from it is how much you insurance covers is to your insurance sucks not our problem. Stay away this dental office.

You know, I had changed insurance and did not care for my other dentist. I had lost a filling and a friend of mine, after I told him that I needed to find a good dentist, suggested Ingersoll Dental Group.I called them up, asked if they were an in network provider for my dental insurance. Then I told them my dilemma. I was shocked to find out that they could get me in so fast! Dr. Delancey was so good and I formed me of all my options and even asked Carla to run an estimate for me.There were no questions left unanswered! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. When I left that day, I said to myself, I have found my dentist!One of the nice things was that he explained how to take care of my newly remodeled front tooth after a small chip had become a large chip and in need of cosmetic replacement. The tooth looks great! Even after I had it replaced a 2nd time (probably my fault). Youre not supposed to bite down on the tooth...hell explain to you why each time... no judgements. Now I always remember to bite on the side or cut into pieces!😊I was so grateful that he could get me in between his other patients and it didnt take long to do!I recently had a checkup appointment with the other dentist (maybe Dr DeLancey was busy with an emergency. I didnt ask) He was just as professional! I felt at ease with him as well!I would highly recommend Ingersoll Dental Group! They are the best!

The entire staff of Ingersoll Dental treats me with respect and makes the dreaded task of going to the dentist fun. Years ago on my first visit Dr. Zach Kouri called me over the weekend to check up on me. That level of care and concern convinced me to keep coming back. His assistant, Gia, is wonderful and always remembers me and makes me feel at ease. And Carla at the front desk is always delightful and accommodating. Carla knows all levels of insurance and gives accurate estimates of my bill so there are no surprises. By far the best group of Dental staff in the Des Moines area. I highly recommend Ingersoll Dental Group to anyone needing excellent dental care.

I am a little disappointed I was there today. I needed a root canal they do not do. So they sent me somewhere with a hole left in my mouth so I am in pain until then .then my portion for that place 700 after insurance just for root canal what a rip off ..

5 stars all the way! My family and I love Dr. Kouri! He does an outstanding job making us feel comfortable and he takes the time to explain in detail what options we have and the best solutions. With other dentists Ive had major dental anxiety. Dr. Kouris positive and caring attitude along with his dental smarts have given me the confidence and reassurance that was missing. The staff is also very friendly and they seem genuinely happy to work there. If you are looking for a dentist, check out Dr. Kouri. If you already have a dentist, switch to Dr. Kouri and you wont be sorry!

Ingersoll Dental is a very professional and inviting atmosphere. Dr Kouri, Dr Delancey and staff are beyond welcoming. Dr Kouri is great at explaining exactly what he is doing before, during, and after your exam. My son loved it when Dr Kouri showed him his X-rays and films, and he and his assistant Gia both made by son feel very comfortable. The staff has always handled my insurance with ease. My family has been going to this practice for five years and I would genuinely recommend this place to anybody who has either moved here or looking to change providers.
