The front desk is rude and the place is disgusting. I will never come back!

Covid protocols are horrible. It is dangerous there. Waiting room not set up for social distancing. Front desk staff not wearing medical grade masks. Woman at check-in desk lowered her mask often when talking. Did not see them being careful at all.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I came into urgent care today with some sort of nasty sickness. The receptionist/nurse was so incredibly kind and Dr. Youssef was everything that I would want in a doctor. She took the time to answer all my questions, was very patient, caring and thorough. There was no wait time either and I was seen immediately. Only downside is they use one of those non-touch thermometers that from my own personal experience in working healthcare is super inaccurate and it read that I did not have a fever when I clearly did. Not a big deal. Regardless, I was so impressed by this whole experience and will be telling friends and family about this place. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to by far. Thank you so much!

Staff was excellent. My family and I needed Covid tests in order to travel and the staff was such a delight to work with. They were constantly in contact with me to get me the results in the timeframe that was required. I cant recommend MD Plus enough! Thank you!

I stopped in for a flu shot and got great treatment. Staff was really professional and we were in and out quickly. Great experience!

Do not go there. I went with horrible stomach pain. The dr examined me, gave me a shot for the pain and had me go for a CAT SCAN which I did the next day. I was told at the CAT SCAN facility to call the clinic the next morning to get the results.I called the clinic fours times today and the person answering the phone says he can not find the results of my scan. I called the clinic and they told me they faxed it. The person at the clinic said he has to ask his supervisor how to look for the faxed results.I just called again ( the fourth time today) and the person said his supervisor is not in so I should call back tomorrow. I said that is ridiculous. I said the dr at your clinic sent me for a cat scan and I can not get the results. What if something is wrong and I need to take corrective action. I was told to not be rude. I said we are talking about my health.This situation is about my health and no one at the clinic can be of assistance. Why does a patient have to wait for two days to get results from a dr at the clinic. AbsurdI finally called the CAT SCAN facility and they emailed me my results which I will provide to my own personal dr.

Complete disgrace to patient care!!! Hours say open until 8 PM. I get there at 7:30 PM and there’s two cars about to drive away, and they say out their car window “we’re closed, sorry.” Y’all should have your license revoked!
