I would give the negative stars if I could. Not a fan of going to an in network hospital then having these aholes double charge me. They ignore you and treat you like garbage. Reaching out the the AMA regarding this practice.

Wish I could give zero stars. They are an absolute joke! Charged for 2 people to do 1 job. They harass you for money, but when you try to reach out to them you are on hold for over 20 minutes to even talk to someone. THEN you talk with someone they say your account is set up for auto payments, yet nothing has been charged. Of course if I dont follow up on this they will threaten to send me to collections again. Terrible customer service, everyone I have spoken with has been EXTREMELY rude not only to me, but also to my insurance company when we were on a conference call to try and work this out. They refuse to listen and will just keep saying you owe X amount of money.

Same as everyone else, this place scammed me and sent a bill that I was never notified about to collections. I found out two years after my visit after a derogatory mark showed up on my credit report. Stay far away from this place.This place should be shut down by the BBB!

Make sure you know details before you pay! I was billed once for 2 separate claims of equal value, one for anesthesiologist and one for CRNA... for a simple outpatient procedure which only needed one professional or the other. Insurance negotiated discount but did not have to pay out anything, so definitely a billing scam.

This place will hold you up by your feet and keep you upside down until the last penny falls from your pockets. They send threatening bills monthly, the minimum amount for a payment plan is way above what anyone who needs to sign up for a payment plan should pay, AND they keep adding $3 and $5 monthly so you can keep the payment plan. Highway robbery. This place needs to be reported to BBB and shut down for sure.

I actually had a good experience with them from surgery to billing... everything they did was perfect. No complaints... I am paying my balance due today.

My issues are with the billing department. I carry additional insurance coverage in the AFLAC style. As there are other companies that do the same thing as AFLAC. My companies name is Allstate, NOT HEALTH coverage. It is supplemental. I called and requested a UB04, as per the usual request for supplemental companies. This way I may submit to my supplemental insurer. They will only issue the UB04 if you have AFLAC. ONLY AFLAC. It does not matter that you need the UB04 to receive your funds, they will not issue one. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional practice. You expect me to pay you, however I need to submit to recover the funds. Hmmmm... maybe provide me with the documents needed in order to ensure all receive the proper funds.

Terrible admin crew, my son received services though them and I handed all insurance information prior to procedure and now they are claiming they never collected form insurance company and its passed they filling time through ETNA. It seem they are not organized at all. If you decide to use them, be prepared to work for them...

They do not submit claims or submit corrected claims and want to pass you on to collections. I have my own practice and I have NEVER encountered a more defective company who do not care about their clients.,

This company is terrible and cares nothing about the patients. I agree with all the other reviews that they have a incompetent billing department that wants to force collections on you without ever notifying you of a balance. RUN to another organization. I dont think their billing staff even resides in the US and is not willing to assist with anything. Hopefully someone will begin a lawsuit to the table for these SCAMMERS...

My insurance had met its out of pocket max for the year. I still got a bill for 58 from this company and they didnt even notify. I saw it when I checked my credit report it was a derogatory mark on it.

Never contact me or send bills, now they put allegedly debt on collection.
