I have received micro-needling with PRP before in Texas but I must say nothing compares to the midcro-needling with PRP session I received from Melanie at Biostation in East Delray! Melanie was professional and did an outstanding job on my face. I will definitely return!

I LOVE Dr Mitchel Matez! I have been a patient since March 2017. Dr Matez is a wonderful caring doctor. I was very sick when I first came to Dr Matez, he evaluated my situation and made me feel better than I had felt in years within weeks. Dr Matez always follows up with you and during the COVID-19 shut down he was available to gives me pellets. I can not say enough about Dr Matez and what an amazing doctor he is. Ashley is his assistant and always makes appointments and makes sure you always have you medication.

Hard not to like a perfect looking new office in a great location for me, the West Delray location is at Lyons and Atlantic, next to Josephs Deli, the girls there are all very polite and knowledgeable, I just did my draw of blood today 3/8/21, I have been hearing Dr. Mitch Metez on the Steve Kane radio show several times a week now for over a year, (95.3 FM) and decided to go, since my boy Brian Craig on the Kane show raves about Mitch, etc...curious to get the ball rolling, I am optimistic about how this can help me as a competitive athlete in golf, my competition better start going here too, if they have any plans of keeping the hardware out of my hands! This is my first visit here and It couldnt have gone better. The staff sent me all the required documents ahead of time and I was able to fill them out more completely in the comfort of my home. I arrived early and they let me right in. The front desk staff greeted me very well. I began my appointment ahead of the scheduled time (who does that?) and felt like a VIP the entire time. After a negative experience with another HRT organization I came to Biostation on a friends referral. The staff is friendly and very attentive and available, especially my Health Coordinator, Nina. The initial doctor appointment was fairly thorough, although I didn’t feel entirely heard about my abilities/inabilities to follow all the recommendations. Since the initial, any requests I’ve had have been responded to quickly and to my satisfaction with my Health Coordinator. They provide and very clear breakdown on when to take what and how to take it (especially when asked). My biggest hang up is the supplement costs. I’ve done some research and found quality (injectable and non-injectable) supplements at 30% of the cost. There is an additional fee of $65 for S&H every time you place an order. Otherwise and overall I am happy with the service, especially my Health Coordinator.

The bio station was clean and sanitized. The staff was courteous and efficient. The phlebotomist was excellent ( could not see a puncture mark in my arm even though I am on aspirin therapy).

The front office staff is very accommodating and take the time to explain the details on the services offered. Excellent customer service, very professional and accommodating. The nurses and physicians Assistant are knowledgeable with significant experience in this particular field. The IV vitamins and glutathione are my favorites, and they make you feel comfortable and reassured during the session. My favorite place right now for my beauty needs!

Just had my first appointment for blood work at the bio station. I have vasovagal syncope and pass out (with a convulsive component- always freaks the nurses out) whenever i get blood drawn. Functional Medicine is NOT a “new” concept to people over a certain age that remember when your ONE doctor would come to your house! We were paying them to render services, they worked for us. One person had one doctor most of their lives. Seeing a specialist was rare. THAT is “functional” medicine. Where one doctor knows every freckle on your body. With the increasing awareness of health & longevity, and the fact that there are plants that can do better, what they currently give synthetic medication for. Bio identical Hormone Replacement Therapy or BHRT, will actually balance your hormones like they were when you were 20-30 years younger. It restores your vitality to have balanced hormones, and it keeps your body healthy. These people do NOT care about their “patients” one doctor to one patient, where that one doctor manages all of your care, no, they just put their labels on generic supplements, and sell them to you for 10x the cost! They are ONLY about the money and do NOT have the experience needed to properly manage a patients health care overall in this industry and should still be learning the proper practices. Body Logic is a MUCH better place, they refer you to the BEST doctors in the functional medicine industry, they properly manage care, and it’s a fraction of the costs Biostation charges. Trust me, you will be much healthier/happier in the long run!Read the bio of the head doctor. It even says he was a Cardiologist for 40 years but his “entrepreneur” son told him to get out now and get into this. Not because his son wanted to help people become healthier, but because this is currently where the money is! Anti-Aging Medicine! And no one is riefulsting costs, so they can charge whatever you’re willing to pay. Stay Away!!

I had a lot of questions regarding my injection experience as it was my first time and was nervous but each time I called with questions I was treated kindly and everything was taken care of. I was guided step by step and I really appreciate the professional kind and exceptional staff at Biostation.

I absolutely love the Biostation! Dr. Bloom is an amazing Doctor. Dont get me wrong, he wont pull any punches when it comes to your health. There is no sugar coating his advice. If he thinks you are doing something wrong with your health he will straight up tell you. This straightforward advice and guidance is exactly what I needed to help bring my health back to optimal levels. The owner converses directly with me and is incredibly quick to answer my questions. Sometimes I will email him about medication or blood draws and I will get answer within thirty seconds. You start out by giving a blood draw and then waiting on the results. Dr. Bloom then schedules an hour long call with you to go over every metric of the testing and how you can improve that area. He also explains why that area is important. It is not just saying your testosterone is low and your estrogen is high, here take this pill. He educates you on how your various levels effect every part of your body and then recommends what medications to take. Follow up blood draws are then done to monitor progress and change medications to achieve optimal results. Medication is shipped securely and quickly. Even though i live in Alabama I am able to get my meds within a few days. I only wish I did not live so far away so that I could partake in their many other wonderful services!

Hands down one of the best facilities around. For a year and a 1/2 I was not diagnosed even that what had multiple symptoms. Primary doctors Cleveland clinic hospital nobody knew what was wrong. Dr. Lacayo iis AMAZING. She takes her time to speak to you and explain everything in full length detail. Shes truly passionate about her career and it shows. I look forward to start my treatments. 😀
