I do not know what hospitals the reviewers were in because it cannot be this one. For the past year I have had heart issues and even before this my Doctors have all been Delray Medical staff. I LOVE them all!As for the hospital, I am about to enter for the 4th time shortly. From the time I exit the car to Registration and beyond I have been greeted and treated with warmth. I am treated like a Queen. During one delay even doctors were concerned for me. The woman in charge could not apologize enough and had me moved to a room to be more comfortable. I had constant and wonderful care throughout.Of course with Covid times are different but the kindness and care continues. Even as staff walks by I get smiles and hellos. I would not trade any of this for another hospital. Coming from Boston I have been in the best and they have nothing over Delray Medical.I also had one of the newest A Fib procedures and will again. The worst of it was a sore throatPeople check your attitude at the door and you may be happier. I saw first hand how patients treat staff. HOW DARE YOU! My roommate was one of those. I blasted her and she finally shut up! If I could have stood there would have been a pillow on her face I swear. I came from my procedure to have her accusing us of partying when my nurse was checking me at 9 pm. The woman who had a circus and blasted her tv all day and night.I am dealing with virus life too so get over yourselves and treat people with respect and say THANK YOU no matter how lousy you feel.Grrr I was angry seeing these reviews!!!!
