I’m the last person to leave a bad review, but I certainly feel the lack of empathy from any staff member I’ve spoken towards their patients.I’m not here to bash anyone but when kids and infants are involved as health care provides I feel there should be a more caring outlook to say the very least.Professionalism-0Compassion-0Ps. To be a good person, accountability and humility are required, loving your job can remain an option

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff there is. Never call you back when they says they will.My son’s speech therapy was postponed for 2 months due to the office staff not making sure my referral was processed. Then the second time around when we needed it another referral after 6 months same problem the staff don’t communicate with you, forget it it’s a nightmare I had to make the switch due to this. Dr. Marta Suarez is amazing and only reason we stayed this long.

This is a review for the East Delray location. The front desk staff are rude and cold-hearted. I saw that the practice takes walk-ins so I showed up with my 2-week old at 3 pm on a Friday (they close at 5 pm). The receptionist said they dont take walk-ins unless the child is sick and even then, they would not see me until Monday. I was in tears because my newborn was not gaining weight - I would consider that worthy of being seen. She was so heartless and wouldnt even make an appointment for my daughter. The other person at the front desk eventually offered to make an appointment for her. But wow the way they treat new patients, a parent who is desperate and concerned for their baby. I left and will not be going back there, which is a shame because I heard great things about Dr. Stemp, who I did not get to meet.

First off, as a business owner myself I am not one to leave a bad review anywhere but let me tell you the lack of common sense anyone at this office has. I had to bring my daughter to this office during covid because of a change of insurance. The office staff was completely rude, the doctor was that we saw was really nice but it looked like they just threw a medical chair into an office that was cluttered. I knew I would not be going back after that. Since then I have switched back to my regular pediatrician and had to call 6 times to try and get my daughters vaccine records and every time someone said they were going to send them they never did. I understand offices get busy but to be completely rude when someone is calling and asking for their own information is unacceptable. I was at my daughters current pediatrician with the pediatrician in the room and the pediatrician asked if the office would just upload the shot records to the state and they said they could not and my pediatrician was appalled at how they refused to do their job due to pure laziness. If I could give this office a 0 I would.

Receptionist are not helpful. They never get back to you after they say they will call you. They assume they do not take your insurance without taking the time to verify or call. You feel like you are bothering them when you call.

I was surprised to read the poor reviews on Dr. Bradford. I have yet to have a bad experience with him. My preemie son was born at 34 weeks and has reflux issues and trouble gaining weight. With Dr. Bradfords and the GI doctors assistance our son is finally gaining weight and while his reflux isnt gone, it is under control. Dr. Bradford has always answered all of our questions and has never rushed us out the door. The office staff has also been very nice to us and has always gotten us in quickly. As a first time parent of a preemie, Im very happy with Dr. Bradford and his staff.

This is specifically for the Delray East Location. It is very obvious that the nurses at this office dont have the proper training on how to do a Nasopharyngeal Swab test for Covid-19. They stick the swab vertically up your nose and hurt you instead of properly inserting it along the floor of the nose (straight back, not up the nose). This is because their nurses are not familiar with nasal anatomy and have no training for this. Plus they make you wait for at least 30mins. They dont respect the appointment times. I got the swab test on another location, with a real doctor, and it was a completely different experience when is done the correct way. It should not poke so bad and hurt.

I went there as kid and loved Dr. Bradforf & now I get to bring my daughter to see him. He truly cares about you and your family’s wellbeing. The staff is great and supper friendly. The wait is kinda long but worth it for great care.

We love Dr. Kahn shes great but the office staff and Dr Bradford have no idea whats going on and make you jump through hoops to get anything that you need done, done. We ended up changing Doctor offices completely because of their incompetence.

Went on vacation with our 7 month old son and had him in the pool and water a lot. The last day when we were coming back home his ear looked red and would not sleep/very upset. He also got a mild temp. (99.6 degrees). My wife went to take him to the delray location just to have his ears checked quick and see if it was an infection. They refused to even look at him saying he is fever like symptoms and dr bradford refuses to look at any sick patients...so let me get this straight. Youre a pediatric doctor, but refuse to look at sick infants due to a possible ear infection?? We ended up taking him to another dr who treated his EAR INFECTION right away...very poor service. We can have a Doctor that is going to pick and choose what symptoms they are willing to look at on our 7 month old baby especially when its a mild temp and ear irritation. Doctor stemp is awesome when she is on..I would not recommend dr bradford to anyone.

The doctors are great, but the staff is terrible. My son’s speech therapy was postponed for 2 months due to the office staff not making sure my referral was processed. If you want to avoid dealing with unprofessional staff, nurses, doctors and owners.. please beware of this facility. They may have a couple of good reviews but they also have bad reviews... No wonder why?.. Inconsistency..We will replace a Doctor, staff etc if need be! Our childcare is our top priority. I highly recommend to parents to think about it twice before bringing in their kids to this incredibly disappointing awful place. Enough said. Good luck!

The doctors have been exceptional. As a new mom, I scoured all pediatricians I could find. And I found one at Pediatrics by the Sea due to the answers Dr. Stemp provided me during my interviews. I do have to agree that the Delray East locations wait time is unbearable, especially with the small waiting room. Im hoping with this review, that can be something to considered for improvement. The Jog office is much cleaner in my opinion and I do prefer that over the original location. Ive had little communication with the East customer staff so I cant comment on the poor service everyone has noted. The Jog office has been tremendously nice and helpful, however!With that said, it should not diminish the care and attention you receive from the doctors. In two years, Ive had the new-mom worries of high fevers and the oh my gosh, what the heck is on her skin? rash. But the doctors have been available 24-7 to ease all concerns. Thats exceptional care that you would want for your child.

I am sick from last 5 days and have got appointment for 31st have visited doctor who had mentioned my prescription will be sent to pharmacy electronically and its been 3 days there is no update from this location staff have called them twice . Now they one of the staff says doctor is not going to come back till Tuesday.How can I be without medication ( to which no response from them )If I dont get any update from this facility by tomorrowI am going to complain about this location and staff for negligence.

We have been to this place thinking it is regular hospital with good facilities and care.Our experience turned really bad starting from check in process to check out.Front desk ladies were rude and careless for patients waiting.Coming to waiting rooms, they are like typical small clinic rooms with no room to move.Due to the conjusted space my kid started crying and we tried to run away from the hospital.Coming to the treatment, they did nothing apart from suggesting over the counter medication.I don’t suggest to go this place.

Wont be coming back. Scheduled us for 1:00 pm then moved it to 1:30 pm without telling us then moved it back to 1:00pmAn hour before we had to be there when we called to confirm. They set us up for the wrong location not the location we requested then Made me and my 1 year old wait In The sun for 12 minutes when they said they where on the way to the door to let us in Its blazing hot out then only allowed one parent inside without giving notice on that either. Very unprofessional and a huge lack of care.

Doctors are great and always available when you need them, but plan for at least 2 hours per visit. Ive been coming here for 9 years and they have been late every single time. If they were to be on time it would be the best office around.

The Doctors are amazing, but the staff really doesnt like to work there. They are not friendly at all and wont try to help you to get another appointment. Today I called because I wanted to change my appointment time with Dr. Bradford, since he only had another time available late in the afternoon, I asked if I could see Dr. Berger, Thea the receptionist, said Dr. Berger is only at the Jog Rd location so I asked what times she was available, well Thea said I dont know, you have to call there and ask so I asked her if she could just help me out because when I call to the west location they are always happy to help me getting an appointment even if it is at the east location. Thea, once again said the system wont let me because they open at 8:30 it was 8:30 when I called, so I said well thats weird because they have done this for me before. She ended up putting me on hold, gave me an appointment and hung up. This is not the first time that something like this happens with the staff, specially Thea. And all my friends are now taking their children to the west location which is way better, and the staff there is very nice, friendly and efficient, unfortunately Dr. Bradford doesnt go there anymore. And is the only reason why I keep going back to the east location.

Not clean no soap or paper towels in 2 of the bathrooms. Receptionist complained about being overworked and underpaid while sweeping, sat in lobby an hour past my appointment time ! My first appointment was with Dr. Fiamengo, she is amazing, way to good for this location. It’s almost as if the front staff messed it up for the whole establishment extremely unfortunate and will not be back !

If you like waiting 90 minutes at a time (or more) to see a doctor, then this place is perfect. And no, its not an isolated incident, thats the last three visits, and the ones before that were around an hour at a time. The Jog Rd surgery isnt much better, btw. Shame, because the doctors are generally quite good, but there is really very little excuse to run the office in a such a continually tardy way.

I haven’t even been to the facility yet, but I’m already considering changing our provider. We are on Tricare (military) insurance and this is the first time we’ve had to use a civilian clinic as our primary. Every time we move, I have to change our converage region and go through enrolling in a new clinic and getting assigned a new PCP. When I called to “establish care” (per the Tricare representatives suggestion) to ensure that the provider is still accepting patients, the staff was extremely rude. I attempted to explain to them what I was trying to do, but they had no answers for me. Finally I decided to just make an appointment for my daughter so I could finish enrollment. When they were taking down information for the appointment, they asked for my insurance number. As I was explaining that it goes by my husbabd’s SSN, she rudely interrupted and said “do you just wanna call back when you figure it out?!”. They never called to confirm the appointment. First impression is not a good one. I may just drive the 2 hours to the Airforce base rather than deal with unprofessional staff.

I totally disagree I have been going to the main office for almost 6 months now and I am in and out within an hour,the staff always greets me and my daughter,if shes fussy they dont mind calmming her (which was one of my problems with other offices).i call and get my appointments with no problem they also call me to remind me its comming up a few days before my daughters appointment.Dr.bradford was my fiances pediatrician for 18 years with no problems now he is my daughters and no complaints so far.

Dr. Brandford is ok - TERRIBLE STAFF!!! I got stuck here as my options are slim with my son being stuck on my ex-husbands insurance. There is NO PARKING and you wait FOREVER! I have had several problems with their office when my son needed prescription refills (ex: they called in the WRONG rx, neglected to tell me I had to drive 45 min to their office to pick up an rx, etc.) There is a huge lack of communication and the office is dirty.

The most unpleasant customer service I have ever had. Literally kicked me and my son out of the waiting room because of a rash that I was there to get checked with my 10:30 appt I made the day before, and the receptionist said she did not have an appt set for my son and told me I had to leave and it would be an hour and a half before my son would be seen. She was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. Dont take you child here they treat you like your nothing and do not care one bit about the stressful situations you are already in, then having to deal with this office.

I am so appalled at the way in which the front office staff treats their clients. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. They are absolutely horrible and completely incompetent. I have just pulled my children out of this practice thanks to their terrible customer service, lack of basic phone manners and etiquette and lack of competence in even the most basic of tasks. I would have not rated them, only it would not allow me to post this review otherwise.

The worst experience of my life, they need professional staff to take care of our babies, any mother would feel terrible with bad care and bad work like this.Today I took my baby to put his ears piercings on him, my baby is 2 months and 3 weeks old, the first one fit well but the second one was totally on the tip of the ear, apart from the fact that the gun jammed when it was He went to withdraw, the double pain passed because in the end the piercings had to be removed at the end because as I have said they were terrible. As we can rely on non-professional personnel to treat our children and do such a bad job to such young babies, dont fool the passers-by anymore, if you dont have professional people to do the job then dont fool us by telling us that they know Aser when in reality, look at what they aser suffer the babies for pleasure, never in my life will I take my baby to this clinic again nor do I recommend it to anyone, I am not exaggerated there I uploaded the photo so that they see how sad how they opened a hole in the tip of the babys ear.
