I was very scared to go and get tested. I did not want to have someone stick something up my nose. However, the staff quickly put me at ease and they were very gentle. It was not nearly as bad as I thought. It was not bad at all. Everyone was so kind. They were very fast with the results. My husband and I both appreciated them so much that we wanted to take them back pizzas for dinner. We are very thankful for these people who are working on the front lines.

I was tested for Covid at the Rapid testing facility in Covington. The staff is extremely proficient and professional. They are out in the elements risking their own safety to test us. The PA was very explanatory and helpful. I would recommend this site for sure!

Had to get COVID tested. super easy to make appointment online, answer questions, submit insurance and id. Arrived to clear instruction and VERY courteous staff in the drive through testing tent. Everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have already recommended this site to 4 people. Awesome job!!

My experience was great! The staff took me at an earlier time than my scheduled time, and they were very courteous and expeditious! The provider was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They got me my results very quickly!

The entire staff is absolutely awesome! Professional, considerate and knowledgeable, with the right amount of pleasantries. And the technician who did the swab was so gentle. This was my second time getting tested and the customer service is consistently outstanding.

Came for Covid testing for husband. Had had a terrible time trying to reserve a time at the Piedmont Urgent Care but the way they had it set up could never get finished with info before someone else had taken the appointment--and no information was saved--you had to start all over each time selecting a highlighted time. You had to complete all information about insurance, etc. and click--even when I picked the last highlighted time shown it was taken by the time I finished everything. I like the way the appointment time is confirmed and then you fill out insurance info. Brilliant idea! A friend saw your tent on an errand and told me to check. Not only did I get in a whole day earlier than I could have at Piedmont the experience was great (considering the reason I was there!) Everyone was pleasant and professional. Recommended you on a group text I have going with friends from church. Hubby was positive but luckily has been mild case and hes well on the mend. Thanks!

I had excellent timely service when I went to get my Covid test. The had it all streamlined and organized. Everyone there seemed to be in a good mood and ready to make things run smoothly. It was a great experience.

The experience was fast and painless. I only have a question on the testing. I have had a covid test before and as soon as my nose was swabbed the swab was sealed in a container. On this visit the tech walked from my truck to a counter, to a office door, then inside to be tested. The swab was exposed the whole time. 30-40’ travel path. Contamination could occur at any point. For the $175 I felt there should have been a more controlled testing procedure.

I went to be tested for Covid at the Covington site. The staff was very efficient. They had all their PPE gear on. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They also give you your results instead of just telling you. I’ve gone to other sites to be tested and it was just them telling me or calling me.

Despite having to be tested for Covid, the medical staff at this location was amazing! I was very nervous about being tested but everyone did their best to comfort me. They talked me through the process, step by step. They were patient and answered all of my questions (and I had plenty). Everyone was upbeat, professional, smiling, pleasant and just awesome from beginning to end. I was having car trouble afterwards and they even offered assistance several times. This experience was way more than just a drive through rapid Covid test for me. It was a positive experience that showed good work ethic and a true meaning of people not just working for a paycheck but it being a personal calling to help others. I appreciate them all. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.I will be recommending this facility to my family and friends. Thank you.
