I have tried to give them the benefit since my nurse practitioner left them. I was there for 1.5 hours in waiting room and the front desk put two patients that came in as walk ins back in a room ahead of me. I won’t go back.

Not very impressed with the receptionists or the doctors the lady that saw my wife acted more like a small child trying to look at the situation she had. can never get a hold of the office sent us wrong addresses for referrals did not send referrals sent referrals to the wrong fax number will not be going back avoid this doctors office if at all possible

Absolutely LOVE the staff and providers in this office!Everyone is always sweet to my girls and I whenever we come in. And they always have a smile on their face.The wait time in the waiting room is hardly ever over 10 minutes and we dont wait much longer for the nurse practitioner either.Its so nice to finally go into an office and know they truly care about their patients!Thank you for being the Best in Tipton County!

They help me in a medical emergency. The staff is very caring. Proud to have a group that listens n helps with your needs

For no reason will I be going back to this facility except to get all our medical records. It takes nearly months to get test results back, the phone lines are always busy, if you leave a message they almost never get back to you and if they do its several days later, half the staff their seems as if they dont know what they are doing, and whats the point of having a family Dr if they cant even call in pain meds for your childs obviously broken arm seeing as its already in a cast. Regardless of if my child was seen their for the broken arm or not.

Used to be nice before the Doctor change. Now they attack your self esteem and just try to push patients through as fast as they can.
