I needed to see a doctor and even when they told me that it may take up to three and a half hours I was ready to leave instead I decided to wait my turn as I was feeling very ill! Needless to say the wait wasn’t to long as other people ahead of me decided not to show up when they text you and we’ll my turn came up faster! I’m not someone that goes to see a nurse/doctor when I’m not feeling well but when my friend told me he tested positive for Covid-19 I took the test at a clinic as well and my results came back negative! I still feel sick even though I tested negative for Covid-19, you still have to remember that this is the time of year the cold and flue season comes back and well it hit me hard! I’m still not feeling my best as recovering from a bad cold/ flue can keep you at home a few days to rest up your body! It felt good just for going to get a check up and everything else was fine blood pressure, heart, lungs eyes ext! Indigo urgent care in Covington really came through when I needed to see a doctor the day I felt the worst! I highly recommend them as there staff of nurses and doctors are friendly and helpful!

Waited around in pain for two hours to be seen for thirty seconds, at which point they noticed I needed emergency care and referred me to the ER. Then they tried to charge me a few hundred dollars for a full visit. No. One extra star for the very nice woman I spoke to on the phone who told me how to fix the billing issue. Otherwise, this place was nothing but frustrating.

My experience at this location was great. Everyone was super nice and professional! Shout out to Luis for being very kind and making me feel very comfortable during my EKG. I would definitely recommend Indigo in Covington WA.

I also really appreciated that as a walk-in with a long wait, I could go home simply come back when I got the text. That allowed me to rest rather than sit in the office for 3 hours. 🙂

Really easy going and kind staff. Scheduled an appointment at 10 in the morning and got seen at 1 and had a really smooth and easy appointment. The doctor was really cooperative in helping me with my situation and the nurses were very flexible and helpful with explanations and care. Definitely recommend this place for quick urgent care !

The medical crews were efficient but doctor Afsheen Khan is very incompetent and has zero comparison. She will assess you without your involvement in your care. She won’t listen to you and discharge you when she completed with you. My husband was wrongly diagnosed and sent to the lab for an irrelevant test. My son got sent home without an assessment when he complained “i can’t see” during a sport physical assessment just because we didn’t come in for that. I advise you to facility but I boy her.

Staffs are friendly and attentive. Dr. Khan is thorough and discussed all possible scenarios with suggestions on what to do next, she is a caring physician! The clinic itself is presentable. Got the appointment a little over an hour on same day I called-in! No further odd questions on the phone, like...how do I want to be address: a she, a he, or something else that multi-clinic in Covington does that adds to waiting time! I’m pretty sure my voice sounded like a woman! This question does not seat very well to me, as far as I’m concern, we are all human and be address accordingly, and, be given immediate attention! I hope Multi-care Covington will consider changing this approach and follow suit with Indigo: Professional approach! Highly recommendable!

Dr. Camhong Thi Tran made me feel like a loved family member I have not seen in years. My check-in process was a breeze. The facility is clean, neat and modern. As someone who is not the most fond of these types of visits, I highly recommend Dr. Tran and her team.

All the staff was attentive, calm, friendly and efficient without rushing. The PA was sweet, took her time talking to the kids and getting to know them a little. This was my second experience at an indigo (separate locations) both were great experiences. Both facilities were very clean and inviting making sure everything was sanitized and in compliance with social distancing.

The staff at this facility has been gracious and kind every time Ive visited. Even though Im sure they are exhausted after a long day they still take the time to treat me as if I am the first patient of the day.This is such a great clinic...you can get in on an emergency walk in or you can go to the solve website or app and schedule an appointment for same day or future. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and the clinic is clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place for your family or yourself!

When arriving to Indigo it was a positive- clean - smiling eyes facility. The nurses and doctor were so nice and so pleasant .They all made sure I was comfortable and even got me a water . It’s the little things that help when stuck in a pandemic. I’m nervous about going out and they made sure I was in a clean and safe environment . Expedited the process in every form between the lady who checked me in to the nurse that took my vitals as well as the doctor. Their team is very efficient and effective. I have spent nearly all day trying to get an appointment for a rapid Covid test. Even when I finally talked to a real person they redirected me to the website which is a nightmare! Long story short, I paid $198 for two appointments and then there is an additional $140 each. I am taking my chances elsewhere but having no luck getting my money back.

Came here two days ago for a serious wound infection, wait time was sitting close to 4 hours but the lady was really nice and said she would put me on the wait list incase we come. Ended up going to a different urgent care, now Im having a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics and called them to get on the waitlist. I was told by a different rude and short lady that they dont put people on the wait list over the phone, even though the waitlist is currently sitting at 3 hours. I live 10 minutes away and Im not going to come here, get put on wait list and sit there for 3 hours when the lady yesterday was fine with me leaving and then coming back. I would rather cut off my infected foot than come here. Front desk, do better.

Staff at Multicare Indigo Covington from start to finish was caring and competent. I felt immediate trust with my provider, Garcia Jean-Baptiste ARNP, with her kindly yet no-nonsense communicating, and with Nina’s experienced assist and hospitality. I sure wouldn’t want a return to urgent care of course, yet was really impressed with their care.

Receptionists are always extremely rude and unaccommodating when I come in here (i’ve been in 3-4 times in the last year or two). I came in for a shoulder injury and instead of explaining why I couldn’t be treated, the receptionist rudely told me to go to the ER. The providers are great but their receptionists could really use some work.

In the past, I received overall decent care at the Covington Indigo clinic. I always use telehealth first and go to Indigo if I need follow-up and cant get into my primary physician. The other day, my family had multiple medical emergencies at once. The lack of compassion from Indigo was appauling. Rude, abrupt, and unprofessional to my children and to me. I understand there are policies I might not agree with but they could have been explained in a way that was kinder. I ended up at Healthpoint and I will go there from now on.

I didnt personally receive treatment here, but I have walked my friends in and they trust the establishment. The atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil and has good energy that encourages people to approach, and I find it both aesthetically/artistically appealing and quaintly functional. The staff are friendly and I enjoyed briefly discussing with them. Has several outlets in the waiting room for charging, so dont be afraid to get comfortable for longer wait times. Sanitized and clean.

First time going to Indigo. Very impressive facility-clean and modern.Every staff person treated me superbly.

I took my daughter Sadie to get a rapid covid test today an we were turned away. I told the lady at the reception desk that Sadie need a test for because it’s a requirement for dance and school activities she is involved in. I also info the lady that Sadie’s mom did test positive for covid. Sadie was test last Monday and we were told then to bring her back if she had any symptoms. She has a cough. The lady at the reception desk told me that they are not a free testing site and that we would need to do a virtual test first. She then tried to give me a brochure on how to do it online. She also said I can go to Walgreens instead to get the test for free. It would have nice not to waste my time going all the way to Indigo just to be sent to another place that I need to make an appointment for. If the test wasn’t going to be available for us then we should never have been told in our previous appointment by the doctor to bring her back if she has symptoms and we should never have been able to make an appointment. This has added stress to a situation that has already been stressful.

I always have a great experience in this facility. Keep up the great work! Kudos to all the staff!

I went into this urgent care on a Monday afternoon around 12:30pm. I was having the most unrelenting migraine, and lucky me.. it was my first time experiencing one. I had no idea what was happening in my head, all I knew what I wanted it to stop. Since it is a pandemic and I was going to an urgent care, I expected it to be packed, and I expected to be waiting to be seen for hours. I went in and absolutely no one was in the waiting area. And one person at the front quickly checked me in and got me into a room. Which I was grateful for since I was very dizzy and exhausted from the constant pain from my migraine. The nurse who took my vitals, placed band-aids on the light sensors since the my eyes were hyper sensitive to any kind of light. That was so nice and thoughtful. I dont remember her name but she was very sweet and even brought me water. The doctor, Dr. Fiona Yu, came in maybe 10 minutes after I my vitals being taken. She was very thorough and had me do several tests to make sure that I was in fact having a migraine and not a stroke or aneurysm or anything else that would require emergency treatment. She told me it was a migraine, and had a nurse administer a shot of NSAID to break the migraine. They had me lay down for about 20 minutes to make sure the medicine worked and that I was okay to leave. I cant even tell you, how much that helped me. I was suffering for almost a week with this migraine building up. And the doctor and nurses were the absolute best. I was treated so well, which is a huge deal when youre in an intense amount of a foreign pain. I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience, even though I was in pain.

This was the best urgent care experience! They gave you accurate wait times everywhere, so nice!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE CHEST PAIN. They will take an EKG and then send you to the emergency room where they will need to do another EKG anyways. So unless you have $1200 you have that is wasting space in your bank account, do not go to urgent care. Urgent cares do not treat chest pains and will not touch them with a 20 foot pole.

I was so disappointed in our experience after seeing so many positive reviews. We were called with our sons covid 19 test results which came back negative. I asked about the possibility of a false negative and under what circumstances we should re-test. Then the lady I spoke with flipped a switch, and began talking to me in the most condescending tone. Claiming that there is no risk of a faulty test. Which is incorrect, this exact thing happened to my friend where he tested negative, then three days later tested positive. What troubles me most is that Im a concerned parent asking a simple question. And their staff feels its appropriate to provide false information in a rude manner. I will never go back!

I was seen by Dr. Tran today and it was by far my worst healthcare experience ever. As a 19 year old girl going to the doctors alone is not ideal. But when you see a doctor who is extremely racially biased it makes it even worse. She walks in the room and as i explain my symptoms and my past medical history she began to interrupt every syllable. she also went on to question and critique my past doctors decisions. she begins to ask me if i was seen for an ultrasound and i say no. she says “okay then who is on this chart?” The blatant disrespect and condescending comments were absurd so i asked if i could be seen by another doctor and she stares at me for awhile, reluctantly says yes and storms off. I was later seen by Dr. Nguyen who was great and attentive. But this clinic needs to immediately fire ANY employees who make patients feel undervalued due to their race.

My 20yr old ASD son had a bloody nose that lasted a long time. I chose this urgent care because it was the closest to my doctors office, so I could drop off my son, and pick him up when I was done with my appointment.I had prepared him for what info they would need from him. He had his ID, insurance card and debit card. I was hoping for them to try something like silver nitrate or something similar to staunch the bleeding as he had had this done before at a different healthcare facility.He was told at this establishment that they couldnt take him as a patient because he might need a blood transfusion.They didnt take him in as a patient to stop the bleeding and take blood work and then see IF he needed a transfusion.They told him he should go to the ER down the street. So he walked the mile to the ER. He didnt pass out on the way so I guess he didnt need that transfusion!I would have thought an urgent care affiliated with a hospital could provide nosebleed care or at least stabilize. Very disappointed.

Every time I come here, I get the best treatment. All the doctors and nurses are kind, patient, and caring about the patients well being.

Have had great experience at Indigo except that making an appointment for suture removal was tough as website would not let me schedule more than the next day.

Indigo Covington washington state: This is a great place to go if you are sick. Gigi at the front desk was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. Nina, the nurse, was very pleasant and took my throat swap. Best ever procedure I have experienced. And the PA Tuyet was helpful and answered all my questions. Great medical team and I am thankful they are open on a Sunday.

I was at the clinic at 7:45 am on 9-20-21 to see a dr, large sign on door stated they were temporarily closed. Yet their website showed they were going to be open at 8. Also called their number and no mention they were not going to be open. Approximately 6 people pulled up and drove off while I waited till several minutes after 8.

I had to get a Covid test for work. They put up with me without any issues. They let me know ahead of time on the expected wait. Unfortunately it can get busy there. Also theyre limiting covid tests here now so they can take care of other issues.Weird side note, its probably not the most proper thing to point out but why are all the nurses here so gorgeous? Its kind of ridiculous. I cant be the only one thats noticed this. I thought there was some kind of hidden camera prank going on.
