They have the best complimentary massage chair in the waiting room to further enhance your experience & relaxation.I had an fabulous facial by Kevin of Belle Lumiere Cosmetics & Skincare. He was very knowledgeable & asked a lot of questions to help me take better care of my skin. I left feeling radiant & glowing!The staff is kind & professional & a pleasure to work with & I look forward to my next visit!

I have been to this office with a Member of my family and for myself. My hubby has also been here because of my experience. They are quick, caring, polite and I really appreciate that. Most importantly, they were able to diagnose, prescribe and get us feeling better quickly! I love the office manager there too, she really cares that the patients are getting a great level of service and the staff is amazing at producing that. Great job Immediate MedCare

Ive never had a facial and have always been nervous about using facial products but Kevin with Belle Lumiere Cosmetics and skin care changed my mind. It was the best experience I could ever imagine. He was very professional and took his time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything throughout the process. I will definitely be back to see him again!!

The lady at front desk and the physician were very friendly! Spoke with a smile and not rude like many urgent care and doctor offices. Very kind and welcoming! Massage chair, Keurig and water available in lobby. Wait time was short and time with doctor was also short. Highly recommend!

Loved this facility! Dr. Hastie was very polite and nice! I felt very comfortable there. The experience was wonderful! Got roomed quickly and was seen quickly. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best experience here! The facility is very nice and the staff is very professional. We had no wait time, and they did lab work on the spot for immediate results. The doctor was very kind and took his time. We are self pay and the cost of the exam, and two labs was very reasonable. We will definitely come again!

My daughter and I was both seen at immediate Medcare. The facility is nice with minimum wait times. I must say I was really impressed with Dr. Hastie and his staff!! They was very professional and had great bedside manners. He explained (IN DETAILS) he made sure we understood verbally and gave us reading material with what we was diagnosed with. Too often Doctors just stick a bandage on you and send you on your way but Dr. Hastie showed compassion. I really felt like family ♥️!

Awesome staff, very friendly, & helpful! Calming atmosphere, clean & quick. They offer water/coffee while you wait. In the waiting room they offer you the remote to watch TV.

They were so friendly and helpful. They explained everything to my 10 year old in a way that she could understand. They spent time making sure they diagnosed her correctly and made sure she was comfortable. I highly reccomend them.

Spent the morning trying to get in to see a doc somewhere, and I finally walked into Medcare. They provided Immediate service, the Medical assistants were pleasant, and Dr. Hastie was friendly and informative. He definitely seemed to care. Just finished up my antibiotic, and Im feeling much better 👍

My first visit was very impressive with the staff. Dr. Hasties bedside manners were impeccable. He took his time to thoroughly explain to me my diagnosis and the cause of it and made sure that I understood everything that he was explaining to me, he made me feel so comfortable in his care that I asked him to be my primary doctor. I also liked the fact that he washed his hands prior to examining me lol. The staff are very gracious. I highly recommend everyone that is need of urgent care to come here to be seen by Dr. Hastie!

Brought my 14 yr old daughter there yesterday she was complaining of a sore throat . Didnt want to go to the medi clinic or the emergency room and wait for ever . So I decided to try this place out . Oh my goodness !!!! This place is awesome they were so nice and professional ! I was in an out with a prescription in less than 30 minutes ! On a Sunday afternoon ! Who does that they do ! I love service and they delivered !

I never leave reviews but I just left here and this office amazing. Everyone here is friendly and i was seen quickly. They went above and beyond to really, really listen to my problems and everyone was personable. I felt like they cared about me and figuring out whats wrong. Ive never felt so at home in a doctors office and I appreciate feeling like they listened to me.

Dr Richardson was fantastic, he understood my concerns and will guide me through the medical maze. I wish more medical practicianors were as caring.

Website needs to be updated states your open on Sundays. My husband went to office on 2/16/2020 @ 1:25 pm doors were Deadbolted.

Started calling at 8 am got a busy signal kept calling and same thing went to there place of business at 3pm only to find door locked so much for that will not be going back.
