I went today due to being sick. It was standing room only, but it went quick. I was out within an hour and everyone was friendly. I had a pleasant experience.

I was seen on a Sunday with virtually no wait, professional staff was thorough and caring. The urgent care physician followed up with my family physician. I highly recommend.

I had to take myself and my two children recently, my baby and I saw a nurse practitioner who was truly one of the best medical professionals Ive had the pleasure to meet he was so kind,funny, didnt rush me out the door at the same time didnt keep us there forever. He was very smart and diagnosed us correctly. Now for my second visit taking my 5 yr old that has autism was one of the worst experience of my life ,the Dr. Was a awful man that walked in with a mean look on his face as my husband and I are very nice and friendly ,even if we was the nasty ppl he seen all day gave him no right to treat us that way he was not just in friendly but down right evil. He made fun of my son for having autism he wouldnt do a proper exam my he only listened to his lungs for maybe a half of a sec and that was it ! Told us to do nothing for my child who had been so sick for over 1 1/2 mths!!! Said no medicine is the best medicine for him , so after dealing with a rude unfriendly Dr, that made fun of my autistic son and then didnt do a exam on him and tells us he doesnt need to be treated!! We take him to childrens hospital and he was so Ill they kept him for 4 days he had bronchitis amongst other things, as did a few other children and adults in our area had recently died from! I will never go back to urgent care unless I call and see what Dr. Is in first.and if its a last resort kinda thing. Not only did this experience make me realize as a parent Im going to have a lot of obstacles to go threw with being a parent of a wonderful boy with autism but that not all ppl have empathy and understanding. I am on guard and do my homework where ever I go now thanks to this experience.plz ppl dont go to urgent care unless its a last resort I wont give the awful mans name out but hes a older man with a mustache is all Im saying if hes in the building ask for another Dr to see you hes a monster!

I loved it!!! They treated me and my children with respect the facility was real clean the doctor was very concerned and destroy d all test needed and gave my children the medicine they needed to get better thank you urgent care

They open at 10.. I get here 10 minutes early and the lobby is already full. Only one doctor available and the wait is ridiculous. My kid is sick and Im beyond annoyed. Wont be back. Even my childs pedi office isnt this slow. Get it together! Plus the blonde receptionist is rude. (Every single time.) If this place wasnt literally a minute down the road I would still go to Bluegrass Urgent Care in Crescent Springs. They are WAYYYYYY better!

My children and I both has had to go there a few times. And I have to say I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and my experiences. They are always so friendly and perfeshanal. #fivestarsallday

Absolutely terrible experience.I took my daughter here tonight, and they told me it was JUST a VIRUS. But, when my daughter wasnt acting right I decided to take her to the hospital. Turns out she might have Pneumonia, and her oxygen levels were low. Needless to say I will not be going here anymore, and I HIGHLY suggest YOU dont either.

Had a quick and easy walk in. Very informative and nice staff.

I went there a was treated bad and I wasnt seen the staff is very disrespectful towards me and my family I was told if I rated this place it would come fall back on me I rate this place as a one star because the staff is rude and disrespectful this place is ridiculous I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Only go if you want someone to tell you to head to the emergency room, then charge you $125 without even going to an exam room.

Sunday afternoon visit- nothing but professional, timely service.
