Peachtree Immediate Care is a great place to get attention fast and same day. It makes a busy life simple. The staff is second to none. They’re always friendly and caring. They try to make you as comfortable as possible.

This place is not as professional as people are saying. One morning I visited the office and no one was at the receptionist desk , they were all in the back gossiping loudly about who they don’t like and etc. Two times I was referred to a specialist that does not accept my insurance. Doctors have access to your insurance type and should at least check or give you the option to check prior to sending you to a specialist. From that point I had to jump through hoops to get a second referral to a doctor that does accept my insurance. They kept telling me the doctor that referred me isn’t there and only she can give a second referral. Basically just inconvenienced me all the way around and in the meantime I was left to suffer! The only positive thing about this office is they’re fast and never too crowded! The receptionist was argumentative with me and told me verbatim “the doctor isn’t the type of person to check your insurance”, I was stunned. So basically to hell with me and my health issues! Good customer service is hard to find these days and they’ll give anyone a job, the receptionist sound drunk and confused!

I had very good experiences twice within a couple weeks, with peachtree immediate care. Both times I made appointments to be seen and upon arrival I was seen immediately, treated with a diagnoses and got results within a timely manner. All the staff treated me well and were fast and efficient. Thank you to all who helped to service my concerns and needs!

Came here all the way from Augusta in order to get a COVID test for my daughter (all the local testing sites were booked for several days). The facility is incredibly clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and obviously knowledgeable. They were great with my young daughter and made her feel at ease. Incredibly thankful for the experience!

This Peachtree Immediate Care Emory Clinic provided exceptional care. Professional, competent, and courteous from the front desk through the nurse and doctor. I highly recommend them. I had gone to Atlanta Plus in Conyers only to be told I had allergies without even an examination. Went to PIC Emory and had examination and X-ray to find I have pneumonia. I knew it was more than allergies. Thank you Peachtree Immediate Care Emory!!

The staff was friendly. Not a lot of time was used. I will go again. Had to do a followup,, and the young female doctor I saw was very thorough.

Made my appt in advance and when I got there, I let the receptionist know that we were outside. They texted us back in less than 10 minutes to let us know they were ready. Went straight to room and got see in less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff.

The people working there were so so kind and gave me all the info I needed. Every other urgent care place we had went too refused to let us be treated because they were closing. Peachtree immediate care, however, let us be treated despite the fact they were about to close. They diagnosed, prescribed, and answered a lot of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The customer service is absolutely amazing. 100% would recommend!

I have visited other urgent cares in the past but this location is amazing. They always always take good care of me. Which I really appreciate. The medical staff are wonderful and caring. Never had a problem at this Covington location so if I ever need any medical care that dont need ER attention this is the location I will continue to go too.

Made a online appointment and uploaded all my information through the website so when I got there all I had to do was sign in. I was called back in less than 20 minutes. In and out. Everyone was nice. Thank You again.

If you have a sick child and need immediate care, this is the place to be on a weekend. My 4.5 year old daughter woke up with severe ear pain and i was able to get her seen without an appointment in under an hour wait and they were SO kind and patient with her so she wasnt scared at all. They made sure to ask if she was allergic to any medications which i really appreciated because doctors and NPs have pushed amoxicillin on us in the past even after being told my daughter was allergic and she ended up in the ER. That was not an issue at all here! The nurse that took my daughters vitals and the NP that did my daughters check up were both lovely and playful. My daughters prescription was sent over electronically to our pharmacy and she had it in about 20 minutes! All around a very positive experience! Weve definitely found our new favorite urgent care.

Great experience! The service was fast, thorough and it resolved my issue. The doctor asked a lot of questions to understand what was going on with me. I scheduled online, and they were very efficient. I was in and out in no time. This is the case every time that I have used them. Consistency is key!

Got a COVID test at the drive though clinic. I was self pay and I PAID on sight. This was in January. I have called three separate times because I keep getting a bill from them. Each time I have to sit on hold for over 15 minutes only to be told very rudely it’s been taken care of. Just got another bill in the mail today that says final notice. I do not have time, nor should I have to, continue calling them to sit on hold so they can get their billing system straight. For this experience alone, I would NEVER EVER recommend or go to them for anything else!!!

Dr X and his staff are amazing. I am sure I got the best care in the US for what was wrong with me. Professional, honest, thoughtful and the follow up has been amazing from personal calls from Dr X to follow-up emails plus a zoom meeting with his nurse. Fantastic bedside manner from his entire staff. I felt very comfortable. Dr X took his time explaining as well as the nurses, check in employees. It is so nice to see a Dr. that has communicaiton skills plus mad skills. I would not recommend anyone else. Thank you Dr. X for caring and providing customer service, it is so easy but many just don’t get it. Thanks for caring. Plus you have an awesome team that does the same. Keep this model it works and works well.

3 out of 5 members of my family have recently used this urgent care and have been treated quickly and kindly! It’s so easy to make an appt online, we have never had a long wait time and the staff is always fast and efficient. So grateful to have a decent urgent care near by! This isn’t even the closest urgent care to our house but we will drive the few extra miles just because of how awesome our experience has been!

I was rudely rushed out after waiting a hour to be seen. The doctor (Dr. Gross) and staff were very unprofessional, and unfriendly. The doctor gave advice for one thing to alleviate my symptoms, and then turned around completely changing from what he had said from before. I was told by the lady at the front desk to put down on my paperwork that I was there for a physical, although I was there for advice about my symptoms, and a minor issue, until I could get a regular appointment with my pcp. I told the doctor that I had Covid last month and he had a oh well attitude as if that’s what I get, assuming that I’m automatically unvaccinated. He was very passive aggressive, and said best of luck in a negative way. The doctor was being very insulting, and allowed his biased views to affect his professionalism. Talk about living up to your last name, and ripping off medicaid

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. The staff members that I came in contact with were all friendly, prompt and extremely professional.

Cannot get Results!Was there a week ago for a rapid C-19 test. The test came back negative, but they wanted to do a PCR. it would be a few days for the results.We are now a week out, and I have no results. I have left 5 voicemails over three days and emailed the office, and I check the website every hour. Still cannot get results. My children are missing valuable school instruction because no one will respond.

Getting an appointment the first time was easy. The second time I did a walk in and it did not take long to be seen. I feel that there could have been more done for my illness, but they were not able to provide.

I was having acute back pain, & the lady in the front office saw me struggling to walk, came & opened the front door for me. I had a short 5 minute wait. The nurse & Dr. were super nice, & very caring. The Dr. even helped me stand up, & opened the doors for me as I was leaving the building, & even offered to help me to my vehicle. Great experience, we were seen quickly. Staff/doctor were very helpful and saved me a long drive and wait at hospital emergency room. The doctor was great at keeping things light so my son felt comfortable because he had been freaking out due to an injury that looked very bad. Receptionist checked is in quickly. Would definetly recommend!

Very rude and unprofessional staff, including the doctor who was on site. I will never come back to a place that thinks it’s ok to make me wait for a hour to be seen, while I was on time. I was then rushed out, without me being satisfied with the care I received. The doctor was very sarcastic and passive aggressive. They also have a service on the their website that I was told that they didn’t provide when I got there. What a waste of time.

I felt so cared for at this urgent care unlike others in the area. They treated me like a human being rather than “just another patient”. I had a very thorough doctor who walked through everything with me. I will definitely be using Peachtree more often when in need!

Even if you full insurance with no co-pay they still require a credit card on file so even though your insurance pays they still take the money from your credit card. Its a big scam there. I have been to many of their other facilities that doesnt operate that way but they told me that how its done at that particular building

This was my second visit for testing and I was as pleased with the level of service, professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness as I was was during my first visit. I really like the convenient location in the neighborhood and will recommend to everyone needing immediate urgent care.

The only discouraging point during this visit was when the med assistant stated misinformation about the Covid vaccine as if the info obtained from her family member was a fact (that there was virus in the vaccine). Other than that, doctor, receptionist and quick service were excellent.

Shot in the line of duty. Arm is not healing correctly. Dr. Bermudares (Hooefully spelled correctly) was awesome. He answered all my questions and came up with a plan to follow. Great experience/visit from front end staff, nurse and Doctor!

I made an appointment online on Saturday for a Rapid COVID test. I was able to schedule the appointment fir the next day. I uploaded my insurance information and driver’s license with ease from my phone. I immediately received a registration confirmation with directions for the appointment. On Sunday, I received a text that it was time to check in by letting them know that I had arrived. I then received a text asking the make and color of my car. I responded. About 5 minutes later, a nurse came out, swabbed my nose and told me to wait about 15 minutes and the doctor would come out to explain the results. The doctor came, explained and off I went! It was a great experience. No lines, no long waiting in my car. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Great service and very friendly people. The receptionist was on point and moving fast getting people checked in.. the reception is also came from behind the desk to help me register as a new patient when she didnt have to because of my leg injury. I really felt taken care of. I am a healthcare provider myself and as always care for other people but that day I felt care for. I was having a hard time but she keyed in on it for the first time I really feel like a patient receiving hospitality.

Great place for quick care. Called from my car to let them know I was there. Within a few minutes they were out getting my info. Then a few minutes later to do COVID testing. About 15 minutes later doctor came out to let me know it was negative and I could come inside. Went straight to treatment room. Doctor came in verified problem, ordered injection, and prescribed medication. Very fast service from super friendly staff. I highly recommend this office for quick health care needs.

OMG!!! I LOVE effective systems and they have one in place. Everything was done electronically! Everything was efficient and ran smoothly. I never had to leave my car for my test. The ladies who came outside were friendly and patient. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job!

As a health care provider, this has by far been the most worst experience ever. Nothing was resolved and it seem like insurance fraud. There was no compassion or empathy.

My visit was good overall, a little bumpy to start with communications via text with the staff but once inside the care team and doctor did a good job in finding my illness and helping me. I was experiencing vertigo and found it a little alarming that no assistance was offered by way of a wheel chair entering the building nor to the examination room. If a family member were not with me I don’t know that I would have made it. The doctor helped me out and to my car. I think more attention was being given to the people taking Covid tests than the ones there with other issues

I was the first one in. Then 4 young people came in for covid shots. They went in first. I was surprised I was in there over an hour with ehatvseemed no activity. Low key atmosphere. Dr and tech both gentle and considerate.

Our experience was actually better than I expected. Intake was quick. Everyone beginning at front desk, to nurses, to the Doctor were kind and professional. Covid protocol was strictly followed.I would definitely go again if needed, and would recommend them to anyone needing urgent care.

It was a wonderful experience. I pulled up called to tell them what was wrong they came right out ,and did a covid test when it was negative. I went in Dr W checked me out did some test called in my prescriptions and I was on my way to feeling better. I will definitely go back. And might I add it was the day after Christmas the whole office staff was friendly. It was a great experience even if I was sick.

I had to get a last minute covid test on a Sunday and they got my in no problem, total time about an hour thirty minutes.

I like the way you can register online. I like fast you get checked in and seen by one of the Nurses or Assistant. I like the fact that Peachtree Immediate Care have rapid testing for Covid. You can get your results less than 20 minutes. I would recommend Peachtree Immediate Care to everyone.

I came in with a broken toe and received quick and immediate care. The MA was charming and sweet, and the nurse practitioner was kind and to the point. Not that I ever want to go back to urgent care, but if I have to, I would absolutely come to this one again.
