Dr Chun is fantastic, Ive visited her 3 times now and everytime shes very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Im giving 4 stars because of the selection of glasses, I feel its very limited and they cant change the size of the frame like other vision centers Ive been to. Will say that the staff is extremely friendly and kind and enjoyable to be around while taking care of you.

DeShawn was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. What a blessing she was to us as we got our son his first pair of glasses!

The Doctor was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns. I didnt order contacts or lenses from them so I cant rate them on that.

Staff is very friendly, I was able to get right in for an appointment after shopping. My contacts took longer than expected to get in, but the communication was great.

Hours are posted as open at 9am. Waited there this morning until 9:40 to pick up contact lenses. Still closed. None of the other Walmart employees seemed to know why and had no additional contact information to be able to find out.

The staff was great, and my glasses came quickly. However I paid for anti glare and scratch resistant coatings the glare at night is terrible, and after only a couple of months they are covered in scratches, even with only using a microfiber cloth and cleaner. I wont buy from them again I have glasses that are several years old and the frames are worn out but no scratches I plan on spending the extra at the other place next time. H

The staff here is great , you can get in and out and get everything you need here , this is a great Optical experience

Great staff, great selection but terrible web site.

Tried calling for contacts - just rang and rang and rang... tried three times!Also - if your going to close and leave at 6pm - please update your web site that you are not open until 7 pm! wasted trip in!

Just called to make an appointment; no one answers the phone, just keeps ringing. Unfortunately, they will lose my business.

The selection is incredible, and the staff was friendly but ordered the wrong prescription so I had to wait another week to receive my glasses.
