I dont know what the previous reviewer is talking about. Shes a kid based on her profile, so that may explain it. My experience was completely opposite. Cindi was wonderful. She took time to ask me questions regarding measurements, helped me with frame selection because I dont know anything about style, and helped me out with insurance questions I had. As it turned out my insurance wouldnt cover Vista. However, during my time there, Mickey rudely interrupted us several times. I have been working for years and you never walk up to someone in the middle of talking with a customer or patient and bark things that nothing to do with going on in with the present order. Cindi handled it with grace and kept focus on me. If I could give Cindi 5 starts and this Mickey person 1 star I would. I got the feeling Mickey was a sales weasel while Cindi was trying to help me out with my eye health. I would buy from Cindi anywhere but not from Vista.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional the lady i dont want to take her name though was just a sales person who is forcing people to just buy things. Without explaining anything . I wouldnt recommend to anyone. SorryAnd much more expensive even with the insurance, so better to go another place even if you dont have insurance.

Mikki or Nikki I think her name was, sales associate. Went to the moon and back to get me the best deal. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I was dead set on going somewhere else but stopped in real quick just to check things out. Ended up leaving with two pairs of nice glasses.

The customer service is good. The optometrist was friendly and thorough. Ordered two pairs of glasses for my daughter and they were back in a week. Price was reasonable. My glasses however........First, the frame selection is pretty terrible. I had some old frames I liked, so I sent them off with my new prescription. Its been 2 1/2 weeks and theyre still not back. Im starting to get concerned that they have lost them. Plus, my insurance did cover exam and a small portion of my frames/lenses and it was still more expensive than going to Wal-Mart where they do not take my insurance. (Keep in mind, I didnt even use their frames.)*Update* They broke my frames. MY frames. So after 2 1/2 weeks I have no glasses and the frames I gave them to use they destroyed. So done. Never going back.

I have never been treated so poorly at any kind of doctors office before . The woman (the clerk) working completely ignored me, then when I finally got her attention she decided to finish what she was doing and then take a phone call before coming back to me then being very condescending about my insurance company and said they dont take it even though I got the recommendation directly from my insurance company. I will be taking my business somewhere else and advising my insurance company not to send anyone there anymore.

Such a bad experience! Felt the sales pressure from jump. They pressured to not use insurance really wanted out of pocket money. Tried to peddle most expensive products on is. So glad we left and went somewhere else. Will never go back and do not recommend!

Was upsold on things I didn’t need, called specifically because they take my insurance and was charged a high out of pocket cost. Luckily I was able to go to the benson fred myer location and have everything taken care of , I would highly recommend taking the trip to the benson location rather then Covington

Update 9-21-15 I received a call from one of the higher up ladies micki, and I have always had a great experience with her. Today she called and said that she has seen this, and was super apologetic. I have been with these people 5 years now and other than a few encounters, this call today showed me that they truly do care about their customers. Thank you for the phone call to try and resolve this issue.I went in to pick up my contacts, and the lady, cindy, who was helping another customer, didnt even acknowledge my presence for about 10 minutes. When she rudely asked me for my name, I told her and then she told me I was spelling MY name wrong. She was very rude throughout the whole process. I just might look into a new vision place

This place is terrible to kids! They should not be listed as pediatric ophthalmologist, they made a appointment for our son a week on advance then the day before our appointment decided to cancel because our son is 5 first of all our son is 7 years old. We gave them all of our information when we set up the appointment. I think it is crazy that a eye Dr that is listed as a pediatric would then discriminate against kids!
