We experienced same struggle with Christina D as well. It was happen to us 1 year ago as well , finally we can have our credit back in the Feb which already 8 months after! I totally couldnt find any excuse for this happened! They charged clients before they claim to the insurance. They wont notice clients any credit with holding in them. Clients have to ask and call again and again to ask when to get the refund back. The last time I call them I was calling in their office hour nobody answered nobody reply, I left message if wont receive check in the mail in one week I will go to the office then I got the check in the mail! They did it on purpose!

Gary Field has been our family dentist for more than twenty years. Gary Field and his team are the best!

I have been a patient with this practice for two years but sadly I had to change dentists because two of my fillings that were recently done had to be redone. I called twice and asked to speak with the manager or the doctor regarding this matter but they never called me back. I would have gladly paid for re-doing these fillings but I couldn’t get a call back. I simply had some questions that were never answered.

What a wonderful experience in every aspect of dentistry. Friendly, professional stuff. Easy going, experienced and caring doctor. I had to do a root canal. The most pleasant experience all together comparing to previous. Thank you all for all you do. Highly recommend Dr. Field and his team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Field for well over 20 years and there is no other Dentist I will go to. He has taken care of myself and my entire family in that time as well as my grand children and son-in-law. He is an outstanding Dentist who truly cares for his patients health and comfort before, during and after all procedures.

Always personable, humor as needed, efficient, and easily likeable staff. Its been a great experience, and matching their personable nature is there professional skills and tools to get the job done. Id encourage you to give them a call. I think youll find them to be a great place to get your dental needs met, while enjoying the easy going, yet professional culture. Oh and your teeth and mouth will feel and look awesome.

Dr. Field and his staff are excellent. I had a tooth extracted and was very nervous about it. He answered all my questions patiently and professionally. I was very impressed with his skill during the extraction and follow up care was excellent. The dentist called me at home at 8pm to see how I was doing that night, and the dental assistant called me the next morning. I highly recommend Dr. Fields dental services!

I had a procedure done at this practice in February, 2018. I paid in full, what they said was due at the time of service. I was informed by an employee at this practice that the doctor & staff does not inform patients of credits owed after insurance payout. I was owed $870 dollars (unbelievable). I was NEVER informed, obviously. I walked into the office on Monday, June 10 2019 and was informed that the doctor would write my check and send it in the mail. After several phone calls back, and feeling like an annoyance- still NO check in the mail. My husband had to visit this office twice and we FINALLY received OUR money back from this practice today, June 26, 2019. Unacceptable. I was a patient at this office the entire time, they saw me 4 times a year for cleanings. The excuse? “We thought you were getting more work done so we kept the credit on your account”. Had I known there was a credit, I may have considered getting the work done- but I was NEVER informed. I highly suggest anyone frequenting this office check for credit on their accounts. I was treated like a nuisance by thieves.

My visit was as good as a visit to the dentist could be. Everyone was nice and the service provided was thorough. My options were clearly explained to me and the office worked with my insurance to provide me the best possible options. I always love my visits!

I came in for a cleaning and thanks to their proactive approach to care, they discovered that I had a couple of issues starting. It is really wonderful to address problems before the pain starts. Everything has been well explained and the new care plan seems to be doing its job. For the other issue he referred me to another doctor that he works with frequently. Ive never felt that I was in hands this competent before. Dr. Field and his staff have really gone the extra mile. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Field for over 6 years, and have nothing but praise for him and his staff. I have extreme anxiety around dental visits, and everyone in the office goes above and beyond in making me as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
